Subject: Cancel a transfer

I'm 99% sure the answer is no, but is it possible to cancel a transfer after bidding has finished and before the other team has brought the player in?

am for a justified veto, as a player can go massively below value.

If both seller and buyer wait a week without sending the player, the transfer is cancelled. But you have to pay some penalty fee
