How has this experience been for you with România in the season? What can people expect from România in the competition?
Was a great season, had 14 wins last season, team is doing great, now we are preparing for gold.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I was unlucky again :/ it's one of the hardest groups. Probably Suomi wil go through, I trust wrestny Karsten will do a great job.

Polska, Brasil and Belgie are having a chance if Romania will fall until the final.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Flaviu State, because he's a complete midfielder.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?
Scotland and Lietuva, but first one is my favorite.

How has this experience been for you with Srbija in the season? What can people expect from Srbija in the competition?
this is my 3rd separated time to manage nt srbija seniors.last season was good.we had only one defeat and manage to be 1st in our qualifying wc group...and people cant expect from us much,cuz there are much better nt teams then srbija.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
i hope that srbija will go through wc group...
rumunija,as the best team in sokker will do much more then just go through group a.they r my favorites every wc.
suomi has equal chances as srbija to do something good in group or later on.
and for crna gora,qualifying on this wc is already great success.

1. I've answered this question so many things and pretty much everyone knows me already.. ;p Only the age keeps rolling up all the time. I'm a 32yo MSc. living in the eastern part of Finland at the moment. I've played Sokker for over ten years, so nothing can surprise me anymore. Except for the match engine every week, the drop of all my key players' forms just before the WC, injuries of all my other key players which happen to be in form just before the WC etc.. :)
How has this experience been for you with Suomi in the season? What can people expect from Suomi in the competition?
I've been trying to play with a little bit younger squad than the previous coach, to give the training boost to the players. You can easily see the declining number of users. We still have pretty decent squad, but there is no option for rotation anymore. If a top class player is out of form or injured, the level of the team drops immediately. Still I think we have a chance to win everyone, that's up to me. Should we qualify from the really hard group, anything is possible!
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Wasn't too excited when I saw the group; two top teams and a well balanced Crna Gora. We deffinitely need to win the first game and then get at least one point against the TOP10-teams. Romania is obviously the favourite, their squad is just superior compared to the others. I guess it'll be us and Romania to qualify.
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the WC.
Finland, Eesti and Italy.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
We have a pretty balanced squad with no superstars. The most important player for me is Sauli Juhala, my former junior who is doing a great job to finally get that weak Mcoi relegated from the Premiership.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?
Crna Gora can surprise in our Group. Others are hard to mention as I haven't checked who are in the Championships. As you can see from my answer to question 4.. ;)
Any words you want to tell the community?
If we lose, it's pure random. If we win, it's about great tactics. Just you remember that before talking nonsense about the Suomi-games!

This will be the first time Crna Gora will play the WC, how does it feel to know that ? How has this experience been for you with Crna Gora in the season? What can people expect from Crna Gora in the competition?
I'm very proud. Earlier I was coach in Ireland, Nippon and Danmark.. but I didn't play in WC. That is first time for Crna Gora and me. Great succes for this country. In Qualification we beat WC-Champion - England and better team than us - Sverige. I wait for WC and maybe my team make a surprise? Crna Gora is small country, but have AWESOME community. People from Montenegro are helping me with National Team.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Romania have a great team. They have only TOP players! I think first place is for them. Second place? Maybe Crna Gora? :)

How has this experience been for you with Bosna i Hercegovina in the season? What can people expect from Bosna i Hercegovina in the competition?
This and previous season we had some ups and downs, more some bad downs against teams you need to win. As far as people in Bosnia, we always have a goal to go into knockout stage of world cup, so far we haven't do that, but this time im personally convinced that we can do it.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I was satisfied with draw, some other groups are harder than this one. Brazil is strong team with good community to backup that, Austria will be fighting they way through as we, surely both of us can play competitive with Brazil, so we will see what can be done. I dont see much chances for Ukraine, they were in qualifying group with Brazil, but lost both time against them. But i had some losses against weaker teams in qualifying stage so they could make some mess for sure, and maybe go even further. Teams to go through, Bosnia and Herzegovina along with Brazil.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Joso Bućan is most important. Most valuable field player and very hard to find subsitute on his position, i hope i can count on him for all games(currently 2 yellow cards)

We have perfect season. We have 10 wins in Group H and going WC. Turkey very big country, Turkish people are waiting WC. We always ambitious and greedy.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I do not need to talk about Polska. Everyone know Polska, very a large team squad and of very high quality. I envy Polska NT squad. Hrvatska look like Turkey, I think we have an equal chance. Colombia surprise team of this group. I want to rise to the next round. The other team does not interest me. This is a death goup!

