There is nothing to forgive. Facts are facts. If I lose a game im going to congratulate always the opposite player, but loosing this way is not acceptable.
Im not offended, my community is offended as we lose 2 rank positions and 50 points.
Being a coach of Crna Gora U21 is not a simple position cos small player base cos we are very small community. Our champ team goes out in first round of Champions League.
That way we are very committed (unfortunately there are few exceptions) to reach our goal, to win a medal on WC.
Del P1er0 was close to do that, and one day we will reach our goal.
After recent writing I see some of of Česká republika U21 people think that cheating is normal, dont want to write down names cos dont want to push this story further.
Its very difficult for someone to write that what You wrote and Im impressed positive way. Hope You wont make such mistakes toward some other manager and u21 teams.
Anyway Im not less disappointed with some of people for whom such "mistakes" are normal, but Im glad that they feel weight of my words.
This way I just rise the voice for all who were suffering for such " mistakes".

Artista, nobody told cheating is normal, please consider what you are saying.Even if you think you are right, you dont have to be. I understand it negatively impacted your NT and I apologized, it was really not done on purpose. But yes, mistakes happen and I wish you to never make some. One more recommendation, if you want to be sure someone will really setup correct squad, you can always ensure 1-2 days before match to clarify. I am always trying to be honest with anyone and can learn from my mistakes, but really nobody's perfect so from my point of view was your reaction inappropriate.

Well, there are only two managers who are part of the Czech republic U21 staff and participated in this discussion, me and ostulc. I think that if you write down the names, nothing changes.

So you think that cheating is normal for us even though we are clearly not cheaters (check this thread, there is no-one who would complain that the Czech republic U21 NT cheated him). Am I right? Our problem is that we would wait for an explanation of our counterparty in case of being cheated (= that we are tolerant and polite)? There must be a language barrier, because this is crazy. :D

I wanted to play B squad before match was arranged, 1st I didnt want to risk injury of key players, 2nd I wanted to test some players who dont play so much. Message I put here to be clear how looked comunication, it has nothing to do about match itself. Yes of course I lied, thats why I setup A squad with which I wanted to win against weaker team - sarcasm just to be clear.

Last season I played half of matches with U20 and never setup older one unless it was agreed. Once I forget and I lie - really, go to hell

you have 23 players u20 in your team, why you said that you don't have players for an u20 match ?

23 ok, how much of them are from A squad? How much of them is really to weak or out of form so they can play?

I really have nothing to add, trust me or not, its your choice. I dont know if you setup players for you match if they are not good enough or if they have low form it is up to you. Every NT match is important and if I want to cheat, I have much better options to do it.

it's my mistake, i have hate for liars and it's not good for me
