- Hello all!

I am 34 years old still not married man, studied economy in mine 20-ies but that didnt turn out as expected at the end, I found out that I dont want to do that for the rest of mine life and dropped out half a year before graduation, some years later after trying different jobs discovered that I enjoy being waiter so I am one last few years.
Beside sokker I like spending free time with mine Siberian Husky who is almost 11 years old.

* Why have you become NT coach of this country?

- With time as I get involved into the game also get connected with managers into mine community, joined into NT & U21 scouting, making tactics and national teams stuff more then 10 (or several more) seasons ago and I am involved into that since then, as scout, U21 coach, NT coach, depends what is needed...

I like tactic, strategic and logic games since I can remember and also like economy and I am patriot so as you can guess when I found sokker one day I momentarily fall in love and NT & U21 parts of the game looks like they are invented for me.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- Qualification season was boring in a good way, didnt have enough time for sokker and didnt have many challenging opponents in a qualification group because advantage that our players give to me comparing to others teams players into the group so all things considered we had good NT season as introduction into much more competitive and intriguing one, NT season that started these days, seasons with WC in it!

We will play competitively every match this season that is not friendly and play for the win as we always do, no matter who is on the other side of the lawn, just the way we do it could be slightly different but that is tactic part of the game so I stop here...

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- I personally like South America football, it have more passion and more joke (in a good way) in it then European so I am glad that we have 2 opponents in group from that area of the world, hope it will be 2 attractive matches nice to watch. Of course there are also our neighbors Crna Gora whose NT results still surprise only those who do not follow NT teams, so all things considered it will be hard fight for first 2 places in a group but I strongly believe that we will catch one of that two places, for the second one we dont care.

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- Hrvatska, Hrvatska, Hrvatska

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- Azərbaycan, if you count that as a surprise

* Who is at the moment or will be (in the future) the star player of your NT?

- Luka Vreca, I should not sell him, i made big mistake

* Which of your players would you choose if you could boost his form to superdivine for free?

- Adrian Dvornik

* If you could manage another NT additionally at this World Cup, which one would it be (sticking with your team doesn’t count)?

- Well that is hard to say because I got emotionally involved into NT work a lot, play with the heart so I cant represent many NTs in the world in that way, only Hrvatska and Bosna i Hercegovina (as second country of mine nation although I am not personally connected with that country and if they would want me of course).

All the rest I can represent as mercenary, really good one (at least I think so) but still only an mercenary.

* Any words you want to tell the community?

- Hope you will enjoy this WC, I will especially try that you enjoy games of Hrvatska, be aware, stay online, WC is coming!

- I was looking for a quiet community and they chose me because of my international curriculum.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- I was first in the round for 9 weeks and mine wasn't easy. Unfortunately in the game against canada I played with 10 players for 88 minutes and without a striker. This national team in 3 seasons has lost so many players to aging and there is no replacement. I think my national team is one of the weakest, so it will be all uphill.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- In this group there are two nations that have won the World Cup in the last 2 years.

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- Czech republic, hungary and poland.

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- The Czech Republic is very strong.

* Who is at the moment or will be (in the future) the star player of your NT?

- For the moment there is no star.

* Which of your players would you choose if you could boost his form to superdivine for free?

- I don't have any top players and I add that there aren't strikers.

* If you could manage another NT additionally at this World Cup, which one would it be (sticking with your team doesn’t count)?

- Poland.

- Every match will be a war, we have to fight for 90 minutes.

- I think that the reason was the historic results with the Montenegro national team. I decided to try my hand at Poland because I love this country

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- I consider the qualification successful. Apart from a minor slip-up with Belarus, we completely destroyed all our rivals. What do I expect from the World Cup? It would be nice to get a medal. Previous seasons were extremely unsuccessful for Poland.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- I think that Poland, Serbia and the Netherlands will fight for the promotion. Due to the strongest line-up, Poland seems to be the group's favorite. Unless I fuck something up :-P

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- Ceska Republika, Romania and Magyarország

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- Czech Republic, I think. In terms of players they are already on the same level as Poland and Romania and have one of the best coach in the Sokker in terms of tactics. I suppose they may dominate this Championship

* Who is at the moment or will be (in the future) the star player of your NT?

- Definitely Teodor Kierski

* Which of your players would you choose if you could boost his form to superdivine for free?

- Emanuel Gałeczka, This is one of our best midfielders.

- Turkey. I believe that this team, like Poland, has not been lucky in recent years. And the potential is there.

