Welcome to 2. Rating System CUP(RSC),
As we know from real life from Champions Cup , its similar to our league , Minimum 2 groups 8 teams. Maximum should be 8 groups no team limit. It will be begin as arcade league minimum 5 match (days), maximum 18 matches (days) will be going on.In our league based on rating system in case of protect weaker team in the groups. Award is 3 month plus membership.

Notification: Please read the rules carefully.
RSC Rules
1. According to RSC score, pots create 4 groups or more(Varies depending on the number of teams) and choosing the groups randomly.
RSC Score = (Ranked/100)+(Rating/2)
To find the rating: Look firstly last arcade match and secondly last league match. Bigger ranked is selected.
2. Group matches will going on total 3 matches or more(Varies depending on the number of teams). Home or away match decided random.
3. Its compulsory that host team will apply offer first. Match time should be arranged until 12:00 or else it will declared in default(3-0).
Away team who is not receiving any offer from teams should mention this issue in the forum.Its recommendation that owner of team has to meantion in the forum.
4.Matches must be arranged as Arcade League.If you arrange as Arcade Cup that wont be valid. It will proceed as declared in default(3-0).
5.Group Leaders after group matches which is deserving elimination match, play in home . Later on matches will be playing which is have random draw.
6. If at the end of three match points in the group stage respectively equation : Average, The results of the matches played among themselves, goals, renovated goal is checked. If the tie is not broken, team ranking score would be increased to lower the qualifying stage.
7. The match will be double elimination stage procedure, home and away. Away goals rule applies. If the two match the result of the draw, weak rating team is win.

9. Rating lowered to make changes for players first 30' and last 30' restriction!. 31' adn 59' between free, for just 1 player. Do not comply with this rule deemed defeated (forfeit 3-0)
10. Matches in the knockout stages , you need to regularly follow up title to be shared on a daily basis . At the same time throwing one single message to all participants match the date and match schedule will be communicated . These are not regulated despite the outcome of the match will be determined by forfeit .
11. This cup have lost match day, every week just 1 lost match day.
12. Missed two games in a row to lose the first match.(forfeit 3-0)
13. Champion team 2 month plus member win. Payment is made by sponsors.