I believe sviktorov Bulgaria, România and Polska.

I’m begginer with presented myself: my name is Alessandro, I am 46 years and I live and work in Genoa in Italy.
You are 2 times World Champion and already coached in many countries, Polska has something different? Do you feel any pressure? How has this experience been for you with Polska in the season? What can people expect from Polska in the competition?
Poland is the most important nation in Sokker , as history and number of users. For me it was a new challenge, because at this level it has to work like a Swiss watch. It is not an extra pressure in Polska, because for in any national i was, my objective was always the victory.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
The World Cup only get better teams, where each team respect. I do not give predictions for the final standings in Group but surely Polska will end in the first two positions.

I don't have one favorite player, the team is strong because we are a group.

I was very disappointed with the elimination of Italy. This is another proof that in Sokker don't win with the name only win but hard work.

A beautiful game, not kick and rush. I’ll prefer to enjoy sokkergames and it’s important for me to play successful and beautiful.

This and previous season we had some ups and downs, more some bad downs against teams you need to win. As far as people in Bosnia, we always have a goal to go into knockout stage of world cup, so far we haven't do that, but this time im personally convinced that we can do it.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I was satisfied with draw, some other groups are harder than this one. Brazil is strong team with good community to backup that, Austria will be fighting they way through as we, surely both of us can play competitive with Brazil, so we will see what can be done. I dont see much chances for Ukraine, they were in qualifying group with Brazil, but lost both time against them. But i had some losses against weaker teams in qualifying stage so they could make some mess for sure, and maybe go even further. Teams to go through, Bosnia and Herzegovina along with Brazil.

Joso Bućan is most important. Most valuable field player and very hard to find subsitute on his position, i hope i can count on him for all games(currently 2 yellow cards)

We have perfect season. We have 10 wins in Group H and going WC. Turkey very big country, Turkish people are waiting WC. We always ambitious and greedy.

I do not need to talk about Polska. Everyone know Polska, very a large team squad and of very high quality. I envy Polska NT squad. Hrvatska look like Turkey, I think we have an equal chance. Colombia surprise team of this group. I want to rise to the next round. The other team does not interest me. This is a death goup!

Poland is the most important nation in Sokker , as history and number of users. For me it was a new challenge, because at this level it has to work like a Swiss watch. It is not an extra pressure in Polska, because for in any national i was, my objective was always the victory.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
The World Cup only get better teams, where each team respect. I do not give predictions for the final standings in Group but surely Polska will end in the first two positions.

Surprisingly it was a very competitive qualification group. India was a big surprise while Moldova underperformed. Russia ended up on the 2nd place behind a clear leader Turkey

It is 5th appearance of the team in the World Cup. Never Russia passed through the group stage although this time it is possible to avoid 4th place.

Hello! My name is Bart. I am 32 years old, this year I'll celebrate a round anniversary in SK - in May it will be 10 years since I'm here. I could say that SK is a big chunk of my life. On a daily basis I'm an architect. Married 8 years, 5 years happy father.
How has this experience been for you with Venezuela in the season? What can people expect from Venezuela in the competition?
It was an amazing season. When I started working in Venezuela, I dreamed of to qualify to the World Cup Finals. I knew that Venezuela waiting for this qualify a very long time, and I like a challenge. The first season I treated as a 'reconnaissance', was so successful that people I trusted. I didn't have an easy QWC group [eg second team last World Cup - Bulgaria with great manago Sviktorov] and always strong Portugal. However, we qualify, and here we are. Now, it would be good to say 'play and fun':-) I've not the pressures, but if we could get to PO phase... :-) I'm the 4th time in the World Cup Finals so some experience is, we'll see how useful.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Very demanding group. All teams are from TOP15, beyond us. We can say that we are doomed to be devoured. Again we came to Bulgaria, which seems to be the favorite. Tolis with Greece, in qualifications, lost only one match - very unfortunate game. The Czech Republic is a very solid contender, always strong. It will be very hard for us to qualify n to PO phase. I think that Bulgaria and the Czech Republic there will be teams that will qualify.
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the WC.
Poland - my country is waiting very long for a gold, for the first time in history NT leads a foreign coach. I think, Ale it has a big chance to lead Poland to triumph. Next team? Maybe Germany... but no.1 favorite, however, is Romania. I think I never had such a strong team as currently.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
I've two such players - Miras Adames and Alonso Gómez. Certainly the two, which runs the game offensive. It's a pity, that Alonso lost form... Unfortunately I don't have a stars in NT, such charm of small countries. But I'll not complain - we'll fight.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?
Suprise? For me team must be outside the TOP10 ranking, then will be suprised. If I had to choose one team - Hrvatska.

