I just thought that they should add "team chemistry" for coaches and lets say after player gets 40 years old, you can make him a coach and if he played in your team many matches, his team chemistry is divine:)) i didn't think out what his skills should be and etc, but just for a thinking.
I got 84 yo player in my squad, but i think he will die earlier than could become a coach :D

Good idea, such a "team chemistry" can make a big difference.
