My name is Fernando Mattos, I'm 42 years old, and I'm passionate about playing football. Sokker is a complement to this passion.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
The Brazilian community has been helping our team and we have been very lucky.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
An offensive team that will always play for the win and try to score a lot of goals.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
We have many favorites, Poland, Romania, Italy and for a few seasons Czech Republic are always favorites. I think because of what we did last season, Brazil joins this group. However, we have a large number of teams that can surprise, an intermediate group that plays the World Cup with the Golden Trophy in mind.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
I'm going to mention coaches in general, as I don't follow the U21 universe very much. I really like Ale70, Triglio (Mexico), ÖzGüR, nico-carbonero, Zaldo, alepincha, rbazzarella, Augustok, ayanche, bronho, sviktorov, among others. I sure missed some coaches.
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
There is a community of users all over the world who are passionate about national teams, we need to be more united on the development topic. It's unbelievable that we still can't see players' skills. It is inconceivable that continental competitions are not treated as one of the priorities.

It's me, the slamtam! I am a representative of the so-called Generation Y and I play Sokker 2005. I have many hobbies and watching football is one of them! I think it's great that tactical components play a big role on Sokker!
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
was the U21 coach of Österreich for many years and was able to celebrate successes with this small Sokker country that could not be repeated until now (quarter-finals at a World Cup). After that time, I wanted to apply to be the U21 coach in Spain. Unfortunately, I lost that choice and then I saw a vacancy in Norway and have had that job ever since ;)
But I didn't even know what I was getting myself into anymore! The scouting department was practically dead, contact between Norwegian users on the back burner. Although I actually wanted to take over a team where I could have a wide range of players at my disposal and thus create tactics according to my imagination, I am still in Norway and I adapt the tactics very strictly to our Norwegian player material. I like to do that too!
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
We got a strong balanced group. We are taking on the role of outsiders and we have nothing to lose, but we will come to the World Cup with the ambition of getting through the group stage! So you can expect Norway to try everything to get the wins we need.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
It's difficult to assess at the moment. If Poland play like they did in the qualifiers, then I find it hard to imagine them being among the title favourites. But maybe there will be a surprise. Brazil, Belgium, Colombia and Spain performed very well in the qualifiers. If they manage to do the same during the World Cup, they can go very far. But first let's see if Brazil can go far in our group game.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
There are many coaches! Of course I have looked at some at Woody or again some at tsolias. Vacarul is also in this group and there is another Swiss manager who has created such great tactics and no, it's not the Marcodona if I'm asked about it
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
It looks like the chain of 5 DEFs a big role in the defence. Will the new world champion play and win with a chain of 5 DEFs?

Hi, I'm Decho. Right now, my hobby is this game :) I also spend more time with my daughter, who is 2 years old.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
It's going well for now. Unfortunately at last year's World Cup I was unlucky and dropped out early.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
I hope three wins haha. I don't know, but I'm going to do my best to make it harder for the rivals.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
The usual suspects, but I think there may be a surprise again like last time.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
Unfortunately I do not have the opportunity to watch many matches, but when I have, I will gladly watch matches from this World Cup

I rarely write and probably very few people know me, but I wish everyone success and let's do an interesting championship again :))

How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
I can speake only for Schweiz U21: I am here from 2018, I think that me, as a coach, together with the schweiz community, we have some progress in U21 world.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
I hope the team of Schweiz U21 will play good in every match, and I am gonna enjoy every minutes in this U21 World Cup. After that, even if the results are not good, Schweiz U21 still remains a part of this World Cup and this game.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
This time I think the favourites are Italy, Czech Republic and Hungary.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
During this game, Ale70 and rohamacska was impressive in several moments, but they are another briliant users (like skyland1) but I can not remember all now.

This is the 4th consecutive season, it was very positive since the previous qualifiers we were also doing a good job and unfortunately in the last games everything went wrong.

It will be a new adventure for me and the national team, we have nothing to lose so we will go looking for a surprise.

France and Italy are the favorites for me due to the combination of the level of the players and the experience of the DTs..

Some years ago, we had a coach in the NT who qualified us for the World Cup (klinsmann) from whom I learned some things that currently serve me.