Hello ! I am 25 years old and I am still studying computer science. Sokker is one of my hobbies and I dedicate quite a lot of time to it.
You had not been the coach last season because you were coaching the U21 team, do you think it can harm you in WC? What differences do you think there are in NT teams for U21 teams? What can people expect from Česká republika in the competition?
Yes, that's true. I had a great time leading the Czech U21 team in the last season. We went up to a bronze medal, but it could have ended up even better if we were slightly less unlucky in the semifinal.
There are huge differences between NT and U21 teams. In U21, you are dealing with less complete players. They are typically pretty unbalanced in their skills which opens up a lot of possibilities to exploit their strengths. And even though it might seem strange, I think that you are much more flexible in your play. In seniors, you are usually dealing with already star players when there is little room for any progress. The question often reduces to who has better players.
I think that our team could have been much better (considering the playerbase we have). With the team we have, I don't think we have some great chances as many countries have stronger teams. But luckily for us, some strong generations are coming and after few seasons of decline, we may hopefully have a decent team in 4-5 seasons :-)
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
That's a tough question. I think that one slot is more or less reserved for Bulgaria. They are vicechampions from the last World Cup, moreover they are constantly ranked in top 5. They are doing a really good job out there.
For the second slot, I think there will be a fierce fight between Greece and us. Our teams are roughly at the same level and it will be really tricky to take that slot.
The only team that is slightly underdog in my opinion is Venezuela. But you know, in NTs nearly any team can defeat anyone - and weaker teams have been source of many surprises.
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the WC.
Well, common sense would tell me to say Poland and Romania. But I somehow think that Bulgaria may come atop.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Well, referee? Nah, we do not have any "most important" player. But there are some players who have not had many appearances since U21, and I am quite interested how they will be doing :-)
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?
I would hope that Czech Republic might be the team that can do surprisingly well. I told this last season and it almost worked out, so I hope it will bring us some luck and success this time as well :-) But seriously, I would say Montenegro.

Last WC you were the coach of Bulgaria and made a great campaign reaching the finals but unfortunately not became champion, this defeat did you come to this WC with more desire to win than before? What can people expect from Bulgaria in the competition?
Yes and no. Particularly in the final i could do more and that is one of the reasons im here again, but im realistic and i know that i will need a miracle to repeat that run again :) We had great players at last world cup but some of them get old and now we have less strength.
People in Bulgaria always want more so i guess they expect me to repeat the same run as well :)
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Strong group as all teams at the finals Venezuela has great manager Bartucha that can surprise anyone as in WQC in our first game. Tzechs are always tough opponent im sad my friend Adam is not leading the team but Ostulc is great manager as well and their team is probably stronger then ours. Hellas with Tolis6520 progress a lot in the ranking and he plays similar tactics like mine so really did not like the draw .
Hope Bulgaria will go through even as a second team first place will be one of the other teams.

Hi! I'm Matthew, I live in Łódź, Poland. Now I study law. This is my 8th year in Sokker.
How has this experience been for you with New Zealand in the season? What can people expect from New Zealand in the competition?
It's a very nice experience for me, maybe the biggest success in all my sokker carieer. We achieved qualification from 2nd place from group with Eesti, Peru and Scotland, so it was quite hard. Despite that we're team from 4th pot we're playing at World Cup.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Very hard group, I thought that maybe greg could give us easier rivals... but on the other hand we don't want to surrender fast and wonder about second big surprise wink emoticon
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the WC.
Poland, Romania or France.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
We don't have big selection so all players are very important.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?
Crna Gora, New Zealand, Makedonija and Singapore :))

How has this experience been for you with België in the season? What can people expect from België in the competition?
I have a good support from the community, I had good results and they trust in me that I could bring the gold.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I know Singapore from the WCQ group, I was kinda unlucky in the latest match, hope to be ok this time:)
Spain also was in my WCQ group one edition before, I won 8-0 and 7-1 but now they have a better coach and will be hard.
Favorites on paper are Spain and Belgium.

