Subject: Server and sales problem

It is "one click"... and if they not do it more user will leave the game because this glitch affecting the whole season for them or even the whole game. If a 4 million euro player sold for 2 million that defo need to be cancelled.

Yes i agree, but the problem is when from 100 transfers 75 were fine and 25 end cheap, what do you do, you cancel all of them (the 100 transfers) or you only cancel the 25? If u only cancel the 25 wich is the objective line between cheap and normal, if u cancel the 100 you make the guy that made a good sale to put the player back in tl, if the new sale goes cheap they will say that why they cancel bla bla bla, what i am trying to say is that is not only one click, maybe some words i say them wrong, my english is not the best!

Well, obviously if the site was not available we can not say "100 transfers 75 were fine and 25 end cheap" - we can say 75 might was satisfied with the sale as they were "cheap player" and they get what they expected for or might they get a pre-arranged bid on their player, but those who lost millions certainly a big loser when there is a glitch as the bidwar was not there anymore.

Why guys didnt you read the message from 3 days ago about sokker maintenance??.... Ohh wait there was not such warning

well its a really bad practice to do maintenance on most busy day on sokker :(
several times mentioned that Monday is the best day for sokker to release new things but seems devs ignore that

I think the server went down or there was maintenance again around 23:00 Apr 26 (sokker time) on and off for like ~30 min.

Not sure if this is the right place to post but my Arcade game did not happen on time today. Was scheduled for Apr 27 01:30 (sokker time)....

They hardly care about. They postponed transfers for an hour but nothing to hear about previous issues when users lost on transfer because server was down.
Surely not fairly handled the problem.

@devtopia yes every night there is a night update script witch is starting form 22:30 Canadian (im on same time zone :) ) time and it goes sometimes till 24h but thats part of soccer and is every night ..
im talking about resale of new version of code and things like that.
1. they need to be planned and announced in advance
2. and planned date should be best suitable for sokker users ... so Monday

Nobody answers me yet...

I think the best thing to do is to report those transfer as dubious and explain your complain about it... otherwise I don't see them doing anything.

This was the stupidity they gave me as an answer. The server was bad and they didn't delay the transfers!

Transfers are never done. What the system does is delay them when the server stops working, but this has not happened recently so there is no reason to undo a transfer.

To avoid these problems you have the option of setting a minimum price, and that way you will never receive less than what you consider. As I imagine, you will not have set a minimum price because you have exposed yourself to a bad sale.

My advice is that from now on, take advantage of this option that gives you sokker and that avoids bad sales.
