Subject: Save NT/U21 prospects from active managers

Is there any opion to save U21 players from active manager who dont want to spoke with U21 manager.I last few day manager who trains ours players sold player with 20 years and now that player buy someone who wants to answer on message?
Ok he bought player with his money so player is his but what about as?
As U21 manager I try to give advice to managers who want to train for NT and I spent 2-3 years to follow that player for nothing?
Is there anything to stop that?

really hard to do something! anything!... I have the same problem, plenty of users just read my messages and let me hanging.

I think, as U21 coach, the only option is to keep "good" managers happy with the trainees and hoping they don't sell before the players are 22 yo.

I have unlisted some players because their managers just don't answer my mails.

The club is the owner of player - we must respect it. Problem would be solved if dev's delete injuries in NT/u21 games ;)

How can I respect him if he dont respect me,I spent 2-3 year and follow that player he was in u21 squad and now new manager doesnt answer.There is so many players on TL,he dont need to buy player who is alreday in squad

I have sam problem but its not problem if doest answer some manager who have young promising player but it is a problem if someone buy your player who is already in squad and than he doesnt to answer and than he start to train playmaking to defender so he ruin than player for U21.

As a u21 coach I had to play using player without knowing their skills cause the manager do not want to replay. It is not the most advisable thing to do, but Venezuela u21 have few midfielders...