Hi everyone, i'm 35 years old and i live in Treviso, near Venice. My favorite italian football team is A.C. Milan :)
This will be the first time Singapore will play the WC, how does it feel to know that ? How has this experience been for you with Singapore in the season? What can people expect from Singapore in the competition?
I am very very happy and proud to make this qualification, i have did the same many many season ago with Singapore U21 NT...so i write the history of this country for two times :)
In the group of World Cup we have no chance to qualific, but we try to make at least one point and have fun!
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I think that Belgie and Espana go throught

Polska with the italian coach and friend Ale70, Belgie or i hope an outsider (a country that never win the WC)
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
he striker Gee because, for make at least a point with my opponents, i must make any goal...

maybe Nederland, after the great match agaist Romania in the group qualification
You're Italian, you think about Italy not participate in this WC? How do you feel about a team with tradition like Italy did not participate?
sokker is a game, so it can happend that Italy don't play in the WC...any team in the top50 ranking can win agaist all

It will be 10 year anniversary since I joined Sokker
How has this experience been for you with Rossiya in the season? What can people expect from Rossiya in the competition?
Surprisingly it was a very competitive qualification group. India was a big surprise while Moldova underperformed. Russia ended up on the 2nd place behind a clear leader Turkey
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
It is 5th appearance of the team in the World Cup. Never Russia passed through the group stage although this time it is possible to avoid 4th place.

Any team with 80 rating can lift the cup
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
The star player is David Savintsev (the highest salary among field players) but I think strikers are more important in this game. At the end of the match they win who scored more

Before 5 years,i found a football game (sokker) with a tactical planner and viewer,i love it very quicly,im here so far,even the bad behavior from owner (he stop to improve the game,he never listen the users,he try to change the identity of the game make it simple and random with the last bad ME,with the bad 3D,and every bad change he did for the last time at 2012!)
How has this experience been for you with Hellas in the season? What can people expect from Hellas in the competition?
Im here long enough to say that,im veteran player after all,and im not having any trouble to drive my NT,some dissapointments from the last matches,i hope to find a solution about.We will fight every match thats for sure.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
My opponents are tough and strong teams,and i will happy to win em all :)

Hello! My name is Bart. I am 32 years old, this year I'll celebrate a round anniversary in SK - in May it will be 10 years since I'm here. I could say that SK is a big chunk of my life. On a daily basis I'm an architect. Married 8 years, 5 years happy father.
How has this experience been for you with Venezuela in the season? What can people expect from Venezuela in the competition?
It was an amazing season. When I started working in Venezuela, I dreamed of to qualify to the World Cup Finals. I knew that Venezuela waiting for this qualify a very long time, and I like a challenge. The first season I treated as a 'reconnaissance', was so successful that people I trusted. I didn't have an easy QWC group [eg second team last World Cup - Bulgaria with great manago Sviktorov] and always strong Portugal. However, we qualify, and here we are. Now, it would be good to say 'play and fun':-) I've not the pressures, but if we could get to PO phase... :-) I'm the 4th time in the World Cup Finals so some experience is, we'll see how useful.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Very demanding group. All teams are from TOP15, beyond us. We can say that we are doomed to be devoured. Again we came to Bulgaria, which seems to be the favorite. Tolis with Greece, in qualifications, lost only one match - very unfortunate game. The Czech Republic is a very solid contender, always strong. It will be very hard for us to qualify n to PO phase. I think that Bulgaria and the Czech Republic there will be teams that will qualify.
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the WC.
Poland - my country is waiting very long for a gold, for the first time in history NT leads a foreign coach. I think, Ale it has a big chance to lead Poland to triumph. Next team? Maybe Germany... but no.1 favorite, however, is Romania. I think I never had such a strong team as currently.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
I've two such players - Miras Adames and Alonso Gómez. Certainly the two, which runs the game offensive. It's a pity, that Alonso lost form... Unfortunately I don't have a stars in NT, such charm of small countries. But I'll not complain - we'll fight.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?
Suprise? For me team must be outside the TOP10 ranking, then will be suprised. If I had to choose one team - Hrvatska.

