All 4 teams playing at approximately same level. No real favourit in group.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Favourites are Romania, Italia and Belgium.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Theres not such a player in our squad.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

Felix Austria with swiss coach slamtam.

Its just a nice funny game.

Coach: MadridX

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello, I'm MadridX of Portugal, I began my career as Sokker coach in 2010, this is my first season as coach of the National Team U21 Portugal, I will put to the test all my skills and will to win.

You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect from Portugal in the competition?

I am confident that not, I believe in my work. People can wait for a Portugal more competitive.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

It is the strongest group of the World Cup, España, Deutschland and England are all opponents with many qualities, it will be difficult but with hard work and dedication will make it easy.
I think Deutschland and Portugal will pass.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

For me the three favorites to win is to Polska, Italy or Deutschland.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Analyzing my squad I believe the key player of Portugal will be the Helder Conchita. Because it is a very skilled player that allows changes in the tactical plan of the selection.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

I think that Portugal and Spain will surprise in this World Cup.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I hope it's a World Cup unforgettable for all. Best it win, it is be proud the his work at the World Cup.

Coach: general

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is Daniel, I have 37 years and i play this game since 2009 and in recent seasons have invested my time to train new talents and then the front of some U21 team.

How has this experience been for you with Brasil in the season? What can people expect from Brasil in the competition?

Has been a great experience, we are managing to organize the training and repatriate young prospects for a future have a stronger team.
We try to get as far as possible, maybe take small differences in the squad, on closer tactical analysis... and so fight to advance as far as possible in the competition.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Coincidently the other three group opponents are teams that already face last season, played the WCQ against Bosnia and friendlies against the other 2 are capable coaches and we have a very balanced group that will be decided in the details.
on the 2 teams that will go, I hope it will be Brazil and 1 more, I have no preference.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Among the favorites, for having numerous 'spare pieces', always we have to emphasize Poland, Romania and Italy, but maybe with a little luck we can try to 'nip a title' to Brazil!

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

We do not have one more important player, but we have a good defense, a excepecional goalkeeper and a good midfield, perhaps our most fragile sector is the attack, but we will try to solve it!

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

This question I'll include myself, perhaps we can be a pleasant surprise, in addition to traditional teams as already Belgium, Turkey, among others.
U21 games are always a 'box of surprise', not always the best wins and we have many surprises because the squads are more evenly matched!

Any words you want to tell the community?

Be careful with us, we are striving to get as far as possible and maybe 'nip' some an unprecedented world title !!!

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

How has this experience been for you with Suomi in the season? What can people expect from Suomi in the competition?

I have worked with Finnish young sokkerplayers and I am pleased with the results I've achieved. I hope that Suomi will go finals...

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Very smooth and difficult group. I think that Brazil and Suomi goes through, but also have the opportunity to Eesti.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Only one team can win and its Suomi... :-)

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

I have only one keeper so he will be the most important. I hope not injuries for him...

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

I hope that someone small country will surprice.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

I don't have much experience in national teams but my community supported me and my team for the analysis of the matches and the tactic application.
So you can say that, inexperienced tactic coach :)

You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect from Uruguay in the competition?

No because i was part of the staff in the last period and my precessor, molo85, who is part of the staff still, so we've been guiding the U21 as a team and we will continue to do it that way
3 - What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I think Magyarország and Hrvatska(they don't fool me, they recently felt down of the top 10) are the best teams but Chile and us are pretty close to them so i am confident that we will make a good WC

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Romania is very strong, and has a lot of great players available. I've seen a great offensive power in Italy and in France but a little less.
Netherlands has a great defense so i think they will make a great WC.
But i think the strongest is Polska and is the most serious candidate, so it will be Polska or Uruguay.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

The most importante player is Emiliano Borthagaray but he is not the best, there's the why, we don't have another defense like him.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

Netherlands is low in the ranking but i think will be a lot better in the WC, also France, and us :)

Any words you want to tell the community?

All the best luck to the participants, i am happy to be part and hope the injuries doesn't decide ths luck of the teams.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is Sebastian, I'm 37 years old and I've been playing Sokker since 2007.

How has this experience been for you with Argentina in the season? What can people expect from Argentina in the competition?