How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
I return in crna gora to play world cup because my montenegrins friends haven't NT. Paternal did a great job, i'm sorry that he can't play the cup (his choice). Then, i know little this u21 but i know very well the community of crna gora... a very beatiful community!
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
We are defending world champions but this u21 isn't strong as last world cup. I hope to play good games but qualification is very hard.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
I think that Italy will win, but the rivelation of the tournament will be Cuba
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
The tactics are mine! I love try new tactics and i win last world cup with 4-4-2 and 4-3-3. In the last world cup senior Italy (NT: my friend Robygim) win playing with 4 def.... I haven't name of coaches, but I have inspired by good game with 4 def and attacking... i hate 5-3-winger-2, it's not beatiful sokker

Regards, I'm Daria. Athletics is my passion, I practice running 1200m and 800m hurdles. I have successes but I will not write about it here. I was encouraged to play sokker by my dad, a true veteran of this game :)
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
Daria and Vietnam U21. Why representation? I like when something happens I hate boredom. There was a moment when I didn't want to play sokker anymore, but it was thanks to the Vietnam U21 national team that I decided to stay.
Vietnam U21's very good game, and the promotion to the U21 World Cup, made me very happy, there is motivation for this game. I would say that adrenaline when watching important matches, for example, these matches at the U21 World Cup are ahead of us. Even though you sometimes stand in a lost position, you may find that your team wins the game and that's nice about this game.
My success with the Vietnam U21 national team is at the moment promotion to the U21 World Cup, but this is not the end of my ambitions because I am an athlete, I want more!
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
My goal at the U21 World Cup is to get out of the group at least. Of course, I would like more, time will tell how it will be.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
The favorite is Vietnam U21. Of course, I'm joking, but we can surprise our fans positively. An athlete must have faith in success, I have it. I support Poland U21, that's an obvious reason I'm Polish.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
I do not watch the tactics of other managers, my dad plays a few nice years in sokker, to this day there is no patent for it so he says. It turns out that once you succeed once not, of course there are certainly professionals, but I prefer to be self-taught. I think I'm doing well on that. I achieve good results with FC The Strongest and the Vietnam U21 national team. I deliberately didn't change my tactics in friendly matches before the U21 World Cup, but I will do it at the Championships, you have to surprise your rivals.

This year we qualified with three rounds to spare, so it went well, but from then on it was a disaster.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
Cuba is not in very good shape, its World Cup could be very short-lived. It would be good if we could qualify for the Round of 16...
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Italy has a team with very good players and a very good coach, they can do it this year... but will have to face Crna Gora of Michele79, the defending champion.

My name is kevin i'm 35 years old, playing sokker for several years again now, made a restart after few years of absence. In real life my hobbie is Darts.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
I've been national team coach for 6 seasons now (this is the sixth) Funny thing is i told the community i would only stay for max 2 seasons en yet here i still am! Now my goal is to achive 100NT matches and to steal the 6 season NT coach record from Pavoninia? This will be my 3rd world cup but the biggest achievement i made is to clean up the database and try to convience managers to sell there players to make sure they will get the correct training. Lucky for me i had the luck that many belgian managers stept in to the project also, cause without there help it would have been impossible.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
I hope to end in the top 2 as everybody who plays the world cup i think.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Difficult Poland, Czech Republic.. But we all know that sometimes sokker is a bitch. Last world cup Crna Cora wins the world cup but i don't think anybody would have thought that.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
That would be Karsten! Tons of respect for what he achieved. Honestly i was in de qualification group with him and one of my personal goals was not to lose from him in both games! Mission acomplished cause we had one draw and one win for me! :p

How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
Decent... after some time without coaching a U21 team, was not that bad... french community is very lovely also.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
We expect to study our opponents and take the W... is not a easy group, the other coaches are good guys also and will be a challenge, we can't underestimate anyone.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Everyone can win... the level of competition here is strong and every year something different is done to surprise the competition, people always go for the easy targets of who will be champion, but in the end it's hard for everyone... it's hard for Poland, for Romania, for France and even for Bolivia, no match is easy and not having a champion decided, Montenegro become a champion and didn't have the best squad, so it will depend on how smart and fearless the coach is.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
borkos and Pavoniana is probably the most ones...
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
Maybe a bag of french fries that was created in Belgium but is called french fries because french people are more cool.

