Coach: Tony Madeira

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi everyone, I am a retired after 30 years of service in aviation, I live in Cruzeiro in the state of São Paulo.
In this almost 10 years of Sokker having started in February 2008 I have already been involved in some positions and tasks: Tutor, Promoter and in the current Moderator and I made Tables of promotion when the site was out a certain time, and already I have 8 seasons helping in the updating the database. My team, the CFC is currently in the 3rd division of Brazil, after undergoing reformulation to seek great achievements.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

It was a feeling that I could contribute more directly to the national team of my country.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

It would evaluate positively since we obtained good results against national teams qualified in the ranking and of a certain tradition in the U21.
People can expect them not to disappoint them with pathetic presentations but to honor the country, Brazil needs a good result in the WC to enter in the U21 scenario once and for all.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

I think it is a very difficult group which we will have to dedicate a lot if we want to qualify. In my opinion qualify Brazil and Romania.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

The always favorite Poland, the Czech Republic and Brazil.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

There are several important players in the team, but I can say that it is Jesiel Canhoto due to the difficulty of replacement.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Romania, Italy, Hungary, Belgium, Croatia. I think so, there are some teams that have already leveled and may surprise in the U21WC.

Any words you want to tell the community?

The performance of a national team depends not only on the coach at that decisive time to choose the team, in fact it is the sum of everything that was done during the preparation, be it tasks such as player registration, database update, training that often hinders the clubs, the strategies to potentiate the training, all these tasks are necessary to build a strong national team.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Same old G11 :D
My real name is Sorin and I am 42 years old. I worked in the Romanian army (Air Force). I was a captain in the Romanian Air Force :P
Now I am retired and I have very much free time for Sokker :))

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

Romania is my country. I want to help my country...

You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC?
YES

What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

All the time the Romanian community waited for the maximum possible

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

It is a very balanced group, a small advantage for Brasil
I do not want to write who I wish will go, decide that the points in the group :)

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Romania, Romania and Romania! :D
seriously... I like Česká republika, but... the hardest opponent for Romania will be Romania!

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

For me the team is very important, not a player. Any player may be replaced. I do not like the teams with "players irreplaceable".

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I hope that the biggest surprise (in a negative sense) will be Poland :P :))

In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I do not want to write who I wish will win :D

I believe that they all expect the cup: D

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Coach: Krcko Oraščić

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello, I'm new coach of Bosna i Hercegovina u21 national team. My nickname is not my real name, obviously, it's translation of the Tchaikovsky's opera „The Nutcracker“. I started playing soker in 2008, but I lost my club because of unactivity. Then I came back stronger than ever and I became selector.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

I was interested in that position and I have decided to participated in elections for u21 coach. I chose younger squad because their qualities are similar to the players I have in my club. As a coach of the u21 team you have to be more active than coach of A team, but this function is a bit easier and you have less pressure.

You had not been the coach last season, do you think it can harm you in U21WC? What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

I think that my team could be surprise of the World Cup. I have enough time to see which players I have, what are they qualities, what can I expect from them and other managers don't have enough time to introduce me. Goal is to reach knock-out system and that is always goal when it comes to my country and our community. It won't be so tragic if we failed, but.. People always expect to win every game at least 5:0.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Romania is the best sokker nation in our group and I think that they wouldn't have any problem to be first in our group. For me Brasil is the second favorite, but USA and Bosna are not so far from them. There will be interesting battle for second place.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Poland is always first candidate for title. I will mention our rivals from group, Romania and Ceska republika.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

I'm „defensive“ coach and really take care of defense. In my team the best player in first half of the field is our goalkeeper Atif Lađević. He is the key player of my system.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I always expect from my team to be better than they really can and try to make the best possible results. Bosna i Hercegovina can be one of the biggest surprise, but we wouldn't take medal or something like this, it will be suprprise if we solve the group, also Hrvatska (Croatia) can get medal.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I'm not Jose Mourinho, but I have nothing to say.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is Daniel, I'm 38 years old, I've been playing sokker since 2009 and in the last few seasons I've been dedicated to training young players without bothering with win trophies with my team, I'm going to my 3rd U21WC with a 3rd different country.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

Cuba has a small but very organized community, that guys are incredible, always willing to help and follow the guidelines, what makes the job much more peaceful and pleasant ... it is an enormous pleasure to be a coach of a community so focused on being one of a powerful forces in this game.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

We had an incredible season, we ranked first in the group, beating the biggest strength of the group in the game that would define the team that would be in first place ... we had some good friends, we managed to beat Estonia, which is always a force to be considered in the U21 scenario.

The community hopes for a good participation in the cup and we will try to overcome these expectations and show the world the strength of this small country !!

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

We are in a balanced group, perhaps with a slight advantage to the French team, but we hope to pass the stage does not matter much in which position.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

The countries of always - Poland, Italy and Romania, by the large number of users and thus by having a greater amount of players at disposal.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

We do not have a more important player, we have a good team, with good players in several positions.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Cuba can be a good surprise in this cup, if the sokker gods help us and we can get our players in a good form, we can be one of the surprises.

