Ive read a lot about assistants and main coaches. From what Ive read lately tell me if this is true,
The Main coaches skills (both in the one we are training and all the others) is what determines what gets trained including random pops.
Assistants general appraisal is ALL that matters, the individual skills don't matter at all. The assistant just helps each individual skill of the main coach get trained according to their general appraisal.

can u hire a 6th coach but have him under NO ASSIGNMENT so that hes not actually working and therefore not causing any arguments on the right under junior coach.....so u own the coach and can swap him in and out but always have 1 coach in the NO ASSIGNMENT section so u never technically have to many coaches actually working at any point..?????????????
if you want to spend money for 1 doing nothing, this is possible yes!