Greatings from Bosnia and Herzegovina,I am 38 years old manager who plays sokker since 2007.This is my 5th season as U21 manager and 23th WC,so I hope that I have a little more experiences than last time.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
I had up and downs.Last qualifications we had good team but we didnt had luck and we didnt qualified.Now,last 2 seasons I played only with very young players so we qualified on WC almost with U20 players and maybe this aeason we are litte closer to better teams.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
All teams are here with same reason,to win.France and Belgie have slight advantage over us and Mexico but with little luck maybe we can pass the group stage.So its going to be very hard to accopmlish that mission.
Mexico is again with us in group so we have chance to get revenge due a previous defeat
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Italy,Poland,Romania,Brasil and Czech R. they are always favorites on WC.
Number of user from that countries is what gives strength them.I would like to see some other country on the top like that was last time :)

I would like to prise managers of Crna Gora U21 (Montenegro) becouse he won last WC with small country like Crna Gora.

I have been playing this game for more than 15 years. It's a long time. I experienced a period of rise and a long-term steady fall. Now, my end is near. It's probably not this championship, but it's already hanging in the air. This game will no longer be for old wolves like me. Hobby? My family. This is my hobby.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
I took over the Czech team at the time of its greatest glory. Regular medals, first place in the rankings. But nothing lasts forever. The Czech community is dying. Slowly but surely. One veteran after another leaves. Some even died. And new ones are not coming. Our time is slowly coming to an end. And I was elected to these bad times. My job is to be a bridge. The bridge between the winning times. Keep us in the forefront. And I'm still doing that task. I won the group and we are at the world championships. We are still first in the rankings. More because of luck than ability, but we are.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
Nothing. Surprising isn't it? But we are not strong enough. Many players are out of form or injury. What is left cannot be equal to others. We will fight, but there is little hope. We're not favorites, and whoever says yes is totally crazy.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Italy, Brazil, Suomi and many others. I'm sorry, but I won't share the details. Let everyone study it for themselves.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
Hard to say, almost a whole generation of coaches in the Czech Republic consulted with me tactics. But I will say one name. The best tactics I've ever developed were together with Ostulc. He is a legend.

Hello, my name is Krzysztof, 44 years old. I live and work in Poland.
I am interested in sports, previously I played football in the AKS Niwka club. Now I work in trade.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
My adventure with Denmark U 21 started in 2020.02.02, It's been almost a year
Well, this is my 6th season in Denmark U21.
Looking realistically at the potential in Denmark, the number of users of the game and youth football schools, I think Denmark U21 is well guided, I am still actively working and I am involved in this work.
The proof of my good work is the trust that players in Denmark place in me for their votes in the elections.
Currently, I consider it a great success that we are participants of the U21 World Cup.
I would like to remind you that the fight in the group for promotion was with a very strong team of Austria U21 until the very end.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
When I saw which group Denmark U21 ended up in, I was terrified. Let me remind you with whom Denmark U21 is in the group: Deutschland U21, Česká republika U21, Italia U21
As you can see very strong teams, each of them can win the World Championship.
However, I am not breaking down, I am taking up the challenge, I am going to work hard, Denmark U21 will fight, please keep your fingers crossed.
I count on my extensive experience and a friendly sokker engine :)
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Poland U21 for sure, for me it is the biggest favorite, it has a lot of potential and a very experienced Lipa91 manager.
My second favorite is Italy U21.
Firstly, it's a team from my group of the World Cup, secondly, the current manager of Mega-Adra, you can see that he is doing a good job there. The last game of Argentina U21 1: 4 Italia U21 This match showed how well prepared Italy U21 team is.

Norway U21 slamtam coach, also Vietnam U21 coach Darika
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
Yes, enjoy playing Sokker, everyone. I am also asking for patience, understanding and respect for the game owners. They made the game still around and are now slowly rolling out new features, and we'll soon be enjoying a re-creation of all leagues and training sessions.
Remember in this game it takes time to get started, do not quickly give up on previously made decisions.
I am also asking for a look at the transfer market at young Danish players and their good training :)
Greetings to my friend in the game sokker Arek [1024483], He managed the Iran team very wisely, and I wish him another team next season. I recommend him to all national teams, he is a very committed and well-working trainer.

I am a dog.
Due to the fact that in my first months of life I lived in the streets of Athens, I learned to find food and solutions. What I like best is to sniff tactics.
For 8 years I have been living with a weird guy who is now 49 years old, but still has a mentality of a child. He likes to play with me and he taught me sokker so I can sniff out great tactics for him.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
A dog never looks back in the past. A dog lives in the here and now.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
I have taught our defenders how to successfully defend their territory.
The rest of the pack are strong alpha players who know quite well what is at stake and will bite if necessary.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Brazil and Italy have shown that they are strong enough. Now Romania has also come on the bill, since God himself (DelPiero) is on their side.
Still, there are other teams that are considered underdogs, but have what it takes to be alpha
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
In my first years it was Christidinu and Alpha-dog Fernando Mattos.
After that, I was also influenced by many other tacticians.
When I look at my strategies now, I can say with certainty that there is a lot of Fiesl in it, a lot of Marcodona (both were NT coaches in Germany).
But most of all my strategies are influenced by Woody, who showed me what it takes to take over an opponent's territory.