As for the level of U21, the big problem is the number of players appearing from youth schools, hardly a small country with less than 100 users will be able to have a stronger team than a country with more than a thousand users, maybe we can make that difference in Of the game, in the 90 minutes, but hardly in terms of options the great communities will be overcome.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Well, I've been in the sokker for 7 years, I really like the game, and I take things seriously here, like training (mainly), I also really like to follow the national teams in general, I like to build tactics ...

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

First of all I really like the Paraguayan community, I made some friends that I want to take for a lifetime and as always I was in love with the U21 teams, I decided to provide my services to the community since last season, we managed to take the team to the U21 World Cup and I found That it was time to continue the work so I put the disposition of the country again and won the elections.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

Great, because I managed to make many friends, we had a solid season, nothing extraordinary, there are some friends of mine who say that it is possible for Paraguay to surprise and the community believes in my work, they think I can go far in this U21 World Cup.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Are national teams in terms of values and notes slightly larger than Paraguay, I leave all the favoritism of the group in Cuba, and believe we can move along with them.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Polska U21 , România U21 and Česká republika U21.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

I believe that today may be our Goalkeeper Simón Araujo, I place all my confidence in him, I believe that in this U21WC he can show his value.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I believe Cuba, Belgium and Italy always give some work in any competition they compete for, the weakest teams I think are not close and I think they may not even get close to the strongest teams because there are a number of factors that I can mention , such as youth schools, country size, etc.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I want first to thank the community again for the trust and I reinforce here my commitment of work and seriousness with our national team.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello Woody. I am the mighty wizard living high up in the mountains, unknown to any living soul on the Earth. Give it up, you will never find out who I am (unless you read my answers from previous seasons).

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

There are many reasons why I became a coach of Czech U21. First of all, I applied in the elections. Then I received a few votes. And most importantly, nobody took his chances against me. That is the secret recipe for my success.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

We are #2 in the rank after losing no more than a single match in a unlucky way and scoring 111-5 in the WCQ. That's not bad isn't it? Unfortunately, our past generation is gone and our team is now in troubled waters. (I do say it always, but this time it is really critical ;-))

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Have you ever seen a group where #2 ranked team might well be an underdog? Welcome to our world :-P But we never give up!

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Indonesia, Indonesia and Indonesia! They might not win on points, but they will be the moral winners anyway!

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Our only hope is the referee! Without him we are doomed. My team has got into some financial troubles after paying all his needs, so I hope he will not let us down.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

It would have been a major surprise if Poland managed to win the World Cup. But nah, I do not believe in such miracles. There are too many better teams (e.g. above mentioned Indonesia) that will make the Polish progress a Mission impossible.

Coach: Tsolias /

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

I believe the earth is flat!

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

Because I use a better map!

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

I tried a lot of times to fly with my team, based on old maps and we crashed some times on borders! People should expect to discover unexpected qualities on my team. The community of my country should expect me giving my best! (I promise! Ich verspreche es!)

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

My oponents are very respectable with big potential. All 3 teams!
About who will go through, you´d better ask an astrologist... Ok, you asked me, so I will give you an answer: Deutschland and -surprise-surprise: Österreich!

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Deutschland, Polska, Croatia

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Edwin Ziegner . He is the youngest, so he has to run for the ball, if the ball is shooted out of the pitch, before it reaches the end of the flat earth...

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

3 teams have such potential, among communities with less than 100 users. These are Cuba, Schweiz and Azərbaycan.
About your second question, some times, some teams become very strong and sometimes they get weaker. It depends most times on the communities and how do they handle with qustions like "what if the earth is not a small blue globe?" or with projects like "let´s measure the curvature!".

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello everyone! I've been 7 or even more seasons U21 coach from Austria. And no, I have no direct relation to Austria. But I like to look after the U21 of the neighboring country very much. I am Swiss and live in Switzerland

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

See above. I like the Austrian community very much and I think they me too! It's a small, but a fine community :-)

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

We have played a very good qualification! We are very proud to claim that we won against Italy. Unfortunately, we lost against Ukraine and so we missed the first place.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

I think our group is the death group! We play against the Czech Republic, Turkey and Germany. This is a very hard draw! I believe everyone knows it and expect us to be 4th in this group. This is motivation enough to prove the opposite

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

The classic answer number 1: Poland. 2. Romania and 3. Joker: Germany ;)

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

We need a good striker in good shape so that we can provide for surprises. That's why I choose Artur Dütsch as my most important player for the World Cup.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

That is hard to say. I would spontaneously say: Croatia. Or maybe Cuba?

Any words you want to tell the community?

We are very glad that we can again participate in the World Cup and we want to do better than the last campaign. At that time I was traveling and had hardly Internet and was far away from civilization. I hope there are some surprises!

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi community! My name is Ariel, my age is 32 years old, and I currently live in Buenos Aires. My profession is software developer. My passion is football!! like most of you ;)

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

In the years I had played this game, I never manage a NT. Of course, I try many times,
but with unsuccessful elections. Finally, I won the last one, and this gave me the chance to become a NT coach. I hope make it well :)

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

The last season was excellent, we qualified in first place in the group, fighting with a hard NT like Crna Gora and Peru, without lost a single game. Only lose in a friendly game, but with a good performance.

There is too much difference with the best teams, so, I can only promise be a hard team to defeat. We will not lose the hope until the end, so, go for the finals!!

