Hello Sokker! My name is Antti and I’m 37 years old MSc. in papermaking. I live in the eastern part of Finland together with my wife and two kids. I’ve played Sokker for way too long, over 15 years now and this is my millionth season as the U21 coach of Suomi. My biggest achievement has been silver medal in WC and I’m glad my good friend westbrom finally brought us the golden trophy four seasons ago.

How you see your group in this U21 World Cup and which teams will qualify from your group?

I feel I was very lucky with the draw. Now I don’t have to make excuses for the community why we didn’t qualify for the playoff rounds cause we got the bloody Polska and Romania in the same group. Polska and Romania will qualify but I hope we will make them struggle.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

My dear group mates are the big favourites due to the pure quality and quantity of players to choose from. They don’t have to field formidable defenders like I do this time and so do many other smaller nations.

I don’t know who are participating and who are their coaches. At the moment I have barely time for my own club + U21 + moderating. So I’ll bring some controversy in question 10.

Do you make your tactics yourself, or are there any other people involved in your U21-management?

I make my own tactics. I’m the biggest tactician who’s ever lived in my apartment.

How you see your squad for the U21 World Cup and which of your U21 players you like the most?

My squad is the weakest we’ve ever had. Our defense is so bad that it hurts to put so bad players in the field. We have one proper defender but he got injured so I guess I’ll have to use 5 strikers instead. Although I don’t have five strikers I could use. We have a very good keeper, one great midfielder and one great attacker. That’s why I was hoping for some luck with the group but maybe next time. But to choose my favourite player.. it has to be my own boy Timo Rahikainen who would become 5 x divine midfielder with the current training system. Let’s see after the changes..

If you had to distribute 40 skillpoints for pace, technique and striker, how would your striker look like? (e.g. 14-13-13, which means 14 pace, 13 tech, 13 striker) and tell us the reason for your choice.

I’d choose quite evenly, probably what you proposed or then 15 pace, 13 tech and 12 striker. Strikers need to be fast enough to have a chance to sprint to 1-on-1s and incredible tech is a minimum to have a chance not to be tackled so easily. Most U21 keepers are divine/superdivine so it doesn’t make a big difference whether the striking skill is outstanding or magical, the strikers need to be able to create situations byu themselves also and this requires both pace and tech.

In a few seasons there will be changes in sokker. There will be 10 slots available for individual training. What's your opinion about this change?

In a way I like the change. I personally use only domestic players so it’s really hard to find players both to my A-team and to train. Now as it’ll be possible to train different skills during the same week it makes it possible to train more of my own youths and also buy strikers and defenders who are not “ready” yet but can be trained in their main skills despite training for instance passing to my younger trainees. Looking forward for the new stuff.

With the current system, there is a U21 World Cup every 2 seasons. Do you wish something needs to change in the way sokker plays U21 teams?

I think this system is good. Every season would be too often and every fourth season too seldom so I’d stick with the current qualifications during even seasons and WC during uneven seasons.

Any words you want to tell the community?

The usual stuff: langhe is weak, aluminium a.k.a. mrs_gabbage is uber weak etc. amen. This edition we’ll suck but in two seasons we’ll be really tough to beat! Amen.

I am close to 48, I live in Greece and I like to improve and I also like improv (improvisation theatre).

How you see your group in this U21 World Cup and which teams will qualify from your group?

Germany and Greece are teams that can go very far. Chile and England are teams that can make surprises happen.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

România, Magyarország and Česká republika are for me the big favorites.
Their managers* have already won gold in the past and their teams have many backups, because these countries have more than 200 users each.
(*Perhaps you don't know it, but Czech manager blackx made the tactics and managed Česká republika U21 on the dramatic U21-wc-final against Germany)

# There are many managers I admire; Romanian cristidinu was my idol when I started my U21 journey; Tolis6520, Bryan Robson, vacarul, mustafaatik, blackx, Piotr2901, bluepower89 are also managers I admire - one because of his tactics, the other one because of parts of his character, everyone for a different reason.
## To the second part of your question: I prefer to ignore, than to focus and answer.

Do you make your tactics yourself, or are there any other people involved in your U21-management?

I remember the time I started with the German U21, I lost some games and I asked for help. Since then, working with other users on tactics is one of my favorite parts of sokker and most of my tactics are based on the tactical philosophy and tactical intelligence of Woody and of Fiesl.
At the moment I have the assistance of Foutinho and whenever I ask, people from the german community are also happy to help me.