On first place hi all, Im veteran of this game as many of you (with a year of interruption) from 2009, addicted to this game to its community to U21 coaching.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
It is a long journey, all started with Montenegro with a small detour with Slovakia and now Romania. Hopefully will manage to make good result with Romania which has a potential to be top 3 in this game, thats why Im here and hopefully in few seasons will succeed in that.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
Im coach of Romania, means the goal is a medal. Unfortunately (something I don't like to much) I didn’t play qualifications (have to price Mourinho which brought Romania on U21WC) so couldn’t have impact on training of this team .
Which teams do you think are the favourites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
The main favorite is Italy, but Montenegro prove that in sokker all is possible with little bit of luck and knowledge, so all have their chance to win the U21WC, but because all circumstances least chance i give to Danmark.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
Being the GOD is inspiration by itself:)…I love experimenting with tactics so don’t have some sokker tactician who i follow but have respect for all coaches which are here.

Hello sokker! My name is Antti, I’m a 38yo MSc in papermaking living in the eastern part of Finland, close to Russian border. I’ve written this so many times already that everyone must know it by heart already.. :D The only thing that changes is my age, which is going up way too fast. Luckily some other parts also still go up, so no need to worry yet. I still play football myself, currently in the Finnish 3rd division, decided to go for one more year and then I hope my son is old enough to start playing, so I can start coaching. We´ll most likely play 5212 with a winger.. ;)
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
It’s been way too long. I can’t count how many seasons I have with Suomi U21.. Last season was ok, but we lost to Belgium twice so can’t give too good grade for myself. On the other hand our ranking is 5th at the moment I’m writing this (will drop tomorrow for sure due to my young squad), which is quite an achievement with a small nation and just a few world class players.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
We have a really strong group. I try to surprise my opponents and obviously the aim is to beat Romania, that doesn’t happen too often. The objective is to win the group, but with 2nd place I can live with too.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Czech Republic is my no.1 favorite. Also Polska and Romania will be strong, but Romania is in a very difficult group so they might not make it.. ;) Biggest pools to choose from, us small nations will be destroyed if the only striker or only keeper is injured.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
westbrom, leading us to gold a few seasons ago. Honestly I don’t watch other managers’ tactics and I don’t watch other teams’ games. Hardly even my own games, so I will not make up with names.
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
I’m a sokker god. langhe is the opposite of that. And as I think I’ve said once; mr_gabbage is uber slaby. Merry Christmas everyone and enjoy the games!

People know me as Woody, in real life the name is Rodrigo Carvalho, 26 years old... former U21 World Champion and for years have the nickname of ''King'', some people love me, some hate and this is normal....
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
Decent... after some time without coaching a U21 team, was not that bad... french community is very lovely also.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
We expect to study our opponents and take the W... is not a easy group, the other coaches are good guys also and will be a challenge, we can't underestimate anyone.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Everyone can win... the level of competition here is strong and every year something different is done to surprise the competition, people always go for the easy targets of who will be champion, but in the end it's hard for everyone... it's hard for Poland, for Romania, for France and even for Bolivia, no match is easy and not having a champion decided, Montenegro become a champion and didn't have the best squad, so it will depend on how smart and fearless the coach is.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
borkos and Pavoniana is probably the most ones...
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
Maybe a bag of french fries that was created in Belgium but is called french fries because french people are more cool.

Greatings from Bosnia and Herzegovina,I am 38 years old manager who plays sokker since 2007.This is my 5th season as U21 manager and 23th WC,so I hope that I have a little more experiences than last time.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
I had up and downs.Last qualifications we had good team but we didnt had luck and we didnt qualified.Now,last 2 seasons I played only with very young players so we qualified on WC almost with U20 players and maybe this aeason we are litte closer to better teams.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
All teams are here with same reason,to win.France and Belgie have slight advantage over us and Mexico but with little luck maybe we can pass the group stage.So its going to be very hard to accopmlish that mission.
Mexico is again with us in group so we have chance to get revenge due a previous defeat
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Italy,Poland,Romania,Brasil and Czech R. they are always favorites on WC.
Number of user from that countries is what gives strength them.I would like to see some other country on the top like that was last time :)
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
I would like to prise managers of Crna Gora U21 (Montenegro) becouse he won last WC with small country like Crna Gora.