Good luck for all NT managers and successful in matches. Well, maybe without match against Venezuela, then let luck be with us :-)

Hello ! I am 25 years old and I am still studying computer science. Sokker is one of my hobbies and I dedicate quite a lot of time to it.
You had not been the coach last season because you were coaching the U21 team, do you think it can harm you in WC? What differences do you think there are in NT teams for U21 teams? What can people expect from Česká republika in the competition?
Yes, that's true. I had a great time leading the Czech U21 team in the last season. We went up to a bronze medal, but it could have ended up even better if we were slightly less unlucky in the semifinal.
There are huge differences between NT and U21 teams. In U21, you are dealing with less complete players. They are typically pretty unbalanced in their skills which opens up a lot of possibilities to exploit their strengths. And even though it might seem strange, I think that you are much more flexible in your play. In seniors, you are usually dealing with already star players when there is little room for any progress. The question often reduces to who has better players.
I think that our team could have been much better (considering the playerbase we have). With the team we have, I don't think we have some great chances as many countries have stronger teams. But luckily for us, some strong generations are coming and after few seasons of decline, we may hopefully have a decent team in 4-5 seasons :-)
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
That's a tough question. I think that one slot is more or less reserved for Bulgaria. They are vicechampions from the last World Cup, moreover they are constantly ranked in top 5. They are doing a really good job out there.
For the second slot, I think there will be a fierce fight between Greece and us. Our teams are roughly at the same level and it will be really tricky to take that slot.
The only team that is slightly underdog in my opinion is Venezuela. But you know, in NTs nearly any team can defeat anyone - and weaker teams have been source of many surprises.
Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the WC.
Well, common sense would tell me to say Poland and Romania. But I somehow think that Bulgaria may come atop.
Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Well, referee? Nah, we do not have any "most important" player. But there are some players who have not had many appearances since U21, and I am quite interested how they will be doing :-)
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?
I would hope that Czech Republic might be the team that can do surprisingly well. I told this last season and it almost worked out, so I hope it will bring us some luck and success this time as well :-) But seriously, I would say Montenegro.

Hello im 41 years old web developer that lives in Montreal, Canada.
My origin is Bulgarian and i played soccer at semi profesional level when i was young. Huge fan of Levski Sofia and Lazio Rome :)
Last WC you were the coach of Bulgaria and made a great campaign reaching the finals but unfortunately not became champion, this defeat did you come to this WC with more desire to win than before? What can people expect from Bulgaria in the competition?
Yes and no. Particularly in the final i could do more and that is one of the reasons im here again, but im realistic and i know that i will need a miracle to repeat that run again :) We had great players at last world cup but some of them get old and now we have less strength.
People in Bulgaria always want more so i guess they expect me to repeat the same run as well :)
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Strong group as all teams at the finals Venezuela has great manager Bartucha that can surprise anyone as in WQC in our first game. Tzechs are always tough opponent im sad my friend Adam is not leading the team but Ostulc is great manager as well and their team is probably stronger then ours. Hellas with Tolis6520 progress a lot in the ranking and he plays similar tactics like mine so really did not like the draw .
Hope Bulgaria will go through even as a second team first place will be one of the other teams.

How has this experience been for you with Magyarország in the season? What can people expect from Magyarország in the competition?
We had a good season, in 16 matches played we had only one lose and 15 victorys, also making 17 steps forward on rankings.We must get through from groupstage, this is expected by all,and me to:)

These are 2 different cases.
- About England, the big surprise was not the failure to qualify; the big surprise was the win of the final, two seasons before. It happened thanks to manager Qstarw who took control of the team and made efficient decisions.
- About Italy, the team lost in the qualifiers all games against Spain and Norway. Either the italian manager made some bad decisions, or we shall expect some surprises from Spain and Norway. Let´s see...

Anyone can :) My top 3 favourites though are Romania, Belgium and Hungary.
Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?
Surprise is a relative term, since many of the teams are on a similar level now. Every team has the potential to reach the quarterfinale, even surprise participants like Singapore, Montenegro, Macedonia or Scotland. France and Spain are the not so big names I think that could go very far.
What do you think about the current world champion England not to participate in this edition and about Italy which has a long tradition for being one of the best NT teams?
To be honest I would rather have placed my bet on England missing a World Cup than winning one. They overperformed a bit two seasons ago, now they faced a strong WCQ group. Italy on the other hand is a clear disappointment. Admittedly they had strong adversaries with Norway and Spain, but you still expect them to qualify. Instead they failed by a clear margin, that's a pretty big upset.