How you see your squad for the U21 World Cup and which of your U21 players you like the most?

It's a balanced team with some srengths and some weak points. I would like to say, that the player I like most is the striker Sven Haferkamp, but I do not know even if he will participate in the worldcup, because of his very low form.

If you had to distribute 40 skillpoints for pace, technique and striker, how would your striker look like? (e.g. 14-13-13, which means 14 pace, 13 tech, 13 striker) and tell us the reason for your choice.

16-12-12 or 12-16-12 or 12-12-16, all 3 versions are super and adjusted tactics can take big advance of the unearthy (16) skill.

In a few seasons there will be changes in sokker. There will be 10 slots available for individual training. What's your opinion about this change?

It's something that many users wish and I think it will make the strong nations even stronger.

With the current system, there is a U21 World Cup every 2 seasons. Do you wish something needs to change in the way sokker plays U21 teams?

I would like to see continental cups! U21-continental cups in cup mode, every 3 seasons, right after the U21-worldcup.

This is a very tough group for us, I see hopefully England will qualify, Germany will top the group

Any team with 11 or more great 21yo's are the favourites, Poland Romania, Italy or Czech Rep.

I think Piotr has done remarkembly well to take Scotland to that high in the rankings and to the World Cup!

I am happy with Dozzell, we have a top keeper for once

we don't really have a main striker they are all pretty much the same

I'm not too sure on the slots are they 10 per week? 10 per game seems totally different to the now

I think maybe a euro every 4 years and world cup every 4 or just keep the same...

My name is Leslie, I'm 37 years old and I'm from Hungary.
I was NT coach in Hong Kong, in Slovenija an in Hungary U21 coach for many times and scout in Hungary,Slovenija for a lot of seasons,Belarus,New Zealand and in some other countries for a season.
I am a simple, average, (and of course experienced) coach in sokker. Nothing special.

How you see your group in this U21 World Cup specially because Brazil's coach is the guy you face in the U21 World Cup final and which teams will qualify from your group?

I think this is a hard group, not an easy one...Belgium and Azerbaijan can make a surprise all time. Brasil is strong enough to have a good WC this time, with a good coach. I think Brasil is a favourite and i hope we can qualify too.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion? Since you win the title with Magyarország on the last edition, you see you as a favorite to win?

No i am not a favourite :) We have a good team but the reason is only: our community in Hungary, and all managers on the world, who train a youngsters for our team, with this peoples the work is easier and the team can reach good results, but... Others have better possibility, and are so many good coaches on the WC, and a better tacticians too. I think Romania and Czech Rep. are the favourites and Polska has a potential in the team too all time...

On the competition participate many good coaches. I wonder tsolias work with Germany, Tony Madeira is a very good coach and he prove this before, and other good managers are here too : theKarsten,vacarul, blackx,Fabbrogas.... , or Peruga with Spain, we played against him and he made a good impression for me.

Do you make your tactics yourself, or are there any other people involved in your U21-management?

I made my tactics myself and isn't other manager in the management, long time ago we have a lot of scouts, but nowadays this is a "one man staff" only :(

How you see your squad for the U21 World Cup and which of your U21 players you like the most?

Our squad is good, but we have a problem in some line, our opportunities are too short. I havent a favourite player, all players is fine when we can find a right place and moves for this guys.

16-15-9 or 17-17-6 :D. the u21 defenders aren't a 18-18 players so with this player can reach many opportunities and more opportunity = more chanche to score. Yes i know that the finishing is too low but the team can reach more attack, shots, he can absolve the chances alone too, and when the GK saves this can be a chance for the other 8 players too, to score an easy goal...

But this isnt so simple this depend on from the others: midfielders! and defs, and from the tactic, and from the opponent too.

How you see your group in this U21 World Cup and which teams will qualify from your group?

Group C is strong group I think. And it's difficult to say which teams will qualify from our group. But in my opinion we can do it : )

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

I think the Estonia u21 team will win this U21 World Cup, they have a good coach and strong players. But my favorite team is Turkey, I believe them. : )

I think we ready for U21 World Cup, we have some problems in Mid side. I like my all players :D But I like “Eldar Bəşirli” little bit more : )

I think it will change your tactic style, if you play counter attack you need 16-12-12. For example you play wing tactic and one striker you need 13-12-15 and etc. But I’ll distribute 15-14-11 : ) Because generally I like to attack from center and counter attack play.