I have been playing this game for more than 15 years. It's a long time. I experienced a period of rise and a long-term steady fall. Now, my end is near. It's probably not this championship, but it's already hanging in the air. This game will no longer be for old wolves like me. Hobby? My family. This is my hobby.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
I took over the Czech team at the time of its greatest glory. Regular medals, first place in the rankings. But nothing lasts forever. The Czech community is dying. Slowly but surely. One veteran after another leaves. Some even died. And new ones are not coming. Our time is slowly coming to an end. And I was elected to these bad times. My job is to be a bridge. The bridge between the winning times. Keep us in the forefront. And I'm still doing that task. I won the group and we are at the world championships. We are still first in the rankings. More because of luck than ability, but we are.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
Nothing. Surprising isn't it? But we are not strong enough. Many players are out of form or injury. What is left cannot be equal to others. We will fight, but there is little hope. We're not favorites, and whoever says yes is totally crazy.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Italy, Brazil, Suomi and many others. I'm sorry, but I won't share the details. Let everyone study it for themselves.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
Hard to say, almost a whole generation of coaches in the Czech Republic consulted with me tactics. But I will say one name. The best tactics I've ever developed were together with Ostulc. He is a legend.
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
Life is a game. ;) Never believe me.

Hello, my name is Krzysztof, 44 years old. I live and work in Poland.
I am interested in sports, previously I played football in the AKS Niwka club. Now I work in trade.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
My adventure with Denmark U 21 started in 2020.02.02, It's been almost a year
Well, this is my 6th season in Denmark U21.
Looking realistically at the potential in Denmark, the number of users of the game and youth football schools, I think Denmark U21 is well guided, I am still actively working and I am involved in this work.
The proof of my good work is the trust that players in Denmark place in me for their votes in the elections.
Currently, I consider it a great success that we are participants of the U21 World Cup.
I would like to remind you that the fight in the group for promotion was with a very strong team of Austria U21 until the very end.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
When I saw which group Denmark U21 ended up in, I was terrified. Let me remind you with whom Denmark U21 is in the group: Deutschland U21, Česká republika U21, Italia U21
As you can see very strong teams, each of them can win the World Championship.
However, I am not breaking down, I am taking up the challenge, I am going to work hard, Denmark U21 will fight, please keep your fingers crossed.
I count on my extensive experience and a friendly sokker engine :)
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Poland U21 for sure, for me it is the biggest favorite, it has a lot of potential and a very experienced Lipa91 manager.
My second favorite is Italy U21.
Firstly, it's a team from my group of the World Cup, secondly, the current manager of Mega-Adra, you can see that he is doing a good job there. The last game of Argentina U21 1: 4 Italia U21 This match showed how well prepared Italy U21 team is.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
Norway U21 slamtam coach, also Vietnam U21 coach Darika
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
Yes, enjoy playing Sokker, everyone. I am also asking for patience, understanding and respect for the game owners. They made the game still around and are now slowly rolling out new features, and we'll soon be enjoying a re-creation of all leagues and training sessions.
Remember in this game it takes time to get started, do not quickly give up on previously made decisions.
I am also asking for a look at the transfer market at young Danish players and their good training :)
Greetings to my friend in the game sokker Arek [1024483], He managed the Iran team very wisely, and I wish him another team next season. I recommend him to all national teams, he is a very committed and well-working trainer.

I am a dog.
Due to the fact that in my first months of life I lived in the streets of Athens, I learned to find food and solutions. What I like best is to sniff tactics.
For 8 years I have been living with a weird guy who is now 49 years old, but still has a mentality of a child. He likes to play with me and he taught me sokker so I can sniff out great tactics for him.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
A dog never looks back in the past. A dog lives in the here and now.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
I have taught our defenders how to successfully defend their territory.
The rest of the pack are strong alpha players who know quite well what is at stake and will bite if necessary.

Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Brazil and Italy have shown that they are strong enough. Now Romania has also come on the bill, since God himself (DelPiero) is on their side.
Still, there are other teams that are considered underdogs, but have what it takes to be alpha
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
In my first years it was Christidinu and Alpha-dog Fernando Mattos.
After that, I was also influenced by many other tacticians.
When I look at my strategies now, I can say with certainty that there is a lot of Fiesl in it, a lot of Marcodona (both were NT coaches in Germany).
But most of all my strategies are influenced by Woody, who showed me what it takes to take over an opponent's territory.