Last season we had a good qualification. We led our group winning all the matches, which wasn't easy.

For the World Cup our first objective is to get past the group stage. The second goal would be to win the fourth match, which Argentina have never managed to do at U21 WC. After that, well, the sky is the limit. ;-)

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

We have a very tough group. Romania is the favorite to win the group, they're the number one ranked team.
Cuba is a very strong side, I've seen the evolution they've had during the years. They have a great coach and probably the most committed community of all Sokker when it comes to their NT.

Crna Gora is a good team, I don't know them as well as I know Cuba, but they aren't going to be easy for anyone.

I'd say Romania is the favorite to win the group and Argentina will fight Cuba and Crna Gora for the second place.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Italy is in a great shape. Poland and Česká Republika are candidates as well.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

We don't have a real star. Our side is a group of good players, but we're a team.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

España, Slovensko and Cuba.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is Dan (or cowboy, as a nickname), I am the commercial lawyer in Craiova, medium city in south west of Romania, and I am a proud fan of Fenerbahce.

How has this experience been for you with România in the season? What can people expect from România in the competition?

It was some unpleaseant experience for a small group of (r)roma-ian community, but fortunately, they are not representative for romanian sokker.
It was some interesant experience for a lot of users.
I hope that people from Romania do not expect from me huge things :D. Only I want to create a competitive team, who play nice, and bring some medals..

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

In that stage, Cuba, Argentina and Crna Gora are all the strong teams. I hope Romania to be the one from two teams who go through.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Only 3?
Polska all the time, Italia, Belgie, Espagna, maybe Turkiye.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

For me, the most important player is the team. Because I think one strong team can not be dependent from one single player.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

Nederland.

Any words you want to tell the community?

7. From now, every game can be a final for Romania. So, stay close to our team, we want to make the things well done. :D

This is a question for Crna Gora community, I'm to shy to speak about myself.

How has this experience been for you with Crna Gora in the season? What can people expect from Crna Gora in the competition?

To be coach of Crna Gora (Montenegro) its always a challenge, as we are a very small community. I manage to qualify with Crna Gora for the third time (in the row) to the WC final stage. Our goal is fulfilled.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

All strong teams. Each of them will do the best they can to pass the group but its obvious that most chance for that have Romania and Argentina.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Its always Poland, Italy and Romania.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

All players are important.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

Surprise can make Croatia, Germany and Belgium. They have potential, with right tactics they can win the WC.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Im proud to have such Crna Gora familly . United we can do more.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

I am Italian but I live in Brazil. I'm in Sokker since early 2007, my goal as a club is to get the 'Serie A' (Italian 1st Division) with a team made entirely of Cuban players.

How has this experience been for you with Cuba in the season? What can people expect from Cuba in the competition?

It makes many, many seasons I'm working for the growth of Sokker Cuba, along with the Cuban community and friends of the federation "Amici di Cuba." We trained Cuban players and are always looking for new talent. The group in WCQ was very hard, we could eliminate Bulgaria winning 3-1 in Turkey, one of the most strongest teams in U21, in a historic game for the entire Cuban community.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Romania do not even need speak, it is the story of Sokker. Argentina has a great coach and value this year can reach too far in U21WC. I hope Crna Gora is within our reach to try to win the first game of Cuba in a U21WC. We are in the third appearance, but so far we lost 5 games and draw only one.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

I think that Italy is the favorite to win, has a huge potential and a world-class coach. Then Poland, and I think this year are very strong two South Americans teams, Argentina and Brazil. Sorry, I said 4 ... ;p

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Usually the midfielder does not decide games, so everyone talks this..., but our player Pedro Alcantara is a very complete player who can make a difference in the middle of the field.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

I have spoken of Argentina and Brazil. Our goal is to win a game, but fortunately we can get to the eightfinals... Cuba can be a surprise.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello, I am 25 years old, live in Katowice in Poland. I'm a big fan of Everton FC. I am eurosceptic and national conservative :)

You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect from Polska in the competition?