I think it’s not bad. We’ll have a chance to train more young players.

I am married, father of 3 children, retired from the aviation industry. At Sokker I joined in 2008 and I have been to all divisions in Brazil, the most expressive title being 3rd place in the National Cup. As coach of national teams I have already led Brazil and Portugal having won the 6th place with Brazil and the 2nd place with Portugal.

How you see your group in this U21 World Cup specially because Hungary's coach is the guy you face in the U21 World Cup final in last edition and which teams will qualify from your group?

I see a strong and dangerous group, even Belgium that theoretically is weaker can surprise. The coach from Hungary is a good coach and we did the equal match and I was unlucky to have 10 players at the time when we were dominating, then Penalties came and we ended up being defeated even starting by scoring 2 goals, but now that is over. I'll do everything to be among the 2 top teams on my group, so it's Hungary and Brazil.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion? Since you manage to put Portugal in the final last edition, you see yourself as a favorite to win?

The favorites are the same, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Italy. For this cup I will be underdog because Brazil is not reinforced in the sector where I usually make a difference, the midfield.

Manuelmarques from Portugal, because when in the last round of the qualifiers he would face the current World Champion, nobody believed he could win and qualify, but his overcoming led him not only to victory and qualification, but to a 3-0 win to generate confidence for the games to come.

Do you make your tactics yourself, or are there any other people involved in your U21-management?

As I said I have time, so I do them myself adapting them from one game to another.

How you see your squad for the U21 World Cup and which of your U21 players you like the most?

Goalkeepers 10, Defenders i give a 10 too, Midfield 5/6 and Strikers 7/8.

If you had to distribute 40 skillpoints for pace, technique and striker, how would your striker look like? (e.g. 14-13-13, which means 14 pace, 13 tech, 13 striker) and tell us the reason for your choice.

It would be this one, 14-13-13, because it seems to me that the number 13 is magical at U21, a game changer, and greater pace because the defenders are very fast.

In a few seasons there will be changes in sokker. There will be 10 slots available for individual training. What's your opinion about this change?

Spectacular because it will raise the level of the game a lot, especially the U21, as many coaches do not cooperate with one national team to the detriment of another, this way he will be able to attend all without disturbing the team's training.

Could put the continental championships (Copa America, Eurocup, Africa Cup, etc) in the same season of the qualifiers.

How you see your group in this U21 World Cup and which teams will qualify from your group?

Our group are very strong, with 4 teams who, anytime, can play in WCU21 semifinals.
Qualify? I hope Schweiz and another one.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

Romania, Poland, Italy, Ceska Republic. I can not see another team who can brake this full of aces.

I admire work of cristidinu from Romania, I work with him when I train Romania, and I cooperate with him in past season with Schweiz. I am very sorry that him can not help me again for this World Cup, but I wish him best World Cup ever.

Do you make your tactics yourself, or are there any other people involved in your U21-management?

Of course i make my own tactics. Better to loose games with my own tactic beside win with another user tactics.

How you see your squad for the U21 World Cup and which of your U21 players you like the most?

Well, I like strickers and I always like to make tactics who can create goal opportunities.

It' s a very complicated group: each team can rank first or last. So the team that will qualify for the next stage together with Cuba will be drawn randomly from a pot.

My Father's favorite NT is Cuba, so I suppose we'll win.

Getting tactics from someone else? Sacrilege! No, absolutely not: tactics are the highest expression of the strategist's being and it makes no sense that someone else should do them in his place. I have scouts, this yes, who collaborate in the search for players, and I thank them very much: they are Poldone67, 2Tone and Valdo.

For me and my kind of approach to the game is perfect.

I am the long term supervisor of our FR players database. Many of those who have had French NT players in their teams have probably already crossed my path and know our Sktable website well.

I have coached the French team several times. Those who have been sailing for a long time in NT competition have surely already crossed me too.

It's a very tight group. Qualification and victories will be decided on a few details in my opinion. The Swiss really impressed me, it is a performing team, and well built by its coach. For me this team is the favorite of the group (behind us !)

Well, as the NT communities are shrinking, the U21 teams are less stronger than before, and larger communities like Poland, Italy and Romania are less affected. Obviously they are the favorites.

