When are these cheaters going to be banned?

There is a person, who creates multiple accounts, offends people, and those multiple accounts that belong to the same person... agree with each other in the things they say. This works to make it look like several people agree with the offense being uttered, when in fact it's just one person.

I've seen xenophobia with offenses against Brazilians.
I was once called a pig.
Etc.

There is a serious bullying scheme in Sokker in Portugal, which was reported a long time ago in the appropriate place, and nothing happened.

So now I'm reporting on the forum. Will Sokker admins do anything about this crime?
