These clubs are bots but NT players are still not listed after 2-3 weeks

Are they "called up" to NT all the time since that 2-3 weeks? Or you are calling them up just for weekends?
Maybe they already were on TL once and noone bought them? If so, they won't be listed again.

I called them to the U21 national team two or three weeks ago knowing that in that case they would be released after a week, but nothing is happening. They haven’t been on the transfer list because I check it every day, and it’s also unlikely that no one would buy them since they have good skills for their age.

Unfortunately, according to the system, that banned user will be removed on 2026-11-01, so his players will be put on TL the first season break or mid-season "break" after that date (his u21 players probably won't be u21 when the automatic mechanism will be able to put them on TL).