Our community, as I, have a good perspective of the team. we always think that is possible while we are still there. It will be very difficult, almost impossible, but our focus is always on win the competition.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

It will be an interesting group to watch, the is not a easy team, neither a powerfull one. I is a even group. May be there is step over Spain and Schweiz, but we thinks we can defeat them like Indonesia can defeat us :P

Spain is the candidate to win the group, the second spot is between Argentina and Schwiez.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Polska, Magyarország and Ceská republika.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

We have not superstars this seasons, but the most completed player is Guillermo Bled. He is our key in the attack and will be hard to stop him.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Cuba and USA have a good team this competition. May be USA have a hard situation, but they will make a good performance if they get quialified to the finals.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Lets fun with the competition!!! In spite of all, we plays the game for that reason ;)

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello Sokker, my name is Red3x and I joined this game in 2012.
I love football, wrestling, video games and some series of cartoons and much more.
I do not miss anything from life, I replenish it with anything that makes me amuse and is fine.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

I was looking for a nation with whom start and finally here I am with Switzerland.
A nation with few users who has managed to keep the team at high levels.
I have voted in so many and I was happy, they wanted to give me confidence and I in return I gave this qualification to the world cup
Now, together with other nations, we will also try to be protagonists.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

I started the season well, but I always say that I can do more.
You always have to improve, make mistakes and try again.
The Swiss community has renewed my confidence and wants me to do a lot to bring up this national team and I will try to do.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

In my group Spain is favored, especially for its new players.
But each of us will not want to stand with our hands.
All will try to annoy the opponent and gain the qualification to the final phase

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Poland, Romania and Switzerland

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

For me all the players are important.
The team is the best player in my national team.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Sincerely, I would not know.
They are all valid teams that could give us emotions.

Any words you want to tell the community?

To the Switzerland Community, I say thank you.
Thanks for giving me this chance to be your coach.
For the rest of the community, I wish you good luck, fun and win the best.

Coach: mison

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hallo Queen Woody. I am mison. :D I played sokker 11 years. Everybody in czech sokker community know me. I am living legend, but not for results. :D I am legend, because i am crazy :D. One season I played with U17, another with O40. I was Czech clown in sokker. I am trolling on forum for more than 10 years. I candidated in all elections :D (more than 30, i think) and i losed. :D I had many topics on czech forum about me and my village, club... :D But now I am too old for this. Last years I was coach of Czech Rep., Czech U21, Albania, Armenia U21, Algeria U21 and now Indonesia U21. I never have good results with my club, because i need spectators :D, i need managers of country, where I am coaching. My club is only my experimental rabbit. I tried every tactic in sokker. :D 9-0-1, 6-1-3, 3-6-1.... Everything. I tried crazy things. My deffenders attacked...(corner kick for example) and scored goal. :D I dont know only the best ways (Woody, Ostulc), i know also bad ways. Yes, I didnt good result with my small club :D, but i know this fuc..ng program. :D

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

It was a challenge. Indonesia was on 61. place in world rating. Season before I was coach of Czech rep. and i won group at world cup., but in osmifinal sokker raped me in match with Viet Nam. :D It is sokker. :D Every loss are making you better. This is true in life and also in sokker.
Back to Indonesia. I felt, that I need great challenge. And now is Indonesia 37. in world ranking and will play World Cup. I am satisfied. Managers in Indonesia are very friendly and I am happy, that I am coach of their country.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

It was good season. Indonesia wasnt favourite of qualification group. We had Brasilia and Norge in group. But we won every match with weakly opponents. Norge draw in one match with Gruzia. Most important were matches Indonesia against Norge. In first in Indonesia I had very big luck. Result of this match was 1:1, but Indonesia had only one shot on gate :D. It was terrible match. But on second match I prepare special tactic on Norge (name was Antinorge :D) and in second match Indonesia were better and won in Norge 2:1.
In World Cup? My team is weak. I have mark around 47-48. But i am warrior and i will fight. :D My goal was World Cup. I am here. Now it is time to fun. And make crazy and funny thing is natural thing for me :D I will choose things, which no one every tried. My opponents will be shocked. ;)
What Indonesia community expect?? I hope nothing :D.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Every opponent in my group has a good team. Much better than I :D. For me is favourite Spain and Schweiz. He will fight about second place, :D because first will be Indonesia :D. It will be a miracle :D.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Czech rep. is biggest favourite for me. Ostulc is second best manager in sokker after me. :D Maybe Queen Woody with Polska. He isnt good at tactics :D :D :D, but Polland team has best players. But every team could win World Cup. It is sokker.... Sokker is crazy game for crazy people.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

It is hard to say, because Indonesia is team of fighters without stars. But... We have one star. His name is Darusman. He is a very good deffender. He is a wall, which protects Indonesia against darkness. :D :D He is member of Night Watch. :D :D

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Indonesia!!!!!!!!!!! :D Sorry, I dont know. Every team in World Cup is strong. Maybe Cuba is black horse for me :D. In last years they are very good. Every western media are saying, that in Cuba is all bad. :D People have 30 years old cars and have papers on food :D. But they play a sokker (on computer, probably). WTF??? And they play this game very good. We have only two options. First, TV are laying us or in Cuba sokker play Castro guys :D, alll general staff. :D :D

Any words you want to tell the community?

