Question 1 - Which criteria should be considered when we define the countries that will recive bonus protection?
Note: you can answer with more than 1 criteria.Every answer will give 1pt in poll for criteria you added
and 0 pt for criteria that were not added. At the end we will consider all criteria that have more than 50%
if none of the criteria have more than 50% vote we will use only one with high vote. If we have more than one criteria
Every country will receive points from all criteria based on level decided in question 2. Then we will have final standing that

A) only level 4 (weak) X players votes 9
B) level 4 X players and level 3 Y players votes 16
C) level 4 X players , level 3 Y players, level 2 Z players votes 13

So countries from bottom 2 groups will have bonus

Question 3: What will be quantity of players that we should allow per level?

A) extra one player per level Example: for 3 protected levels X = 3 , Y = 2 , Z = 1 for 2 protected levels X = 2 , Y = 1 for one protected level X=1 votes 15
B) 2 extra players per level 3 and 4: X = 5 , Y = 3 , Z = 1 for two protected levels X =3 , Y=1 for one protected level X=1 votes 16
C) 3 extra players per level 3 and 4 X = 7 , Y = 4,Z = 1 for two levels X = 4 , Y = 1 for one level X =1 votes 5

So B is the winning answer final calculation is
Countries from bottom group D will have 3 extra players countries from group C will have 1 extra player

Question 4: Will bonus players have limit?
A) U28 - 7
B) U29 - 13
C) no limit 19
Note: Only one option per question if A + B have more votes than C we will use the higher from them.
