I hope that you will train him otherwise please do not take him into your team.
We have so few GK in youthschool to not let anyone even if he is so poor.

It might be even more favorable to train an outfield player with some pace and passing as GK. This one is really weak.

They have 2 youth schools and 1 actually active, players with speed become NT prospects for outfield positions

They had zero youths with GK skill in last seasons and they have to train someone, since it’s a 16 with no skills then GK is the best/only possible route for him

I already train one GK (22yo) for NT.
Our NT coach is training the other one (21yo).
We have a 19yo GK from bot team thus not trained.
I may have a 19yo next season but with no talent and one 16yo with 2 level in youthschool