Sokker is game. :D Crazy game, but beautifull game. I love this game. World cup will be funny. ;) Good luck to all teams. ;)

Coach: Woody ( 1 w/ )

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello, my name is Rodrigo Carvalho and in sokker i know as Woody. I'm have 21 years old and this is my 5th U21WC as coach, in the last edition I became world champion with Poland and became the first non-European to become U21 world champion.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

Recently I continued because I wanted to continue a long term job as I have never been more than 2 seasons as coach in a country.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

My last season? Horrible...

People may find it strange that I say this because I finished the last season without losing matches...

I will not hide it from anyone, but I have 2 personalities, the friendly personality who always seeks answers to things because they do not feel better than the rest (Woody) and the proud and arrogant personality, who felt absolutely superior to everything and everyone (The King).

After I had become world champion, the fact of always winning and seeing myself as the best at that moment made my King personality take more control of the actions. I lived angry at that time, I told people that the only thing that could defeat me was myself and that Poland's victory was absolute... People distanced themselves from me because of my attitudes and I was not the same anymore, arrived at a time that did not matter to test things and to look for to overcome like it was old, even winning I was annoyed, the only thing that mattered was that the people said that I was the best, the King of U21 teams...

My defeat to the Netherlands hurt King's pride, he said the best, absolute and was defeated by a team that had not been able to participate in this U21WC. But trying to make King disappear was no use, something was missing in me...
So after a while we decided that we would come together for the sake of a more important thing, did not matter if we were the best or not, what mattered henceforth was to win. I and King do not like to be defeated, so we come together to strengthen us and not leave gaps for future defeat, it is obvious that the defeat can happen, but at least I'll give my best in every match, because I went back to have fun at sokker.
Who am I? But it's obvious I'm Woody. ^^

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

At first it seems like an easy group, but I will not delude myself, anything can happen and I just hope I can do the necessary results for Poland to continue in the competition, I believe Uruguay and England will fight with us.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

I believe I can win obviously, but I will quote 3 other teams that I believe could win.

They are 3 Uncrowned Kings... Czech Republic that was our opponent in the last final with ostulc, Germany that may surprise you because your coach uses unorthodox tactics that can elude you easily if you do not pay attention to the details that is Tsolias, the Iron Heart, and my 3rd choice is... Cuba.

''Cuba? You must be joking Woody.''

I'm not joking, they have a good generation, they may not be a generation with a high level of many national teams, but their coach is a guy that I would avoid having to face, he irritates easily and can irritate you easily too his nickname lives up to it. general.

Italy and Romania are also included, Kuga and G11 are also Uncrowned Kings.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Everyone is important, but there are players who are very valuable to Poland, like Cezary Myśliszewski who is our heart in the midfield and can play in several sectors and Ziemowit Gaudyn which is our hope to make many goals and help Poland in the U21WC.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Maybe USA... This time I will not know to answer this question, because Cuba for me is an obvious answer, but I put them on a higher plateau that is favorite to be world champion.
The teams? Maybe, but the important thing is that coaches levels are high.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I am not absolute or superior, if people call me King it is not because of this but because I created my legacy and my love to U21 teams captivated people.
Then my last order the King, that all the competitors in this U21WC have fun and that they win the best!

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

I'm Raúl, 29 years old, from Chile. I'm the coach of Chile U21. I have been coach 4 different seasons, always in Chile U21. I play this game since 2011.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

The first season was in 2015, i played only friendly matches, then, during my second season i played world cup qualification, but we had a very bad performance, finishing the group in 4° position. During my 3° season i looked for a second opportunity in qualification and i finished in 2° place, in a group where we started as the 4° team by ranking.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

The last season was my best performance as coach, even better than my performance with my current team. Friendlies matches were not so good because i always played with U20 and U19 players, thinking in the future. we are the 4° position according to ranking, so apparently we are the weaker, but, as i said before, we were the 4° team in our group and we finished in 2° place, so anything can happen. I will try to advance to the second round. People in my country expects a good performance, we know we are not the favorites to classify, but we will try our best.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

I think all the opponents are very strong, specially Poland, they have a lot of stars, and i think anyone can get the second place.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Polska, Italia, België

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Esteban Ojeda, he was very important last season playing almost all the matches, a wonderful midfielder.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Yes, i think there are some good teams, last season Romania lost 4-1 against Latvija, so i guess we could see some surprises. for example Venezuela got 1° position in their group, losing only 1 match and winning all the others, and of course, i hope Chile will be a surprise xD

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hello friends, I have several years being part of the sokker community and especially sokker venezuela. I really like this manager because he puts at stake the organizational skills of a team and in turn the tactics according to your players.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

Since I am part of the sokker community I have wanted to train and bring players to the U21 team, this has also awakened the desire to direct this national team.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

The previous season is the best campaign under my command. We were top of the group in the standings. We have not had the same fate as last U21WC with the players of 21 years, so we will try again to try to qualify for the next round.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

It is a very strong group with Italy, Portugal and Colombia. The statistics indicate that they would classify Italy and Portugal, but if we have the luck on our side, maybe we can give the surprise.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Italy is always favorite, especially because it starts in my group. Other very strong teams and the last finalists Poland and Czech Republic, I seem the candidates to take the world title.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Eliécer Figuera, Is a defender with a lot of level that gives stability to the team.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I have always bet on the South American teams, it seems to me that in this edition Argentina and Brazil can give many surprises.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Wish them the best and continue to participate to make a larger community.