I think that's okay, the community in Poland knows me very well, I'm such a little troll forum :) I have a lot of experience in gaming for about 60 note, I played sokker many years on similar assessments, see how quickly promoted to Division II Polish, I think the poles trust me, showing my win in the vote.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

3. I think that I have a group of very good teams do not want to write who will go, decide that the points in the group :)

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Poland, Poland, Poland ... :)

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

all the players are equally important, no disclosures nothing more, because the Czech Republic, France and Paraguay can read it, not facilitate, the case :)

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

I do not know, I can not say everything is going to turn out during the tournament, I hope that there will be some surprises :)

Howdy. I'm just a regular guy who likes beer, music, sports and weekends. Then I have my alter ego who's good in creating tactics and such, but that only comes up every once in a while.

How has this experience been for you with Česká republika in the season? What can people expect from Česká republika in the competition?

Well, we were unbeatable last season, so I guess it was decent. We had a few draws though, so it could've been better. Last time when I was in the U21 final I lost, so this season we'll try to fix that.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

To be honest - I don't even know who are in our group, and I'm too lazy to check that right now. But I guess we will go through, and maybe Poland if they're there.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Česká republika U21, Suomi U21 and 1. FC Vozíčkáři Vyšehrad.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Zdeněk Kukal because he's the only one who knows how to score at least sometimes.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

I don't know.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

i work as graphic designer, married, and one children. Sokker is one of my hobby, especially tactics, and coop mode : so NT sokker .
I manage NT database French players since many seasons now, already reach a semi-final U21 as NT French coach, and assist @Barros the French NT A coach since 4 seasons now.

How has this experience been for you with France in the season? What can people expect from France in the competition?

Deceptive to be honest. First, that's not a scoop that Sokker community is dying, sometimes that's hard to keep motivate without supporters. But anyway, only few players who help and support bring the motivation back. Then, results was not terrible, we play one or two really good match during last season, nothing more. This seasons that was hard to find decent players in all position, so i need to adapt always tactics with our available players, and not design tactics against an opponent.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Poland is always very difficult to defeat. That's a logical favorite in this group. I expect France can win versus Cesk Republic but Cesk look stronger this season. Paraguay is the "weaker" team but can create surprise.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Italy, Belgium, and Poland

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Our gk, because that's the only one who can save us in this WC :)

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

I dont know. Surprise always happen, especially in U21 because teams are young, even the best skill teams need success to score vs a well organized "weaker" team.

Any words you want to tell the community?

NT coach is a great challenge and we need community cooperation to improve our teams , that's definitively more intense and fun than playing in this own club, alone.
Despite this fact, since few seasons that's hard to find serious coachs/supporters and assistants for many countries. I hope this competition, this Guide (ty Woody) can convince more players to challenge in NT.

How has this experience been for you with Paraguay in the season? What can people expect from Paraguay in the competition?

GREAT!!! :)
It was my first season as a coach in national team. There were mistakes, there were good things. Paraguayan community supported me all the time. Everything was done very nicely for us with a World Cup qualifying

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Paraguay is the country qualified for the World Cup with the lowest number of users! Indifferently who picks the draw ... will be very hard for us. I want to warn my opponents: Paraguay will fight in every match.
Paraguay will go through next round :D
Second team ... I do not care ... I would like Polska to be eliminated :))

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Paraguay, Paraguay and Paraguay :P :))
seriously... my heart will be always with Romania... Česká republika and Italia are very strong teams. Polska changed coach not know what to say...

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

For me the team is very important, not a player. Any player may be replaced. I do not like the teams with "players irreplaceable".

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

PARAGUAY! :D

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

I come from Switzerland (capital Bern) and I'm currently a student. I started to play sokker nearly 10 years ago. I don't have a special or direct relation with Austria. It's my first World Cup appearance (I tried before to qualify with Austria 2 times)

How has this experience been for you with Österreich in the season? What can people expect from Österreich in the competition?

We had a strong and unusual generation last season Only 3 players who have played during the qualifiers, will play at the World Cup. However, the current generation is similarly strong, but compared with the top nations we are totally geeks.
Our community can't expect much. Our community is very pleased that the U21 is participing the World Cup once more.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

If we check the ratings, then Turkey is the favorite, even though we were in pot 1. Slovensko, Peru and Austria will fight for the 2nd place. It's surprising that Peru has a golden generation.

Italia, Polska and België

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

It isn't a simple matter, If I've to choose one player. But Roland Mayer is a defender of international standard. Absolute big boss in the defense.

