DATES
week 10 WC 1/2 or EURO U27 group game 1
week 11 WC final EURO U27 game 2 or EURO U27 wild card playoff
week 12 EURO U27 game 3
week 13 EURO U27 1/4 Final
week 00 EURO U27 Semi Final
week 01 EURO U27 Final or position game
duration 6 weeks!
RULES
Who qualifies? TOP 16 teams by rank qualify for the main tournament if we have more teams there will be a second-flow tournament. If a team gives up next team in ranking enters in main flow
FORMAT 4 Groups by 4 Teams
How many teams qualify for playoffs
Winner of every group qualifies
Wild card places for playoffs
teams that reach the world cup semifinal reach the wild card playoffs
- if the team signed up for Euro becomes a world champion and qualifies directly for playoffs his place in the group stage is replaced by the next team in the ranking
- if the team signed up for Euro becomes the world vice-champion qualifies directly for playoffs his place in the group stage is replaced by the next team in the ranking
- if the team signed up for the Euro WC semis and loses that semifinal play a playoff for third place if the other team eliminated in the semifinals is from the euro tournament
Conclusion we can have a maximum of 3 wild cards and a minimum 0
Do teams that are second in the group's stage qualify
depending on how many wild cards we have second teams may qualify a number of teams is between 1 and 4 it will vary
PROMOTION RELEGATION
From this edition there will be a promotion-relegation system top 2 teams from the second flow will qualify for the next edition the teams that are in 3-4 in the second flow will play against teams that are in 13-14 places from the main flow.
Golden rule if the team signed up for flow B gets a wild card from world cup it will qualify for main flow if is the 4th team in the world cup will qualify for promotion playoff for flow A