Coach: Ford Kuga ( 1 w/ )

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi, my name is Ford Kuga, I’m 25 years old and I’m the U21 NT coach of Italy. In real life I work as investment analyst for an Italian investment bank. I play Sokker since 2011.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

Last season I decided to run for the elections of the new Italian U21 NT coach because, after many seasons managing other U21 teams around the world, I decided that it was the right moment to start a new adventure and try to manage the U21 team of my country. Managing Italian NT team is the dream of every Italian coach: this dream was also mine! Fortunately this dream has become reality ! :D

How would you envaluate your last season? What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

Last season was positive but not easy. We lose the two matches against Austria in the WCQ but at the end we reached the first place in the group. It is not easy to arrive in Italy and build up a competitive team. This requires time and daily work. I think that now we are ready to play a good WC and play against every team in Sokker. I think that community can expect that Italy can play at their best possibilities against every teams in Sokker making the lives difficult to the most competitive teams.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Venezuela is the country with the highest ranking after Italy. Then Portugal and Colombia. I think that all teams are difficult to face because they have good teams and coaches. I hope that one of the two teams who will go through in our group will be Italy!

Tell me three teams you believe they can win the U21 WC.

Polska is the favourite in my opinion because they are the World Champions with the coach who wins the last WC edition. Together with Polska I place Romania, despite the coach change: they arrive always at least at the simifinals. The third which can win the WC is Ceska Republika, because they have a great coach who lead them at the second place in the international ranking!

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

The team is the most important thing in our squad. Without a cohesive and affixed team it becomes very difficult to compete in the WC. Anyway, our captain Tommaso Mallica is a very important player in our team because with his charisma and experience is able to coordinate the other the team to achieve excellent results.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

The teams that in my opinion have the potential to make some surprises are Belgium, Hungary and Italy (I hope). Particularly Belgium and Hungary have excellent coaches that are very involved in making tactics.
I don’t think that other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams. I think only that a big difference in Sokker is made by tactics prepared by coaches. This is the true weapon that makes low ranking teams difficult to face.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I hope in an exciting WC group for every teams. This is the most beautiful and exiting moment for every NT coach and the relating communities. I exploit this occasion to thank another time the Italian community for the opportunity they gave me. I hope to not disappoint them.
GO ITALY!!!! :D

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is João, I'm 33 years old and I play this game for 10 years.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

As a youth football coach since my 18 years of age, I have always played football games online, and as such any coach wants to train his country, the opportunity appears and I accepted.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

We did a qualification without problems, we knew that our great opponent was Poland and we qualified in second place as expected only with points lost to them. The friendly matches and taking into account the strategy taken to monetize the youngest and prepare the future generations for a great campaign in the world cup.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

We did not have much luck in the draw, the normal would be Portugal and Italy would go forward, but each game is a game, and Venezuela and Colombia have made excellent campaigns, reason why Portugal will face each team with greatest respect.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Poland, Turkey and Czech Republic.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Unfortunately for us, we do not have that player that stands out from all the others, as such, this year I will choose our goalkeeper Paulo Maria Alegrete.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I believe that Cuba will be one of the great surprises of the competition, have a good coach and I believe that they could surprise and reach who knows in a semifinal, then from there everything is possible, I hope that Portugal can be one of the great surprises as well. Italy could be the great team to meddle in the world title this year.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I wish you all a good campaign, and in the end, win who is better.

Hi my name is Gastón and I'm from Argentina, I'm 32 years old, I'm known by winner4739, I'm a Public Accountant, I also work in Public Administration, in the Education section.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

This is my fourth season as coach in the U21 team of Colombia, i has become the coach of this country, since i had experience in smaller teams such as the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, in which he achieved a good results in Nicaragua, with a good evolution in the ranking. Colombia was quite low in the ranking and I thought I could contribute more to this national team, also attracts me because it is Spanish-speaking

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

My last season evaluated it as Excellent achieved the goal to reach the World Cup after a long time. Besides that was the goal. I had the support of the community that believed that the goal could be achieved until the last minute and a couple of people who always get angry, but the main character is who wins 3 times the election, and this last time I withdraw your candidacy on time. And part of the community hopes to qualify in the group, some know that it is complicated, others do not think as they were left open-mouthed after the Colombian classification. Many users expect the community to grow season by season in both juveniles and seniors.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

I think of my opponents who are very good national teams for something they have reached the World Cup. Beyond that. I observe as main candidates to Italy and Portugal. Colombia and Venezuela will be there to fight and hope Colombia can with them.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Poland, Spain and Czech Republic.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Diego Armando Santamaría. It is who provides security in the goal.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I believe that the same ones will always arrive to the final stage of the tournament. Perhaps one of my candidates is Spain and arrive at this opportunity to the final instances.
There is quite a difference in player level among the selected

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Don’t like to speak about myself.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

Wanted to give contribution to our small community (family).