Seriously, I'm glad to see for this World Cup some old guys.They are passionate NT coaches, and they have done so much in their community for so long. Respect.

Nobody does tactics in France, we go by instinct. The French touch!

I have been supervising young FRs for (too) long: I think I have never before had to coach such a ‘weak' team. It's even too difficult to choose the player I like the most, I hate them all! :-) But I remain confident. With a zest of creativity you can go far with not much.

I would bet on a 15 10 15.
15 in pace is a minimum to overrun the defence. It is often more effective than trying to dribble with technique. Obviously 15 in goalscoring because it's a shame to face so many unbeatable U21 goalkeepers. The goalkeepers are too strong in Sokker!

But a balanced version 13 13 14 its also fine.

This will allow more freedom to train his players on all positions. It's very nice. But make no mistake about it, the 10 slot limit will still force us to sacrifice players for training, and buy/sell players on the (boring, time consuming) market to complete his team.

I think it's a pity, they could have slowed down the training progression system but allow us to really train 22 players which gave much more freedom to build his team over time.

Argentina has the highest chance to fight for the second place in the group… If you know, what I mean. No TOP and no weak team against us, so we should bring it home from the postition of the favorite of the group.

Romania and Poland because cause they have more youth schools than anyone else, and number of youth players is super-important factor. But I will cheer with whole my heart for Suomi to bring us some upset once again and eliminate one of the giants in the group stage.

I admire tsolias, he is so loyal to Germany, so into this game. Also he is the creator of Mamma Mia Cup for weaker teams. He has my full respect.
I don‘t hate him, but Tolis6520 accused me of liying on forum few years back, so I have special motivation to crush him into ground.

There are other people involved in the management, but our tactics have years od work, they have basics from ostulc, sviktorov, Mysi, mison… We have a full battery of tactics and tacticians. Also scouting in our team is not only one man show.

Patrik Gočár, he is the next Miaso! He is 19, and he will become a god od sokker, trust me. But we have a few superstar players on each line.

Very good. The sensations have been very good and the real objective is to qualify. I think all teams are powerful but Scotland's potential caught my attention.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

Polska, Romania, Italy. They are the ones with the most users, so logically. But whoever wins, I won't be surprised, since in U21 everything is very close and a bad day leaves you eliminated.

My group is equal but from that group i can see Scotland and Spain to qualify

I will not be original but a possible favourite for me is Poland or Romania but my quiet favourite is Italy which i had to deal with in 2 eliminations when i lost twice 1-0. I think after the 3rd time i could finally beat them.

Hello Coach! Please tell us a few words about yourself!

Greatings from Bosnia and Herzegovina,I am 38 years old manager who plays sokker since 2007.This is my 3th season as U21 manager and 2nd WC,so I hope that I have a little more experiences than last time.

How you see your group in this U21 World Cup and which teams will qualify from your group?

I hope that we will be 1 of 4 teams who will reach next stage but all teams are here with same reason so it will be very hard to copmlish that mision.
Bulgaria have slight advantage on paper for winning the group and Bosnia,Mexico and Slovakia have same chance for 2nd place.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

Italy,Poland,Romania,Hungary and Czech R. they are always favorites on WC.
Number of user from that countrys is what gives strenht them.Bosnia have only 76 users,Italy 760 so they have 1o x times more chances to get good young player from youth school.

Of the other 31 coaches that are participating in this competition, there is a coach that you admire his work or hate for some reason? If you have one of these or both... talk for us, (we want to bring some controversy also to this guide.)

I have to disappoint you but I dont hate anyone on sokker :D,also I dont admire anyone becouse I dont have much time in RL to follow the work of some good managers,but I sure that are here now on WC

Do you make your tactics yourself, or are there any other people involved in your U21-management?

Yes, I do it all myself.My thinking is simple if I have more opinions so I dont know which opinion to use and if I lose I would like to bear consequences or if I win in that case I would like to be proud on my winning

How you see your squad for the U21 World Cup and which of your U21 players you like the most?

I think that we have I good chance to pass the group and than is a lottery.With little lucky I think that we can reach quarterfinal

If you had to distribute 40 skillpoints for pace, technique and striker, how would your striker look like? (e.g. 14-13-13, which means 14 pace, 13 tech, 13 striker) and tell us the reason for your choice.

