Beduin to All
Hello, what I have set as a goal for myself is training youngsters from countries which are having a smaller number of active players, therefore fewer talented players overall. I would like to help each of the smaller national teams. Every week I plan on reporting the progress and also informing about the actual training to the managers that are interested. If someone is keen on starting a partnership i encourage you to contact me,as well as send me info about the players, which I could possibly help.

So if someone wanna join info this project just write there ^^

Actually I training MIDs, so if You have a nice player from Your NT on tl just write there or sk@, if You wanna put on tl just write there or sk@

If someone have empty training slot just give info, there we can make a perfect training plan for 'exotic' young players.

Best wishes ^^

I am interested in sending NT prospects from my academy to your team, Will be SK mailing once I pull out some new good juniors.
Other than that, it would be really helpful if you'll be able to train Indian NT players from other clubs as and when they are listed. Thanks!

This is a very good initiative for smaller countries.
I normally train pace or def. Currently I'm training pace but I don't have any slots free at the moment.
However, if there's a really talented player I don't mind creating space in my team by selling someone less talented.
Please sk mail me whenever there are any players in case I don't see the forum.

First of all, I congratulate you as Kazakhstan U21 coach for your thought.
The biggest problem of small countries is not getting enough young players. It is very important to train the young players who come. I train 2 strikers for Kazakhstan so that young people do not disappear.

There is only 1 active user in Kazakhstan. Unfortunately, a player who grows up from his infrastructure is very little for a country. It would be very good for the administrators to make a convenience for this matter.

Also, if there is a young player, I will share the player here.

Perfect, not only Kazakhstan have that troubles, thats why im there.

Sometimes when someone bought player 17-18yo, from small country just instead retire him, i wanna help, check talent and sell

Ofc if I have 18yo who cant pop after 5,6 trenings on low skills, i always give that information to NT Coach and talk about future

Thanks for your great initiative.
Currently I'm the only one active user in HK. Me and U21 trainer - mineirao are trying to save every young Hong Kong player, because for this moment we have only 8 players 18 yo and younger:

If you or someone else want to help us, it'll be great. On Thursday I will sign a contract with two new players:
