it's my problem too. but I'm thinking about selling players which won't fit Gowin's training plan;p it will be hard decision,because besides of him, I have few really nice midifielders;)

I won't be adjusting my plans to one player anymore. If I'd do that, I'd train passing next season to ensure his place in U21

its hard to decide then though... because every player needs training in different skills i find :)
also you can train to U21, but maybe longterm if he is going to be NT player its better keep training pace etc..

We do have a strong 20 year old midfield, especially with a player like Hese, but the strikers are a bit weaker... we'll see. :)
