there is no official message that they will do it... that is the most logical solution but if they were planing to do it was suppose to happen already :(

I think they will do it the same way as the last time. If seller requests cancel of transfer made during downtime, player will be returned back to seller, otherwise player is definitely sold

I am not sure about that. With the last sokker failure, they didn't do much. And as a "reward" they gave a few days plus to make people forget about it.