- In March 2007 I started as NT coach. Love to travel a lot, especially Spain and Greece and in particular Halkidiki and Fuerteventura. But working at home this past year and mainly looking from the window to mouthmasked people.

* Why have you become NT coach of this country?

- We have to go back many many seasons....After being coach of India for at least 10-15 seasons, we needed a homegrown coach to take over longterm. That longterm is now 15 seasons...maybe more. Wouldn't be surprised if I'm the longest consecutive NT coach around (India, India U21, Nederland since 2010 or earlier)

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- We were lucky to be in a relatively easy group. Although easy doesnt exist anymore. As always we are an outsider.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- Poland for sure and we must aim at the number 2 spot beating Srbija and Scotland. Very tough task.

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- Suomi, Azerbayan and the Netherlands. Its time for a surprise!

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- Always hard to play Azerbayan. Would be nice if they reach far and we could play in the final ;)

* Who is at the moment or will be (in the future) the star player of your NT?

- Luissel is still one of the best at 35y old. Reinaldo Timmer should take over to captain the squad soon. Maybe along with defender Gerben Riemens.

* Which of your players would you choose if you could boost his form to superdivine for free?

- My goalkeeper Enes Zeefuik.

- India at the next World Cup. But seriously I can't think of leaving my country.

- I have too much time, so have had 80+ mark club team :P Im on early retirement, live alone, have a son age 7, still play senior football with the 20-30 yo even im close to 36 and weighing 120 kilo.. but hey, vikings are that big :P

- I saw they needed one, and have seen how langhe and others have had good times there. I wanted an international NT chance, after been denmark senior and u/21 4 seasons each team.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- I had some suprise defeats, but beat Belgium twice and Argentina once and secured the WC entry spot.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- I can go out the WC with 3 losses and it wouldnt be a suprise or bad loss. But i expect to push the team for next round. The group is the group of death, dont even understimate my team, and rest 3 teams you know is top of the top. Anyone can go through.

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- I doubt Scotland or Denmark can go all the way, so i cheer on Ceska otherwise.

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- Denmark or Sweden as smaller teams have groups they might go on from, and after that the ME luck possibility can give anything.

* Who is at the moment or will be (in the future) the star player of your NT?

- Bruce MacRory is world class, but we have several world class players, unfortunately i have to play some of them out form cause lack of depth.

* Which of your players would you choose if you could boost his form to superdivine for free?

- Eusebio McAuley or Billy Spalding.. I really lack 3x18 striker in form

- I am Elmar. 27 years old engineer. I am from Azerbaijan, studied in Italy and currently in The Netherlands working for Schneider Electric.

* Why have you become NT coach of this country?

- I had managed France U21 team long time ago. I had good results with them with no less than 10 wins each season. I have also managed Azerbaijan U21 and can easily say that I have so much effort in today’s Azerbaijan U21. Last year I wanted to apply again for France but this time National Team. I am glad that I was trusted and elected.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- I think we had a great season. Overall out of 16 games we have won 13 and lost 2. We started the qualification from the second pot but now we are 11th in the world ranking. I am hoping to have another great season with France and do the best I can to bring as much success as possible for the country I am representing.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- There is no better or worse team in the WC. I take each of my opponents very seriously. We already know that Greece is always a very hard opponent, on the other hand Clau_Goool is a great coach and he’s doing good with Denmark. But I am pretty sure Sweden will be a headache for each of us as I consider them another surprise team. So as you can say, it is hard to predict who will go through. Time will show.

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- Croatia (PlaYa), Czech Republic (ale70), Turkey (Ozgur)

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- Azerbaijan. I really liked Gaudin’s performance last season and I expect him to surprise everyone in the WC.

* Who is at the moment or will be (in the future) the star player of your NT?

- Such a hard question that I can’t respond at all. We are a team and without each of them I couldn’t achieve the results I have achieved so far.

* Which of your players would you choose if you could boost his form to superdivine for free?

- Can’t say only one name honestly. It is very unfortunate that some of the real stars of France have no form in this important time period. But it is what it is. We will always do our best based on what we have in order to see an exciting match.

* If you could manage another NT additionally at this World Cup, which one would it be (sticking with your team doesn’t count)?

- Another hard question. I think I would say Poland or Romania in this case because they have the best substitute team haha. When one of my important player gets injured or a red card I have to change my whole plan. But having more alternative players would make it easier for me.

* Any words you want to tell the community?