My thinking is that for U21 is better to have fastes playes so maybe 15-12-13 but also it is good to have choise of more that one striker in team.

In a few seasons there will be changes in sokker. There will be 10 slots available for individual training. What's your opinion about this change?

Well we will see,its hard to say but I think that will be more space to train u21 players in some clubs,this changes are maybe better for smaler countrys like Bosnia and Herzegovina

With the current system, there is a U21 World Cup every 2 seasons. Do you wish something needs to change in the way sokker plays U21 teams?

We pass qualifications last season and now players from last season cant play this WC for me this is ridiculous.They need to change that and to allow them to play WC :D

How you see your group in this U21 World Cup and which teams will qualify from your group?

Our group in this World Cup is very complicated, and more so because our best generation played the qualifiers, but we will be a very uncomfortable rival

Romania and Italy

Only me, I already have them patented ;)

How you see your squad for the U21 World Cup and which of your U21 players you like the most?

This generation is not the strongest we have had, but we have some very talented players, only very young 19 and 20 years old, who would help us a lot if they were at their peak of 21 years now, we have more future than present.

13-13-14 It is very important to have balanced players, but a high level of striker is more important, since opposing goalkeepers are usually divine.

All change is good, it is just adapting to the new rules of the game, that's all.

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

Obviously I hope Italy wins, but this competition has taught us that sometimes that team that you don't expect appears in the final.

What do you think of the current champion rohamkacsa with Magyarország? Do you think he has what it takes to defend his world champion title?

Maybe it will be difficult this time.
He is a good coach and he has proved it many times and the World Cup he won after many attempts is proof of it, but I have the feeling that he will have to sweat to win it again.
He is playing well and he is winning without upsetting the excellent tactical idea that has led him to win the cup in the last seasons, but, as I said before, he will have to fight much harder than before.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

Unfortunately I do not know who will be the favorite.
Everyone has the potential to do well but then they can't keep up the pace and you have to wait 2-3 games for the national team to find the way to victories against everything and everyone.
Maybe it is all my imagination and so I hope that every coach will read my words without too much seriousness.

What a U21 coach needs to be successful in your opinion?

Calm and much, much patience.
Sokker has accustomed us to see organized matches in which your opponent with 5 shots scores 1 goal and you who have organized in detail even the possibility to plug the hole when your team will play in 10 men make 15 shots and score 1 goal.
I understand that every community is more eager than ever to win that World Cup at least once and put pressure on the coach to find the most effective tactic to win it, but I think that calm and staying focused in the end will give you the result you are looking for.

If you had to distribute 40 skillpoints for pace, technique and striker, how would your striker look like? (e.g. 14-13-13, which means 14 pace, 13 tech, 13 striker) and tell us the reason for your choice.

If I had to choose, I would prefer the player with the most balanced skills.
I have traveled in many countries and I have seen future champions ruined to train a skill that will not increase anymore, for age reasons or to make more money, but I exclude the reason of money because you would make more money having a more balanced player (exmpl. 12-12-12 and not 11-7-16) in this way you would have more buyers who want to buy the player to train him and to make him become one day a future NT player.
A player with well distributed and balanced skills can make better use of tactics and have a much more competitive game thanks to this type of play

In a few seasons there will be changes in sokker. There will be 10 slots available for individual training. What's your opinion about this change?

There are choices that in the new sokker I do not share because in my opinion, the simplicity and the basis of wealth.
For example I would have added the possibility to classify players who have an injury rate that does not affect the player's skills with letters:
- Player with letter A, 10% chance of injury in that game.
-Player with letter B, 25% chance of injury in that game.
-Player with letter C, 45% chance of injury in that game.
In this way there could be the possibility that each of us has that player similar to Douglas Costa, Pato or all those players who are very strong but are always injured.
In this way also the national teams will have the hard choice to decide whether to summon a player with the divine abilities but with the letter C or a player with the letter A but who has "15 - magic" in the abilities?
Obviously it is my thought and choice that will surely go against your idea of thought.
So I wait like everyone else for the game to be over and say that the choices that were made turned out to be correct.

In my opinion no.
The choice to play the World Cup every 2 seasons is right and sensible because in this way, in every nation, there may be a chance that after 2 seasons the coach who could do the feat of winning the World Cup could win the elections.
Otherwise the future contender in the elections will lose the will to try to run.

Play, have fun and let us have fun, but above all, may the best man win!!!

