What is the difference than before?
You started with a tactic, opponent started with a tactic.
In no way you had a chance to know what tactic he will play and if yours will work against it.

Now you have a chance to check if you tactic works and change it if not.

How can making adjustments in a game means less managing and more lotery?

It is just a step ahead to more skillsdemanding from the manager instead of just gamble on what you think maybe your oponent will do. Now you can make more educated tactics to play realy against your oponent instead of just one tactic and just hoping you guessed right.

Nobody have time to sit down everytime in front of the computer. Lot of manager hve a workplace and go to work. I work too. I have time for the NT tactic only friday eveining, when I am so tired, but I like to do it.
The good weater will come I won't be here, I will go to bycicle and football so much, not before the computer...

i am inclined to agree somewhat. for stronger teams, if they get it wrong, winger is covered etc...
so they dont get too many chances and maybe 0-0 it would finish or maybe a 1-0 loss or something

now with this there is 2 chances for strong teams to get it right... twice as many chances the defending team gets wrong tactic.. even 45 minutes can make a huge difference..

for stronger teams i cant see them losing now if they deserve to win

And you think if he is too stupid for doing a tactic, he will switch to a second tactic that will change anything?

Seriously, this is a football manager and there is absolutely no way you can call a new in game management feature as a stupid development.
What you can do is use it or not.
I for myself won't use it most likely, but it's nice that it is finally there.

This is a stupid developement...

Disatvantages:

- This good for those teams, have more money... I dont think :-)
- We don't need to see the opponent throwings, because he will chose in the second options. Our def.throwings don't need to change... Why? This is just good, plus users lost advantage :-)
- Who have a lot of time and "time millionare" this develeopement good. We need more time to analyse the matches.
Yes, I like it... if I spend time by prepare I would like see the good result :-)
- The random will be more, the luck will have more... all is random... sometimes very sad but it is game..
