Subject: Goalkeeper training

Is there anybody who knows how many weeks it takes to train a 22 yo goalkeeper from 'brilliant (14)' to 'divine (17)'?

It depends on his talent

With best training conditions and a lot of talent:
22 y.o.: 14 -> 15 (5+ w), 15 -> 16 (6+w),
23 y.o.: 16 -> 17 (7+ w)
