so.. do you guys reckon because it takes longer for a player to pop in higher skills, that it will take longer for them to decrease in those skills when they are older..?

greg said that high stamina level decreases faster than low level. In analogy I always thought that high skills decrease faster too, but I'm not 100% sure about it. Maybe I read it somewhere, but it could be that it's only in hattrick and that I confuse the 2 games ;)

I think it's like:

The player's skill decreases always the same.
but on low levels, the general training is higher than the skill decrease. -> even 29+ year old players got skill-up in skills not trained (actively). But not to divine, but maybe to excellent.

so I would say yes, higher skills decrease faster after all, but because of the general training.

we need to watch a few old players decay and it should become clear - I haven't heard about it. Although general training certainly continues and will have a larger effect on low skills - it might not be very significant when skill drops really kick in.

I have an old boy I intend to keep - skills between solid and brilliant
so far it is only a formidable skill that has dropped - but this proves nothing, I want to see a few of double drops and see if they are in high or low skills

I have 40 y.o guy. Intervals between drops at lower skill levels are smaller than at higher levels

first graf is pace, passing on the second one

drops are very random in size and occurrence though

so more data is needed

a lot is random imho.

René Nuzzolo had superdivine pace till the age of 29 while other players have skill-down at the age of 28...

and with superdivine there is obviously no general training for the player.

strange alright... maybe skilldowns start at different ages for different players??

i think a completely seperate topic could be started for this..can edit first post with data and info etc...

would be interesting

Hello. I have 779 supporters. I've just increased my stadium capacity to 5000. Will I fill the stadium with supporters in a home match. I know that the opponents affect attendance but I would like to have your opinion. Thanks.
2009-10-29 16:02:47
779 x 15 = 11 685

id say 10 000 would fill probably if its done right (2500 each side, 1500 behind each goals, remainder in corners)

thats the magic factor of 15

so yes. 5000 should sellout IF you have max fan mood and half decent opposition...

in a compeditive league with teams the same strenght as you, 10000 you should try and have, it pays off after 1.5 seasons
