I made a small tool to calculate training efficiency. May be useful when you want to plan how many minutes player needs to play.
It shows some additional informations too, also for "education" purpose.

100% of formation training efficiency is still ~4-5x less effective than 100% of advanced training efficiency!


this short info tells a lot more than all unclear and useless hints in "traing" tab

Yup. Still happens to me that I talk with people who thinks 100% is 100%. Sadly.

this was correct before the 40% Boost, now it should be near 3x less

5x was correct before 40% increase.

Now it should be something between 3-4x, but I decided to leave message as it is with purpose of showing that the difference is significant.