Our team if we have good luck :P

We got bad luck with our main goalkeeper. He's been injured for 43 days and that's why we've to play with a 18yo GK. Wish him luck, lol!

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi! I am 26 years old, I have started playing Sokker in 2006, then I quit and returned in 2013. U21 WC qualifications last season were my first experience as a NT coach, and I really liked it.

How has this experience been for you with Rossiya in the season? What can people expect from Rossiya in the competition?

We have managed to qualify to U21 World Cup from the 4th pot, grabbing the place in the World Cup in the last round of the qualifications. We have got ahead of Viet Nam and Azerbaijan, earned an unexpected 1-1 draw against Poland. It was an astonishing experience for me, and I'll try to make some surprises in the WC, although our current generation is significantly weaker.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

There are no easy opponents at this stage.

Italy has terrific players and, as always, great NT staff. We in Russia have had amazing experience with Italian NT coaches (Mr.Sponkie, NIC and icciban come to my mind), they were very strong tacticians and affable community managers. They are definitely capable to win the World Cup.

Netherland and Greece played in the same group in WCQ, I think they've got to know each other well. Both teams have great players, and, although Greece had a close call due to points lost in matches against Moldova and Ireland, they are a very strong team.

Italy and one of Netherland/Greece will go through, and we'll try to grab some points from our opponents.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Italy, Belgium, Romania.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Grigoriy Krivouchko, he can play on every position in the midfield, destroying opponent's attacks and creating chances for our strikers.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

Crna Gora's coach is a very good tactician, he can certainly make some surprises, although he'll have to come through from a hard group. Eesti was always known for good tactics, I think they are capable to get the medals of the U21WC. Austria looks promising.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I'd like to thank all users who raise, train and update youth for national teams. Thank you Woody for creating this U21 WC Guide and everybody who reads and comments on it. You all really make an amazing community.
I wish everybody all the best and good luck in the upcoming matches.

Coach: Ford Kuga

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello everybody! I'm Ford Kuga, the U21 NT-coach of Belgium. In the real life I'm a student of Economics and Finance. I started to play sokker in 2011 and I love this game. Becoming the CT of Belgium has been a dream that had came true.

You will play the U21 as coach in the country is the current champion of the competition, do you feel any pressure because of that? What can people expect from België in the competition?

I would like to live my experience in Belgium without any pressure: at the end this is only a beautiful game! Since I decided to candidate myself at the guide of Belgium U21 the last season I knew that it will be very difficult to win the WC another time. I think also Belgian community knows this. Anyway the community can expect that I will put the maximum effort on WC competition and then we will see at which point we will arrive.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

I think that Serbia and Lietuva are very strong teams that require a lot of attention and study before playing against them. The two coaches are very good in preparing tactics. It will be important also not to underestimate Danmark even if their community is smaller than ours. It will be a difficult group but I think that Belgium and Serbija have good chances to go through.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Italy, Poland and Romania above all the others.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

The most important player in our squad is our captain Fred Jeannette because of his long experience with our U21 team. Unfortunately, it will be likely to skip the first two matches for a serious injury but he will be surely in the bench to support his teammates.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition?

Belgium I hope! Then there are a lot of very good coaches that can make the live difficult to most of the powerful teams .

Any words you want to tell the community?

I want to thank all the Belgian community to give me the possibility to play to this WC: it is a dream that became reality. I hope that all user from all over the world will enjoy to see the WC matches.
Go Belgium!

Expert Previews

We went behind the opinions of coaches and ex-coaches about the 12th edition of U21 World Cup!

Fabbrogas ( Semifinalist with België in the 8th U21WC Edition)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

I would like to see some new ideas into the field, some new tactics and/or movements.
I would basically see if these managers can create something different using their imagination because i strongly believe that there are some unusual tactics which can perform pretty well, and i will soon test some of them :P

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

Romania, as usual their team is one of the top 3 as players quality and they have a good manager who's gonna do well in my opinion.
Italy, this year Italy has (probably) the best manager of all the National Team that are qualified for the final stage. Besides this, they have a good roster of player for this season
Türkiye, I can't define them as "outsider" but my guess is this year they will have a proper WC path.

