I mean talent comes from YS. For senior players it's just an estimation of how he would have jumped in youth school.
There was a time in sokker when there was no estimation of junior level - junior level was always true. So you could very precisely calculate talent. And yes - with max. coach a junior would pop every 3 weeks.

Yeah! Nice info! I mean if the player you show when you say "max talent" is 3.00 or near that :)
