i have a question, if anybody knows about this situation, is there any order in penalty kicks?? is it totally random?? for example during penalties between Magyarország and België, this was the order of Belgians:
9. Meysmans AT
11. Herpoel AT
8. F. Vandendriessche MID
7. C. Barbez MID
6. T. Vandekasteele MID
number 10 was the higher number, why he didn't shoot first?
i saw similar situation with chilean shooters, but even more disorganized
11. Vainstein AT

4. Peña MID
8. Segura MID

Is about order of position and not number... first att, second mid and third def.
Players that enter in a match by subs will be the last of your position to kick penalties, if have 5 mids... he will be the 5th mid to kick and etc.
Is normal to see this order if you use 2 strikers and you change only one striker by sub... will kick first the starter striker and second will be the striker that enter in the match by sub.

U21 World Cup XIV FINAL - Schedule

The 14th edition of the U21 World Cup will again have as usual 2 European teams in the final, this time will be a 2 times U21 world champion România vs 2 times runner-up Česká republika.
We had many surprises in this edition, many surprises results and Chile ended up becoming the biggest surprise of the competition after reaching the semifinals and win his second bronze trophy. There is also the triumph of România that won the current world champions Polska and destroying the reign of coach Woody.
About statistics... Česká republika's coach ostulc play his second U21WC final in a row and in his 3 participations in U21WC he won trophies, in his first participation he won bronze after reaching semifinals and beated by world champions België in that edition, won the silver trophy after losing to Polska in the last edition and now have another chance to reach the gold trophy in this final against România.
