Why no one make a u21 MWC?I sau just u20 , but in u20 not all the small team have u20 players to playing that... At least i suggest that in u20 cups team with rating smaller than 45 to play with u 21 team not u 20....

I think that is something you should discuss with Tsolias first, since he started up the u20 mwc.
If he's prepared to bend the rules in his cup, your problem is solved and this topic then can be closed.
In future you should first start a discussion in a similar topic before randomly open a new topic.
Fact is that he started the cup for teams who didn't manage to qualify for the U21 WC. If you want to make a cup for teams that are not strong enough for the u20mwc, who's going to decide which teams are "qualified" for participating the u21 mwc?
The u20 mwc is a friendly tournament to raise the experience of your u20 players so they'll be stronger for the next WC...
I think that the u20mwc is a perfect tournament for weaker teams. You don't have to participate if you feel you should be able to Win the tournament in order to participate, but it's a good way to play friendlies in a fun manner.

Why no one make a u21 MWC?

Because no one makes it, even if he likes this idea, like you do - and despite of this you do not organise. ;)

I think it´s a good idea. I can tell you that many users would participate. I heard a lot of times in the past "why is Mamma Mia Cup" U 20 and not U21?".
So, if you wish to organise something like that in 2 seasons, go on!
("in 2 seasons" - for now, I thnik, most teams have alredy arranged friendlies and I do not believe they would cancell thei friendlies... or would they...?)

There are 96 teams.
32 in the official U21WC,
32 could participate in the newly proposed U21 mini world cup
and 32 more can participate in the U20 Mamma Mia Cup.

Just for your information:
In each of the prior Mamma Mia Cups 32 teams had registered. Currently there are 24 registrations.

But small country haven't players to play in u20, its hard to make a team to play a match with u21 players, so thats why i sayd that in this kind of cups to let small teams to play with what players they have...

"But small country haven't players to play in u20"

It´s a myth!

I coached Pilipinas U21 (3 academies) for several seasons and I organised 3 Mamma Mia Cups.
Till week 3 every country can have 11 players in the age of U20.

I remember many times I received from managers from small countries email with the same phrase. I checked all times and most of them there were more than 20 players, sometimes even more than 50.

i just 14 decent players from entire players.... just 14 wich deserve to be user, from this 14, just 6 are under 20 years, so...

Pilipinas need players, the way is this ... bring new coaches for the game

I see there are at least 3 academies in Jamaica (look here: http://sokker.org/league/leagueID/40574). If you want to have 20 or more U20-players tell the managers to stop sacking the juniors.
And if you want to have good U20-players, tell them to train them. Or find somebody else to train them, or train them by yourself (as I did) till they are interesting for other clubs.

I just described you some ways of how we managed in Pilipinas in the past to have more than 40 good players with only 3 academies. Some of thoes players would even play in Germany´s U20 team.
It´s just up to you, if you want to spend some time to built up a better team, or if it is more comfortable just to complain.

"bring new coaches for the game"
This is also a way and I am still lokking for ways to atract people. All of my good friends know about my sokker-devotion, but still none of them has ever tried it... :(

I´d bet "didn´t had luck" is also an assumption.
People expect to get juniors with high skills and ignore 2 facts:
- Some of them have great talent and would develop very fast
- Some of them are 16 or 17 and develop because of their age very fast.
On my opinion, especially in small countries, it´s a part of the job of the U21-manager to show to the other managers how to recognise the talents and how to train better. That´s what makes the U21 job more attractive than NT.
If someone wants just to nominate players for his tactics, then he should apply for NT-job.

This was so clear that a guy don't have any other words to add. Congrats Tsolias, high-five.
In Lithuania I am personally asking some less active users to develop junior schools, because we need more talented youths. One my friend played for 8 years and he didn't have school. I noticed it only last year, so he started last season and he already got 2 super talented players, which one of them will play in Mamma mia being 18 years old.
In one season he not only gave 2 great players for Lithuania NT (total 4 youths, which you would prefer in Jamaica), but earned 4.1M €.
You can try to motivate by this other users.
this is the team I am talking about
Cheers!
