On average, how much can a new team with 200 fans expect to earn from a home league game?

Maybe 1000 or 1500 fans it depends on weather too.

And how much money will that probably make?

i think max 6.000 euro for beginning....

If I win say 5 times, is there a big difference then? What is the estimated crowd then? And how much supporters join your club when you win?

one win and one draw and then could be a big diffrence :)

for example (my history)
1. away match - lose
2. home - 1366 fans - win
3. away - draw
4. home - 2459 fans - win (similar weather to 2.)
5. away - win
6. home - 1570 - win (but it was awful weather)

Supporters join/leave club every monday morning. Max is 26-25 if You win long but remember: friendly games have affect for supporters too !!

yes, mood is very important.
when club winning your fanclub can increase by 20+ supporters (if mood is "are delighted with the performance" or "are madly in love with their club")