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

Would say successful season, as we manage to reach WC. Friendlies results I don’t count, as these games I use to test tactics and players for WC group stage.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Our group is strong one, all good teams. Most chance to go through has Hungary and Greece.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Poland, Romania, Czech Republic.(big communities, best players, good coaches)

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

All players are equally important as its 11 vs 11 game.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I would like to see one of our neighbours Croatia, Bosnia or Serbia to make some significant result. In general in this WC edition we have at least 10 strong teams so for sure there will some “surprises”.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Enjoy. Montenegro forever!

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Few words?! Old enough ..

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

I was looking for motivation in this game and it is working well. As I didn't have any experience about any national team, I decide to try with Estonian U21 and now 4th season with them.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

I'd say 4 (in 5th points scale). We had much to celebrate (we are once again in WC of course) but also some bad games. I must say that few times there was even "big random" to see in games which clearly didn't go as planned.
About upcoming WC and what people expect from it, hard to say but I assume they would like to see Estonia once again in Final games.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

I think Group H is hard and way to balanced. Game with Belgium will be the hammer of course. We met Croatia last qualification last season, so also they are hard to beat and I have no thoughts about Azerbaijan. Every team witch is in WC must be good enough tho... I think everybody know already which team succeed for sure, so I just say - best 2 of us.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

It is most difficult question tho.. There are way too many teams on the market, who own their qualities. But I think Italy, Hungary and Poland have biggest chance to win it.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

He's name it Trump, nuff said!

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

Cuba and France might surprise.

Any words you want to tell the community?

"Lets keep it nice!" Meaning, after "surprising" defeat, wish opponent "good luck" and move on.

Coach: Charles_Kurz

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Hi, Woody! My name is Charles Kurz, I'm 25 years old and I'm a history teacher. I've been playing Sokker since 2007 and have always been passionate about the U21 world. Even so I still consider myself a rookie in this world, since this is only my 4th season ahead of a national team. I feel very honored to have trained Brazil and now to be doing this work in Belgium.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

I felt discouraged after the elimination in the eightfinals of the last WC with Brazil. I went for a moment that I thought I should stop for a while and come back in the future. With the support of some friends, I realized that I needed a new challenge in a completely different place. It was then that Belgium came into being, where I was welcomed very well and I feel very comfortable with the community.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

I've had my stumbles, but with each passing day I feel better. I hope I can return Belgium to the top.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

The group is very balanced. Great coaches with great teams. Any vacillation and classification will go further. Belgium and +1. xD

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Poland, Italy and Belgium.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

I do not have a major player. But I have some with an enormous ability to give me joy, like Christopher Barbez and Quentin Meysmans. I hope form and the injuries collaborate for me. :p

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

I believe that the USA and Cuba (this is ironic) can surprise and go away in the current edition of the WC. We still have superior teams, but I believe (hopefully) that distance is decreasing over time.

Any words you want to tell the community?

It's time for the truth, let's go over Belgium!

Coach: Elmar

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

My name is Elmar. I am from Azerbaijan. I am 24. Right now I work as a Logistics Manager in Baku. But I am planning to go to Rome, Italy for my master study.

Why have you become U21 coach of this country?

4 years ago Azerbaijan U21 team was in need of a huge help. We were in 43rd place in the World Ranking. I took the team and that year we went to World Cup from the second place of Qualifications. This was unbelievable but we made it. I stayed 4 seasons with Azerbaijan U21 and left the team in 22nd place in the World Ranking. Then I went to France U21 for 2 seasons and this was one of the greatest moments of my sokker life. I am very thankful to people who always supported me.

How would you evaluate your last season? (Qualifications and friendilies) What can people expect from your country in the competition and what the community of your country expects?

I think that, the last season was fantastic. I personally saw lots of surprises from El Salvador U21 and Mexico U21. One interesting fact was that, the first match we lost against Germany U21 (0-3) but the last match we won them with four goals.

We won 11 matches out of 16 in this season. By the way I have never won less than 10 matches with either Azerbaijan U21 or France U21. 7 seasons with U21 teams and the minimum result was 10 winnings in the season.

I can’t say any exact word about the WC. But I feel that I am valuable for my community. They are always supporting me no matter if I win or lose. But, of course I will try to do my best as usual.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

Actually our group seems very hard. We have three great opponents with experienced coaches. They are all first 15 teams in the World Ranking. Croatia U21 and Belgium U21 seem very difficult. I also like Estonia U21. Estonian coach is doing great work with his team. I wish best of luck to all of these teams including Azerbaijan U21. The most important thing for me is to have fun together and not to offend each other. I am trying to win new friends more than winning games ;)

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC.

Well, this is a difficult question. I can’t say exactly which teams can win the WC. I just want to have one more fantastic season in sokker. No matter which team is going to win the WC but hope it will be fun. But of course I would love to see Azerbaijan U21 vs France U21 WC Final match.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?

Can’t say exactly one player. They are all valuable. We are in World Cup with their help. How can I tell someone’s name? Even just one player get a red card during the match, you can feel how valuable he was.

Which teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition? In your opinion, the other U21 teams are coming at the level of the strongest teams?