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

I bet on Nederland, even though they have less than 200 users they built a good team for this season, their coach has the experience of the past World Cups and this will help them a lot.

The last edition was full of surprises and a final happened that no one expected, you think this can occur again in this edition?
The other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I liked the way last World Cup developed and ended , but I think this year the difference between the main teams and the contenders is a bit wider than last year and i expect a top team to win the cup "easily".

I have always thought that the difference between several national team were going to decrease, as it did in the last 4-5 seasons, but I think that this difference is going to be back at the standard value. If this is a good or a bad thing is a personal idea, I my self think that is a bad thing, because I have always appreciated outsiders teams and the possibility, the managers who trained lower level national team had, to do some important matches and maybe gift us with some unespected supreises.

Tell us a sokker "secret"!

Well, if i spoil you the secret, it won't be a secret any longer.
Hmm, I can run in an U21 election next year, can it be considered a sokker "secret"?

Any words you want to tell the community?

I would thank all the people who follow the Sokker World Cup because since I trained a lot of U21 National Teams in the past, playing every year the World Cup, I know the feeling these managers will have during the competition, I know how much effort they put into this cup and I know that they will be happy just reading some posts and conversations about the competition.
So, have fun watching the matches and see you in the thread to speak about (and with) them and their teams.

Good World Cup to everyone,
Fabbro

Tsolias / ( Pilipinas U21 Coach)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

I hope to see Hellas or Germany winning the cup :D

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

My main favorite is Italy. Their coach Pavoniana won the cup last time with Belgium and now, with Italy, he should present an even stronger team.
Favorite number 2 is Romania. They had no difficulties to beat the other teams in the qualifiers (like Poland had, against Russia, Vietnam and Azərbaycan), so I think that their coach Vacarul has everything under control.
Favorite number 3 is Česká republika. They played in a difficult qualification group and they had really nice results.

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

The teams I mentioned above had over 400 registered users (after the clean up of the bot teams). So, if by "weaker teams" you mean less than 400 users, then I would say Germany, Hellas, Spain, Turkey...
But I will interprete the words "weaker teams" as teams with less than 150 users. So I will tell: Austria (Österreich - 38 users), Crna Gora (Montenegro - 28 users!) and Bosna i Hercegovina (133 users). Keep them in mind, perhaps they will not reach the final, but they can make big surprises.

The last edition was full of surprises and a final happened that no one expected, you think this can occur again in this edition?
The other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

In the last U21WC we saw you, Woody, with Switzerland, reaching unexpected the final and loosing only after the penalty shoot out. It was a big surprise and for making a series of surprises and reaching the final, more factors are playing a role:
One is tactics and tactic secrets (choosing the right players, making the right tactic etc.)
The other factor is training. Some communities, like Crna Gora (Montenegro), train more efficient.
Montenegro has only 28 users and it participates in each U21WC. I think it´s a combination of effective training and good tactics.
As long as there are communities which train effective and as long as there are coaches who coach smart, there will be surprises and we can have again a surprise like you and the swiss community did last time.
To your other question, if the other U21 teams are coming at the level of strongest teams: I will say definitely no. Less users mean less talents, less options and less players in good form.

Tell us a sokker "secret"!

Have you ever noticed the weather conditions?

Any words you want to tell the community?

Lets speak to our friends (in the world outside) and tell them how much fun we have by playing sokker! ;)

l-zsolt / ( Australia U21 Coach)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

I hope to be a big competition, with a lot of surprises, last time we watched a WC, where the big 3(Polska, Romania, Italy) was'nt on the final match, and a fantastic more tactical victory of Pavoniana with Belgium youngs.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

Belgium, France -at first they, because i know them from WCQ groups, they are very strong as values, marks and also good tacticians. And i wait also a good WC of same Pavo with young azziris.Still i believe on polish and romanian winnings here, very strong teams both forever(but with more tactical errors on last editions).

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

Weaker teams?Did you mean out of top10, because every team deserved on WCQ to be here, so i don't think they are weaks...i think Srbija could be a good team here, even Brasil where are alot of young talents.

The last edition was full of surprises and a final happened that no one expected, you think this can occur again in this edition?
The other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

No, i think surprises occures just if the best of squads are'nt best on tactics and to prepare their matches. Is'nt about regress of stronger teams squads. Is a manager game. If you don't could make results with better players, is'nt players fault. And the better valued teams have better players even now...another thing is to could manage them for win.

