Subject: sokker OLYMPIC GAMES

Hello everybody!

In the future (maybe this or next season), we want to start a new competition in sokker, like the NSW, if you remember that. :)
But this time a little bit different... Not just 2 nation at the same time, it will be a friendly cup with team from any country.


At wednesday friendlies, teams from different countries can play with each other, with ones of this rules:
(don't need all of them, now you can decide)
- all your players on the field is from your nation, no players from other nation
- no players over 25 years (or 24, 23,...etc)
- minimum 5 player is maximum 21 years old

I think these are good main rules for a converzation about this new junior cup.

at wednesdays people train youths, not compete

if you want to make an interesting competition, do it with Arcade games...

anyway, I doubt that people will buy players just for the competition

Well, if you limit homegrown players to at least 5-7 then it would probably be ok, as you can both train youths and have a decent competition without over-exaggerating in terms of players. :)

cannot limit the risk of injuries though :(

Ill try to make a proper comment:
The big minus with ur rule is:
1.- all your players on the field is from your nation, no players from other nation
small communities can't generate so big number of youth players so that way big communities have huge advantage.
2.- no players over 25 years (or 24, 23,...etc)
think 23 should be the limit age, that will improve the quantity of youth players on transfer market
3.- minimum 5 player is maximum 21 years old
As this point has to be connected with point 1. and 2 think the age limit has to be 23

The conclusion is to mix these 3 rules in 1 general:
No limit on player nationality, have 5 players in squad till age 23(included)

there is other teams like you, with 90 or 100% players from their own countries around sokker, i know one team of my country, Chile, who always have some national U21 team players and did never buy a single player, and we have 100 members. i'm sure you can find more people like that, playing this way, in other countries with hundreds of members.

may be you should try sending post to forums of each country with big number of people, do some changes as artista said to you. good luck with that, and if someone tell you "it's not a good idea, or you can't do it", don't care about them