I count on a fierce fight for the championship. There are no Cinderella in this edition - the strongest teams play on the championship and I want to watch unconventional tactics and tricks which can surprise the opponent

What do you think of the current champion rohamkacsa with Magyarország? Do you think he has what it takes to defend his world champion title?

It will be hard to defend champion by Hungary - I think Romania, Poland and Czech will want to pick up trophy

Romania and Poland
the two strongest team on the championship want to show their domination in the sokker

What a U21 coach needs to be successful in your opinion?

I think three things are important - good tactics, class players on all position and a bit of luck (sokker is the algorithm) :)

The best u21 striker for me should have max of pace and striker :) hmm tech :)is also important but if you have speedy Gonzalez in team who catch him :)

I think this innovation will be change strategy. I training def from the beginning, a lot of times I want to check something new but I could not break up. A lot of young talent players form my youth school were sold because they did not fit to my training strategy

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

I hope to see people enjoy seeing their players play for the U21 NT, I hope to see them support their country and I hope to see many thrilling matches.

What do you think of the current champion rohamkacsa with Magyarország? Do you think he has what it takes to defend his world champion title?

He is an experienced coach and Hungary is one of the stronger countries. So my asnwer is yes.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

Poland and Romania are (almost) always favorites. But there are more countries with strong communities led by coaches who know how to win. Hungary - as I said in the previous question. The Czech republic can be successful again, blackx is doing a great job. And I am curious if Italy will reach the semifinals after more than eight years, Fabbrogas is good enough to make it.

What a U21 coach needs to be successful in your opinion?

Let's change the question to "What U21 NT needs to be successful"...

Good tactics, because tactics is all you can do the week before the match. But you also need good players and some luck.

The more youth schools there are, the more managers willing to buy and train the players the best way possible there are, the stronger the squad is. You need strong community, people who care! And then you just need a coach who brings good tactics to the table and who cooperates with the community to win the gold. It's never one-man show. ;)

If you had to distribute 40 skillpoints for pace, technique and striker, how would your striker look like? (e.g. 14-13-13, which means 14 pace, 13 tech, 13 striker) and tell us the reason for your choice.

Depends on other strikers at my disposal and the opponent I am to face. I have a slight preference for tech, but if I faced a team which was way weaker I would prefer striker and so on...

Overall bad for me, because two league matches a week will kill me soon. But I am glad the devs want to make the game better.

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

A lot of drama, emotion, happiness and also sadness... And a continue of a great history, we have more than 10 years in sokker this competition and i remember when i was a kid watching the first matches of the 1st edition... and now after 10-11 years... we are on edition 19... is amazing.

What do you think of the current champion rohamkacsa with Magyarország? Do you think he has what it takes to defend his world champion title?

Well... Roham knows better than anyone how happy i was when he finally win this title that i think he deserve for a lot of years, he is a beautiful human being and a top coach, but nothing is easy... i think he still have the skill and the hungry for one more, so let's just wait and see how will be.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

I am very curious to see how cristinidu with Romania will be, he is a former U21 champion and also a beautiful human being, probably they are the big favorites in my opinion, Poland? Hmmm..... Maybe, i have no opinion since i never see a match with this new coach and is also his 1st U21WC, let's wait then... and i know that Little Ortwin and Little blackx want to i walk that Czech Rep is favorite, well.... Tsolii talk on guide that blackx was a champ on past since he was doing the tactics then, but is more easy make things using a powerful name as ostulc, if he show after eightfinals that he is finally blackx and not the next ostulc, maybe he can be a favorite also.

What a U21 coach needs to be successful in your opinion?

Have a good team, be professional and know how the make the extra training, watch always your opponent matches, but most important is have a big personality, only coaches with a huge desire of winning can survive on this jungle.

If you had to distribute 40 skillpoints for pace, technique and striker, how would your striker look like? (e.g. 14-13-13, which means 14 pace, 13 tech, 13 striker) and tell us the reason for your choice.

For the Woodyrianism style of playing, will be a striker with 14-15-11, in the Woodyrianism style, the striker with a high tech and pace is always the focal point.