How not to see improvements of Czech Republic U21, Montenegro U21 and Greece U21 teams? These are all hard work and I support that sort of people. And I can see some teams which are known as weaker but they are coming better and better. In this case we see lots of sensational matches which makes sokker full of fun.

Any words you want to tell the community?

I firstly wish a successful and energetic season to the community. And please never forget that this is just a game. We should keep it more and more friendly with no egoism no bad behavior. GOOD LUCK!

Expert Previews

We went behind the opinions of coaches and U21 scouts about the 14th edition of U21 World Cup!

Del P1er0 ( Slovensko U21 Coach)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

I hope there will be many great games with some surprising results.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

There is always more than 3 teams at least 5 I would say Poland, Rumania, Czech Republic, Italy, Belgium.
All strong teams with equal chances.

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

This year I see Cuba have potential to pass the group. Croatia and Hungary can reach semi-final.

Tell us three active U21 managers from the current U21WC edition you respect and tell us (briefly) the reasons you admire them.

Admire is to much strong word, respect is more suitable.
I respect Woody cos despite the fact he is a good coach he brings spirit to each WC with his guide. (Also respect Woody cos he manage not to lose in our last match :) .)
Beside him I would like to mention Ostulc which is a good tactician.
The last on list but not the less important to be mentioned is Tsolias, one of the biggest Montenegro supporters(promoters). Think Germany community made a good choice appointing him as U21 head coach.

Tell us three other managers, who are not present in this U21WC edition and the reasons you respect them.

Here should be mentioned all which didnt manage to reach WC:) as all of them including me had same goal but cos different reasons they coudnt manage to reach it.

What does one person need to be a good U21 coach?

It’s a easy answer: a good team and good tactical skills. Same way its far from easy to achieve.
Good U21 coach is same as good architect. To make some splendid monument he needs skilled workers (committed community), quality material (talented players), and a good project (tactical skills). When you mix all this you have a WC champion.

If you had a hacking tool with which you could see the tactics of one U21-team, which team would you hack?

I like fair play so hacking is not some method I would like to exploit, and sincerely don’t think I need it.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Have fun and enjoy in this fabulous game.

Ortwin (ostulc's right hand and main assistant)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

As usually, more activity and good results of our team.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

If sometime in the future I omit Poland and the Czech republic, it means that the Polish coach is a moron and that the Czech republic has really weak generation of players or that our coach is a moron. :D

So...Poland, Czech republic and...Italy. But if G11 had had more time to prepare his team, I would have chosen Romania.

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

Even though Croatia is not one of the biggest countries this time they will be very dangerous if they pass the group stage. And Cuba. Strong teams with good tactics.

Tell us three active U21 managers from the current U21WC edition you respect and tell us (briefly) the reasons you admire them.

Tsolias - he clearly loves sokker and his enthuasism inspires people around him.
Woody - for making this guide once again. It is hard to imagine the world of U21 national teams without him.
Ostulc - he is an all-rounder who supports Czech community in many ways. Simply the best.

Tell us three other managers, who are not present in this U21WC edition and the reasons you repect them.

Del P1er0 - before he came in, Montenegro was weak. Now they are strong.
Sviktorov - he is a great coach and fair admin who organizes several tournaments. I am happy that he accepted our offer to become Czech NT coach.
Cranber - I don't know him well, but he is probably a great guy. I liked his video for sokker promotion. And he apparently knows how to lead the NT.

What does one person need to be a good U21 coach?

He must be interested in being U21 coach and willing to learn how to become a good coach.

If one wants to be the best coach he needs to be a tactician, a scout and an entertainer. As an entertainer he should be able to make people interested in their U21 team by writing match previews and so on. As a scout he should oversee the training of young stars and create a strong team. Finally with good tactics he can defeat all his opponents. He can either do all of it himself or make a team of people who would help him.

If you had a hacking tool whith which you could see the tactics of one U21-team, which team would you hack?

I don't know. Maybe the first really strong team we would face in the play-off. :D

Any words you want to tell the community?

Have fun.

theKarsten ( Suomi U21 Coach)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

First of all, thanks for asking me as the expert. Finally the whole world is starting to realize that I’m all time number one manager in the game. And also the humblest. In my opinion, to be honest, this edition of U21 World Cup is pure nonsense as Suomi is not in it. Everybody should focus more on the Mamma Mia as it’ll be more classy and interesting. But some of you will for some reason be watching these games (maybe cause your own country is in..), so for you I’m hoping for lots of surprises and entertaining games! U21 matches are much more interesting than the NT-games, as the players are so far away from being ready. A monster attacker can ruin any defense etc. My wish is to have a really unexpected World Champion.

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

The countries with the most youth schools have an advantage here cause they have the most youth pulls per season. Still in these games tactics play a huge role. Based on pure quality I’m expecting Polska, Czech Republic and Romania to be very strong. But also Brazil, Italy, Croatia and Hungary have a great squad. In the end it comes to luck with forms, injuries, red cards and drawings in the playoffs. And who can get the most out from their material.

