25y

formidable stamina, hopeless keeper
divine pace, excellent defender
unearthly technique, magical playmaker
magical passing, formidable striker

Should i try and train him to 4xdivine
Or is it better to train his defending?

Tech to divine+5 then striking.... Trust me, a brand new world will open to your tactics

Why striker? To play as A striker or is there any point of that if he play as mid?

Wing who cuts in on last 3rd.... Right now he is a winger... You can train him to 4x17 (18 on some in left side 16 pm imo is better) or his def to make him a center mid... But a wing att (cuts in on last 3rd) is a very lethal tactical choice ..

...yeah, very lethal choice for the time invested in striker xD

@IsakM make him world class winger.
3x18 left side.

Main questions:

1) Where do you need him in 2 to 3 seasons?
2) What plans, competitively, do you have within the next seasons?
3) Which places do you set up with your other main trainees?

1) If you don't need him, sell him now! If you do, then try to figure out which position within your team will benefit the most with his set up
2) If you want to break through with your team, you need to have trainees that will improve your team while still improve themselves, like this one. If not, then you don't need him
3) The answer to this will bring you clarity on how you need to train him to benefit your team the most.

Then the last matter.... NT
If he's an important trainee for your NT, or your country, then ask your NT coach. If that's you, then look what benefits the NT the most.