- I just hope everyone to realize that sokker is just a game. Stop fights, keep friendship and whatever your results are, congratulate your opponent, shake hands, give him a friendly hug and wish luck. You will be appreciated, I promise. Good luck to everyone :)

- Danmark was my goal as a NT manager, because it has a nice community with dedicated users. This is my 9th season with Danmark and the 3rd time playing into the World Cup group stage.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- It was a decent season. Finishing 2nd and loosing only to Polska I think is a very good performance.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- It is an interesting group with two major favorites, Hellas and France. I can't say who will go through, but every team into the group has its chances.

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- As always top national teams like Romania, Czech republic or Polska.

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- I see Hrvatska doing a wonderful World Cup this season.

* Who is at the moment or will be (in the future) the star player of your NT?

- For a National Team that doesn't have that many choices and a large amount of players where to choose from my star player is the "team". I have a couple of important players who can boost our chances, but I can't rely only on one individual.

* Which of your players would you choose if you could boost his form to superdivine for free?

- I would definitely envoy having Mathias Nordvig in top form.

* If you could manage another NT additionally at this World Cup, which one would it be (sticking with your team doesn’t count)?

- Of course my choice would be Romania :) I am a Romanian user, aren't I?:))

- I'm 42 old, married with maureen (also sokker admin) I play sokker since 2005 without any break so I'm one of few dinosaurs of this game. I enjoy this game the same as first day. During that time I had a lot of succesess with my club FC Chełmek.

* Why have you become NT coach of this country?

- To be honest I was asked about it and because my club team is in rebuilding phase I thought it could be interesting challenge. In Azerbaycan I found very helpful, nice and positive attitude community.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- Qualification season was excellent, we finished qualification at first place in our Group. Additionally we started season with bilans 11-1-0 in a row with all matches wich gave us in one point of the season historically high 4 place in NT ranking.

As for WC we are ready to fight ans will see.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- Czech Rep. and Azerbaycan of course. Czech Rep. is clear favourite of our Group. Other 3 teams will have to fight for second place and I think there is no favourite but I hope that Azerbaycan will secure second place.

- Poland, Romania, Czech Rep.

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- Bulgaria

- In future I think star player will be 24yo Bilal Rahibov

- I had always wanted to be able to lead Uruguay, it was a dream come true, I have great friends, very knowledgeable about the game, it is a warrior community and very dedicated to its teams and the national team, I have had the opportunity to contribute and continue learning, the pressure of work and demand and above all to experience the games in the majority as favorites, something that I had not experienced before since I work with a lower level team, but it has been without a doubt my best experience.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- It was a very suffered tie without a doubt it is not easy to build a squad in no time, but I was still confident and I was clear that Uruguay had the pieces only had to mesh them, We had ups and downs scoring points against a strong rival like Bulgaria (to which we left out) and suffer two surprise defeats before a Sweden of a very high level, in the end the objective was achieved and everything we experienced made the classification much more enjoyable, without a doubt the support of the community and the contribution was key.

The Uruguayan community can expect studied matches where we will seek to lower the margin of error as close to zero, study each rival as was done in the qualifying rounds and leave everything on the field, there is no doubt that we will fight every game. . and as always between everyone to be able to build the game and enjoy the victory. - Undoubtedly three rivals of stature with enough routes and achievements in past world championships, the always favorite Česká republika is one of the teams that occupies the first place (statistically), Azərbaycan seems to me a very powerful and well organized team in Tactics Lietuva has a good breed of players and a good level of play with a coach who also knows the team, we will definitely try to win all three games, I can't say who could get second place but what I know is that one of them will be the ours and we will fight for it.

- I like this country. But so far I have not been able to visit it. Although I had two chances. Last time the trip didn't happen because of covid-19. Leading this team is such a reward for me. I love Swiss watches and cheese.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- I don't think I can be completely satisfied. We had one slip-up against Indonesia, which is a weaker team. I am satisfied with the other results. This defeat hurt us a lot. Instead of being seeded in the first pool, we dropped to the third pool. I think we ended up in the group of death.

What to expect from us. We will not give up, we will fight until the last minute of the tournament. For each match we will be well prepared and no player will not give up.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- I think Romania. I would like to be the other team, but it will be difficult to get there. Cuba and England are strong teams. Anything can happen here.

- I think the strongest are: Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic. Only this is soccer and here anything is possible.

- Hi everyone my name is Alessandro and I am an "old" sokker player having passed the age of 50 for some years! :) I have been playing since 2007 and at the end of this year there will be 14 solar years spent on this site investing a lot of time on this game that I still love a lot.