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

This is a tricky question.. Who can you call a weaker team? In any case you’ll get somebody pissed off, but it's not a problem for me as I’m used to it. Bosnia and Hertzegovina has some quality players, in my opinion they can cause some problems for the “big” teams in Group A. Wouldn’t be too surprised if they finished in top 2 and kicked either Romania or Brazil out. Switzerland is likely to go through from their group and with the good tactics they have they might go surprisingly far. Azerbaijan has played insanely well and their attacking style seems to be very effective. I nominate them as the third possible surprise.

Tell us three active U21 managers from the current U21WC edition you respect and tell us (briefly) the reasons you admire them.

I respect and admire no one! But there are some nice tacticians for sure. As I just mentioned about Azerbaijan, they’ve found a playing style to suit the material, so I’ve got to choose Elmar. Cuba is one of the potential black horses also, forgot them in the last question. general has done great work with them, to win the qualification group without losing a single game is impressive. Not sure about the level of their current generation though.. Third pick is ostulc, he’s done a great job with the Czech U21 and they have a great chance to reach the final again this edition imo.

Tell us three other managers, who are not present in this U21WC edition and the reasons you repect them.

I respect and admire no one as I already told! Well ok, I respect the Finnish manager Korppi for being the manager to play the longest time this game in Finland and still sucking ass. It’s great, you’ll love it! mrs. Gabbage has been playing in the Premier League since World War II. A great achievement, he’s such a great manager, you’ll love it! Or then Premier League is just über slaby. Thirdly I pick Ortwin, Woody and Fanakick for the great work you’ve done to make these guides! It’s always a huge amount of work for the community and it’s the kind of thing I admire. The user count is decreasing all the time but at least for me this game has been so important for way over ten years, that couldn’t even think about life without sokker. Thus it’s always nice to see that there are managers who think the same.

What does one person need to be a good U21 coach?

Persistency for sure. Many times to be successful in U21-level you need to be the coach for a few seasons; to start building the team from the 17-18 yos you have available, talking actively with the managers what to train to the players, keeping an eye on the youth pulls each Thursday, trying to find the right manager to train these pulls etc. Then it comes to tactics, you have a limited selection of players (at least in a country like Suomi), so you need to build the tactics based on the players. Normal tactics you use in your club team normally won’t work, as the defs are slow, the mids can’t pass accurately and in time and the strikers couldn’t hit the water while diving.

If you had a hacking tool whith which you could see the tactics of one U21-team, which team would you hack?

What do you mean if I had..

Any words you want to tell the community?

Watch out for Suomi, this time we let someone else to win but in two seasons you’re all going down on me… ehm, going down! U21 teams are the salt of this game, the games are really interesting to watch and anything can happen in the end of the games as players run out of stamina. So keep watching and keep active! And special thanks once more for Woody for this guide. It’s great, you’ll love it!

rohamkacsa ( Slovenija U21 Coach)

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

I hope that there will be some surprises, many intresting games, a lot of good tactic and more exciting than before :) Maybe will be some new stars on the world :)

Tell me 3 teams you believe they can win the U21WC and tell me why you think so.

Poland,Romania - they have a super strong squad.Czech Republic is a strong team with good coaches, they have good chances recently.

Which of the weaker teams do you think have the potential to make some surprises in this edition and tell me why you think so.

Venezuela,Cuba,England,France - France and Cuba have a good team, England wait for a long time to have a better coach(they have yet), Venezuela results are recently very well.

Tell us three active U21 managers from the current U21WC edition you respect and tell us (briefly) the reasons you admire them.

Woody - good tactics and surprising Results before.
ostulc - very good tactician and Czech Rep. got wings with them.
Bryan Robson - I think England had all time potencial in the past and he lead the Team better than other managers before.

Tell us three other managers, who are not present in this U21WC edition and the reasons you repect them.

Del P1er0 - he made a good job with Crna Gora with good tactics and with a lot of luck.
jezo - he was perfect with Slovensko before.
Lorre - he is a very good NT manager and u21 manager too.

What does one person need to be a good U21 coach?

I think the good managging is very important, the squad and the match squad is evenly important than the tactic in U21. The communication with the owners of U21 players is more important than in NT. The manager has in all season a new team, week in week out can change the best first eleven.

If you had a hacking tool whith which you could see the tactics of one U21-team, which team would you hack?

Czech Republic

Any words you want to tell the community?

Everything can be possible. You just need to want it.
Never loose the Hope, all team can be a WC winner!
Good luck to all!

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, G11 and G12's. Today starts the 14th edition of the U21 World Cup!
I wanted to thank everyone for the compliments about the guide, I wanted to also thank all the coaches who answered the questions and other people help me too.
Well.... For me the U21WC is the best moment i have in sokker, i play 4 times this cup It has always been special to me, it is the moment that all emotion appears, where we get more anxious than anything, counting the days, hours, minutes and seconds to start this show.
It is also the moment of sadness, suffering an unsatisfactory result, the excitement of the first win, a sadness for a quick elimination.... the desire to win at any cost.
What I like to say is that coaches of National Teams is like a F1 drivers, because they have a team and fans to support and this is the community, that will always support rooting for him to get the highest place at podium, in this case is the gold thophy, the most desire of many coaches, be U21WC champion.
That's my feeling about it and made the guide putting all these my feelings on it, to all coaches good luck today.

So....