On first place hi all, Im veteran of this game as many of you (with a year of interruption) from 2009, addicted to this game to its community to U21 coaching.
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
It is a long journey, all started with Montenegro with a small detour with Slovakia and now Romania. Hopefully will manage to make good result with Romania which has a potential to be top 3 in this game, thats why Im here and hopefully in few seasons will succeed in that.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
Im coach of Romania, means the goal is a medal. Unfortunately (something I don't like to much) I didn’t play qualifications (have to price Mourinho which brought Romania on U21WC) so couldn’t have impact on training of this team .
Which teams do you think are the favourites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
The main favorite is Italy, but Montenegro prove that in sokker all is possible with little bit of luck and knowledge, so all have their chance to win the U21WC, but because all circumstances least chance i give to Danmark.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
Being the GOD is inspiration by itself:)…I love experimenting with tactics so don’t have some sokker tactician who i follow but have respect for all coaches which are here.

Hello sokker! My name is Antti, I’m a 38yo MSc in papermaking living in the eastern part of Finland, close to Russian border. I’ve written this so many times already that everyone must know it by heart already.. :D The only thing that changes is my age, which is going up way too fast. Luckily some other parts also still go up, so no need to worry yet. I still play football myself, currently in the Finnish 3rd division, decided to go for one more year and then I hope my son is old enough to start playing, so I can start coaching. We´ll most likely play 5212 with a winger.. ;)
How do you evaluate your journey as a U21 coach so far?
It’s been way too long. I can’t count how many seasons I have with Suomi U21.. Last season was ok, but we lost to Belgium twice so can’t give too good grade for myself. On the other hand our ranking is 5th at the moment I’m writing this (will drop tomorrow for sure due to my young squad), which is quite an achievement with a small nation and just a few world class players.
In the group stage, what should we expect from your team?
We have a really strong group. I try to surprise my opponents and obviously the aim is to beat Romania, that doesn’t happen too often. The objective is to win the group, but with 2nd place I can live with too.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win the title at this U21 World Cup and why are these teams the favorites?
Czech Republic is my no.1 favorite. Also Polska and Romania will be strong, but Romania is in a very difficult group so they might not make it.. ;) Biggest pools to choose from, us small nations will be destroyed if the only striker or only keeper is injured.
Which coaches (U21 or NT) have inspired you the most with their tactics?
westbrom, leading us to gold a few seasons ago. Honestly I don’t watch other managers’ tactics and I don’t watch other teams’ games. Hardly even my own games, so I will not make up with names.
Is there anything you would like to share with the community?
I’m a sokker god. langhe is the opposite of that. And as I think I’ve said once; mr_gabbage is uber slaby. Merry Christmas everyone and enjoy the games!

What do you hope this edition of the U21 World Cup?
I expect an edition with a lot of balance because I see that the current generation of the national teams are a little weaker than usual, providing a certain equality, allowing a greater number of candidates for the title.
What do you think of the current champion Michele79 with Montenegro? Do you think he has what it takes to defend his world champion title?
Michele79 is one of the excellent coaches of U21 teams, but this generation from Montenegro I consider very weak and I believe that this time he will not succeed, despite the good work he does.
Which teams do you think are the favorites to win this U21WC and why these teams is the favorites in your opinion?
From what I've seen Brazil and Hungary in the front row, Switzerland for the experience of their coach, and Poland, Italy, Croatia, Czech Republic for the strength of their squad.
I also believe that France and Belgium can surprise in this world cup due to the experience of their coaches.
What a U21 coach needs to be successful in your opinion?
You have to know very well how to put into practice what was planned, not be afraid to break paradigms (ideas taken as absolute truths).
Be patient and persevering to overcome your challenges and especially believe in your work.
Last 2 U21WC editions we see new things by the world champions, more than 5 players in DEF order with cristidinu and a winger in ATT order with Michele79, do you believe this editon someone will bring something new to try to win?
I don't believe, because of the games I've been watching, there is no movement in this direction.

It's a somewhat long competition because the player is still available for his club, so in addition to the competence of the NT coach, you must also be lucky not to lose players with injuries or poor form. So this combination of organization, competence and luck will define the next champion.

In my opinion, this match is the most important of the first matches. I will watch live. It will be difficult to watch a World Cup without Türkiye and Azerbaijan, but may the best one win.