I appreciate the efforts that the devs are making in these weeks and as I have always done in these 14 years I will continue to renew the Plus because I believe it is a duty to provide a little financial support to those who with a few euros let us spend moments of leisure (and also of anger ... sometimes :)

The thing I ask the devs is to pay close attention to two aspects that have a great importance in the game and that is the progress of the form and some imperfections in the game engine such as too much difficulty to score by super-skilled attackers and then the need to introduce the possibility of going into goals with different dynamics, for example with shots from outside the area or with the insertions of midfielders

* Why have you become NT coach of this country?

- The Hungarian team, as well as in reality, is a team with a great tradition in fact it has won two world championships and therefore represented a great goal for me to achieve.

I had the luck and the honor of leading the team three times in the world championship and I hope that in the next edition I will be able to give satisfaction to the Hungarian managers!

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- We have achieved our goal, which was to win the group, with great calm and determination; infact, after a defeat and a draw in the first two games, we then achieved a positive series of results that led us to the head of the qualifying round.

- In the final stages each group presents difficulties and pitfalls in this group Austria and Venezuela are consolidated and historically strong realities. Andorra was also one of the revelation teams of the qualifying rounds! Our goal is to move on to the next round and as for the other place all three teams can take it.

- Qualification season had many alternations of emotions, while starting with the best prospects with 2 victories against Portugal and Latvia, but at the end we had to give “fight” with Portugal in order to qualify, fortunately we did it.

And now the goal in this WC is to be able to play at least and the week 7.

- I will have the pleasure to play with 3 excellent managers, who are very dedicated and experienced in the game, I believe that the one country that will pass the groups will be Hungary

- As a Venezuelan, I always dreamed of directing the Venezuelan National Team, I have had a lot of experience at the National Team level in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Australia and Israel. Since I started my cycle as Technical Director of Sokker National Teams I had the dream of directing Venezuela and qualifying my country for the World Cup and I was able to achieve both at the same time.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- We had a Great Classification, we only lost 2 games to Spain which I consider unfair results since Venezuela in both games was superior to Spain, we were second in the classification behind Spain and leaving Italy eliminated which was a great surprise for everyone. The Expectation of the Venezuelan Community is that we can have a decent World Cup since we are clearly not the favorites of our group.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- They are all great rivals and it will be a very difficult group for Venezuela. The favorites to move forward are Hungary and Austria although however we will work hard to try to give another surprise as we did with Italy

- Poland, Czech Republic and Romania are the 3 teams with the most chances of winning the World Cup

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- Spain has a very good team, I think they can surprise in this World Cup.

- We have a lot of good players. At this moment Liborio Prieto is the Star of our National Team but in the future Liborio Chalbaud will surely be another star.

- Hello, I am the coach of Spain. This is my second cycle with the national team and my last season. I consider that a cycle should be composed by 4 seasons (2 WC qualification and 2 World Cup).

We have worked very well with the NT and in these two cycles we reached a World Cup final, where unfortunately we lost to Poland 4-3 against the homeowner in a match worthy of a final.

I'm in my second world cup. The first was in a surprising campaign with Paraguay in the qualifiers in a group that had Germany and Croatia.

I have been a sokker since 2006 and I am one of the main Brazilian coaches. I was a national champion once in my country and I am known for good financial management.

* Why have you become NT coach of this country?

- It was a request from some great coaches in my country. Our community is discredited by NT and hardly participates anymore, I joined not only to get good results, but also to try to somehow bring our coaches to the "NT environment".

For that, I implemented some ideas:

I played a friendly game only with players who work within my country.
I let another coach climb the NT to get a taste of what it feels like (he sent me the lineup and a video of the tactic he would like to use).
I played only with players with low form...

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- The season was good, we started overpowering and it seemed like we would qualify easily. In the end, we suffered a lot with the players at a low form and we even ran the risk of not qualifying. Despite this, we came in first in the group, winning the two games of the main opponent (England).

For the World Cup, our main players are at a low form and it will be very difficult to supply that, we will try to surprise even so!

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- It is one of the most balanced groups in the world cup, I will bet on my team (Brazil) and Spain.

- What can I say: I am a 49 year old child, I work for a large Italian company, I have been passionate about managerial games since the early 2000s, in practice over time I have done many, but I remain faithful to only 3 of these, one is Sokker.

- I have been coaching U21 and NT teams for a long time, I have been trying to make up the ranks with very small teams and I felt ready for an NT team that had great players, to enter the world of the strongest NTs.

