I don't think anyone has done sufficient research to answer that adequately.

It's simple: e.g. incredible coach has cca the same wage as 3x excelents, but Incredible=13 points, 3x excelents=30 points..

but efficience of training is a sum of the weighted sum of the levels of trainers and the average of the levels of trainers, as I read here before in other topic. how much weighted is a unknown

i think you have to focus for better general skill for 3x assistants ,the part with salary is from economy point of view,important for sure,but not to focus first.
i say thta because your question is from a wrong point of view,you need to change that.

noone knows. i once trained with 6 assistants with total level of like 55 or so, and got no general training.

i didnt want to experiment beyond that
