well if you can afford the investment, then yes
If you had 20 juniors and magical coach, you pay 70k euro each week * 16 weeks in season = 1,120M euro, thats not much at all considering that you can sell your juniors even for several million euro if you are lucky

I am not the luckiest guy in the world, but I think I will try.
Currently I have a brilliant(14) coach becuase he is cheaper. Do you know how much of a difference magical(15) makes?

I think the difference is one level.

How much of a difference does it really make on the players?
Were you being funny?

1) If you like to gamble, only keep 16y old players who will promote the same season, and maybe also 16y old players who will promote when 17 but then it's important to keep tracking the talent.
2) a brilliant (14) coach for youth school is fine, incredible (13) and outstanding (12) is also okay to start with. Keep in mind to find one with a very low wage !!
Transferlist:
brilliant (14) http://sokker.org/transferSearch/trainer/1/pg/1/wage_max/30000/coach_min/14/sort/end
--> (Tommie de Le Hoye can also be used as 'Playmaker' trainer when head coach)
incredible (13) http://sokker.org/transferSearch/trainer/1/pg/1/wage_max/23000/coach_min/13/sort/end
outstanding (12) http://sokker.org/transferSearch/trainer/1/pg/1/wage_max/17000/coach_min/12/sort/end
EDIT: This is what I suggest, others will have their own ideas what is best to do.

I also stick with a brilliant one. Imo the price to magical is a big leap for the (imo) small difference. For top talents it will maybe make a difference, but somehow they never join my school anyway :)
Thanks for the input both of you! It's true there is a pretty big leap to magical.
"Unearthly" trainer is way overrated imo. All they do are collecting pension!
Guys , Which one is best choise for train?
1 Magical (15) Asistant trainer
or
3 Formidable (11) Asistant trainer.

3x11 = 33
1x15 = 15
Very simplified, but I guess that gives you the answer.