Việt Nam was a deliberate choice, but initially I never imagined I would be so attached to the community of this great country. They welcomed me, they love me and make me feel like one of them, if it were possible I would be an NT coach for life and, for sure, one day I will go to visit this country.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- We have excellent players, unfortunately I made some mistakes that didn't allow me to finish first in the group, so we deserved second place.

Unfortunately, the second place in the group put us in an iron group with España, Brasil and Türkiye.

On paper we have such poor possibilities as to seem nil, but if 110% is not enough, we will try to make 1000% in every game, we must honor the shirt with sweat and blood.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- The favorite team, in my opinion, is Turkey, for their history in sokker, for the huge roster they have and the experience of their manager. The second team will be Spain, robust and square in every department.

A step below the first two, Brazil, the cariocas are a very strong team, but they definitely see a technical gap towards the two teams I mentioned earlier.

Last but not least, the team that I have the honor of coaching, excellent individuality, very compact group, but less experienced than our opponents.

- Poland is simply taken for granted to put it in the list.

Then I say Romania and the surprise for me could be Finland (Suomi).

- my name is Marco, i’m 44 years old. I was NT coach of Switzerland, Austria and now in Germany.

- I finished 3rd with Switzerland and as i won everything eccept gold at WC, i decided to try it with the german NT as the squad is better (more players at world class level)

We won our group without any defeat so our qualification was OK. But not more. I hoped for 10 wins but you have to respect that some opponents did a good job too.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- Our opponents are Finland, Estland and Norway. I expect that Germany and Finland will play for the 1st place. Of course Estland and Norway are good enough to qualifie but for us it would be a huge disappointment to not qualifie. Specially because we eliminated Poland last WC but lost in 1/8 against my home country.

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- 3 top favourites are Romania, Poland and Czech Republic

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- A lot of nations are really strong so it would not be a surprise. I would say at least 8 nations can win this WC. The winner will need some luck for sure!

* Who is at the moment or will be (in the future) the star player of your NT?

- Our star player, hmm… maybe Jörg Ebner because he’s our completest MID.

* Which of your players would you choose if you could boost his form to superdivine for free?

- Danny Endenstein our 3x18 striker. He’s our best striker but in low form so i can’t use him. In superdivine form he would be our no. 1 striker

- Another NT? i have enough to do with my team but i would have to name one i would choose my home country Switzerland.

- Hello, and congratulations for the idea. I miss it for a long time. I am ringhiostarr, Stefano in real life and I play Sokker since 2007. Despire ups and downs, I'll always been involved a lot in this great game. About me as a manager, I like to play NT in order to play at top level and with my team I like to grow young and good player, more than build a old and strong team for win. I like to find gameplays not well known that I can't find in NT also, for instance, the use of advanced midfielders or external attacker.

* Why have you become NT coach of this country?

- I knew that the old manager was leaving, maybe on "looking for coach" topic, and I was looking for a new NT also. I was managing Latvija but I felt that I hadn't nothing more to say or to improve there. The Norway NT got my attention, because in that time I was following a Norwegian comedian duo called "Ylvis". In the end, I consider Norwegian people enough open to foreigners and enough familiar with english language.

* How would you evaluate your qualification season? What can people expect from your country in the competition?

- Very good, because I didn't expected to be qualified. This means that every point that we can gain is gold. Norway is going through a transition time, where best player are old and new young player are not 100% developed. I can say that I am a little bit more interested to the U27 european than the world cup.

* What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?

- We have to face strong opponent and we've had not a lucky help, because they are all strong, while in other leagues there is at least one NT that we can give us more chances to gain points. I consider Suomi a winner candidate for the world cup, so I can say that they'll go through the 2nd stage. I can't say the second one, I can't preview.

* Tell me 3 teams that are most likely to win this WC.

- Suomi, Romania and Chech Republic

* Which team do you think has the greatest potential to surprise in this edition?

- I think Cuba, few users but a strong team. They are few manager but gold manager, with good young teams.

- Edvin Rui, old player but still the best in his role.

- Bjørnar Haraldsson, the main weakness of Norway is a poor performance to score and the best striker at his top form could fix it.

I want to welcome you to the 25th edition of the sokker world championship, it has been an honor for me to work for this guide, many thanks to the previous organizers for the data and this time I wanted to give it a touch of renewal and my style.

Thanks also to each of the participating coaches for the support and time to answer the interviews, we seek to have 100% of the answers and we almost achieved it which is very satisfactory for me, I hope you enjoy it and many successes.