Since i am not more online and watching everything on sokker like on past, i will be honest that i just know that because Tsolii told me, so what i can say is that is a good idea and will bring more realism and also will help a lot the U21/NT teams, but to be honest my biggest desire is also can choose on tactics a option to we choose a specific role to a player like we can made on FM or even FIFA, that a specific player for example will focus on giving more risky passes or will try to shoot more... this probably will give more dynamic for the game and will change a lot the U21 because i think we do not have more way to improve on strategies, we are basically stuck on that.

Some people talk Cups like Eurocup that is a good idea, but i have a good idea... why not create also U23 teams or U24 if sokker wants to make a more balanced thing... Probably was a cool thing since after the U21 a lot of players is not trained in accord to be a special player on NT and probably a U23 or U24 NT will help on that and also a U23 match was to be so cool because of the higher level of players after 2 seasons that they are not more a U21 player.

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?

Quite simply, a new world champion! I want to see tight matches that are not decided until extra time. But I don't want to see penalty kicks.

What do you think of the current champion rohamkacsa with Magyarország? Do you think he has what it takes to defend his world champion title?

But Hungary has a very strong team! Even in every position and they also have divine form! Enviable! In my eyes Hungary is the big favorite! The victory of the World Championship is only over Hungary!

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?

Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic are the usual suspects. But I see Spain as a secret favorite. The Spanish U21 coach has strong player material. But I wouldn't overestimate the victory against Germany during the friendly match. This is the first time the Spanish coach is really challenged and I'm curious to see how he will present himself, but I see enormous potential. The Spanish coach is very self-critical and always trying to improve and he already had one season to test different tactics.

Germany would have a chance to win the title, but tsolias has to be lucky to have good tactics. But I think Germany has a good chance, as well as Switzerland and Slovakia, but it will be very difficult for the three.

What a U21 coach needs to be successful in your opinion?

He should have extraordinary abilities to read the game and draw conclusions from it. This also means that he must know the mechanisms of tactics and knows for which tactics which players are needed.

He must also have good player material to be tactically flexible. This means having different types of forwards, one who is particularly fast, another who is technically skilled and one who can shoot particularly well.

He must also be well organized and have prepared the players' material 2-3 seasons ago and have already used these players (U20 games are important for this).

If you had to distribute 40 skillpoints for pace, technique and striker, how would your striker look like? (e.g. 14-13-13, which means 14 pace, 13 tech, 13 striker) and tell us the reason for your choice.
15-11-14 and another 15-14-11

I would love to have such a striker combination. Pace is very important, because that's how you get chances. No chance = no goals.

First, I think it's good that you can train 10 players individually. But I would have liked to have 11 slots, because that's how many players are used in one game. With 10 slots this means that the 11th position has to be filled externally to be competitive.

I would not change the mode. It is based on a very fair approach. The World Cup is actually attended by teams that were strongest in the qualifying. I would like to see the match for 3rd place officially introduced. I think it would be stupid if both semi-finalists who lost would get bronze.

What worries me, however, is the existing World Cup qualification.

Any words you want to tell the community?

Very simple: The U21 coach should be able to see the skills of the players when they are nominated. For some U21 coaches it is tedious not to know the skills of the best players! This is a small distortion of competition. I also wish on the part of the DEV's that there will be reforms in the U21 (and NT) sector. This means that the clubs should benefit a little more from their players playing in the U21. At the moment, many clubs do not see any great advantages. Will something happen or not?

I would also like the experience of a player to carry more weight in the U21s. This could lead to a small balance between the top nations and micronations, because in the micronations younger players are already playing and this should be rewarded somehow.

U21WC Guide udpate - Hungary coach answers and expert preview slamtam answers too.

Today the day is not like the others, because today is the day that begins what many people expect, the start of the U21 World Cup.

This is the 19th edition of this competition that has built an immense story in this game we love so much.

In this competition, we have seen many joys, many sadness, many surprises and many fights, we had positive and negative things in those 18 editions that have passed.

But all this has built the story of this competition, where everything starts from the 1st WCQ match.

Of more than 90 U21 national teams that exist in the sokker, only 32 have won the right to participate in this competition, are the 32 most coveted positions in this U21 World.

In this 19th edition, we have 32 teams, where...

24 teams are from Europe
8 teams are from Americas (central and south)

The country where most coaches have this 19th edition is Poland, Romania, England and Italy with 2 coaches.
The rest of countries just have 1 coach that represent that nation speficic, have also 2 greek coaches, but Tsolias represent Germany in sokker.

And all those 32 coaches crave one thing.
