May be try with south and north alerica teams as there a u27 euro and asia cup

Okay, no luck.

pot 1: Sénégal, South Africa, Jamaica*
pot 2: Tunisia, Cameroon, Ghana
pot 3: Algeria, Nigeria, Egypt

My suggestion, I will make the draw of 3 groups of 3 teams each - seeded from the pots above. Every round, two of the three unseeded teams will play a friendly between each other, and only ONE team will have no opponent set (or to set up on their own, from teams outside the African cup)
After the group stage, winners of their groups go straight to the semi-finals. The last spot will be decided by the "small table" of second placed teams. The friendlies will not count but will be set up, to make if fair, so everyone knows their calendar in advance.

group phase
week 09= A3 v A2 , B3 v B2 , C3 v C2, friendly A1 v B1 , team C1 is free to play a friendly of their own.
week 10= A3 v A1 , B3 v B1 , C3 v C1, friendly A2 v C2 , team B2 is free to play a friendly of their own.
week 11= A2 v A1 , B2 v B1 , C2 v C1, friendly B3 v C3 , team A3 is free to play a friendly of their own.

week 12= semi finals
-winner of grp.A vs best of the "small table" of 2nd placed teams.
-winner of grp.B vs winner of grp.C
(suggestion: a friendly between the two remaining 2 place teams)

week 13- final & 3rd place
-winners vs winners, losers vs losers :-D

Tunisia did not accept the invitation, preferring to play with Belgium. I guess I can look for another opponent too

Algeria did not accept the invitation, prefering to play with Singapore.