Tell us a sokker "secret"!

Passion and patience and of course better players :D

Any words you want to tell the community?

Give respect to opponents even you lose and enjoy this WC and this game.Give respect to opponents even you lose and enjoy this WC and this game.

Moppi ( Semifinalist with Deutschland in the last U21WC Edition)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

I hope that it will be a fantastic tournament for all and we will see future stars and a lot of surprises. Besides to this I hope that Germany U21 can be part of last 4 teams. Onkelchen has made fine work as my successor.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

Normally big countries have best chances to win. But we have seen last WC that smaller countries have chances. This competition I think Italy is in good form an has chances to win. It´s a great team with a good coach. Romania and Poland are the other two who have good chance. They have many big players and for them is it easier to replace sick players and cards.

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

Austria and Germany. Both have good coaches. Slamtam has great experience with his team and at last good tactics. Germany has also a good team and a coach who could make the difference in matches. I think we have no superstar. But we have no big weakness too.

The last edition was full of surprises and a final happened that no one expected, you think this can occur again in this edition?
The other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Imho I think at least one of the bigger countries will reach the finals. They are to strong. You need so much luck and all had to fit. I don´t think so that we will see such a final this time again.

Tell us a sokker "secret"!

Sokker is a whole secret. If you think you know how it works it comes different.

Imho I think that striker has gene for striking. But there is no proof. ;)

Any words you want to tell the community?

I wish all a good time with a lot of fun. Let us enjoy this WC!

Woody ( Finalist with Schweiz in the last U21WC Edition)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

Well! I hope a lot of exciting matches and big surprises.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

3 teams, it's dificult, obvious.... Italy is the favorite because we have a strong generation and the best U21 coach in the world, Pavoniana i'ts just a amazing coach and one of the reasons I wanted very much to return to be a U21 coach is want to face him again.
But i think another team who has chances this season is Hungary, rohamkacsa for me is one of the best U21 coaches in the moment and in the last U21WC ha made a incredible season after win Romania in the 1st match, the match vs Germany when he lost was amazing, he's a great tatican.
Poland i not have a opinion because i don't know Yeti, but is a strong team, you can always expect something.
Romania is strong too, but i think that does not change tactically in certain areas, may end up being eliminated, every season the coaches develop tactically and many things change, this is the differential of the U21 teams in my opinion, but Romania is my 3rd choice because it's a strong team e this is a It is a differential.

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

I think Brazil because have a good coach, Belgium too, i'ts a U21WC with much good coaches, so... much teams can be a surprise. My bet is Brazil, Belgium and Russia.

The last edition was full of surprises and a final happened that no one expected, you think this can occur again in this edition?
The other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Maybe.... because you do not know what can happen, in the last U21WC Switzerland have a solid team with a strong defense so I created my tactical thinking of taking the best of that team. Of course, luck also have to be on your side, so I have no opinion.
I do not believe it, I think it keeps the same, what has changed is the level of coaches.

Tell us a sokker "secret"!

When I see a match in sokker I am like Simeone.... going all over the place! haha!

Any words you want to tell the community?

Thank everyone who helped me with the guide, thank to Tsolias to create some questions and also the whole sokker community by training young players.

Today starts the 12th edition of the U21 World Cup!
I wanted to thank everyone for the compliments about the guide, I wanted to also thank all the coaches who answered the questions and Tsolias, Moppi, Fabbro and l-zsolt who helped me too.
Well.... For me the U21WC is the best moment i have in sokker, i play 3 times this cup It has always been special to me, it is the moment that all emotion appears, where we get more anxious than anything, counting the days, hours, minutes and seconds to start this show.
It is also the moment of sadness, suffering an unsatisfactory result, the excitement of the first win, a sadness for a quick elimination.... the desire to win at any cost.
What I like to say is that coaches of National Teams is like a F1 drivers, because they have a team and fans to support and this is the community, that will always support rooting for him to get the highest place at podium, in this case is the gold thophy, the most desire of many coaches, be U21WC champion.
That's my feeling about it and made the guide putting all these my feelings on it, to all coaches good luck today. LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
