In my opinion Sokker Viewer is the best.

Sokker asistente is better but with the issues sokker viewer is the best at the moment

what is better in sokker assistente?

I dont use it, but from what I know, you dont have to struggle with installation/starting the app because its just a webpage and you have far more features and more sophisticated and configurable training model
might be also easier to look at, more human-readable

if You look for more precise information - SA is the way to go, if, just more or less info is enough then SV is as good as SA

also, whatever will change in sokker, there is almost certainty that SA will be adapted to it and almost certainty that SV will not
