i have reached my target also. maybe would like unearthly striker headcoach but not worth 2m it would cost. some of you have awesome head coaches :)
Expenses on coach wages amount to 212 875 €.
my setup. (1x unearthly,4xmagical)
3x magical assistants
unearthly youth coach

head coach magical; wage: 42 050 €
unearthly (16) of stamina outstanding (12) of keeper
unearthly (16) of pace unearthly (16) of defender
unearthly (16) of technique unearthly (16) of playmaker
unearthly (16) of passing brilliant (14) of striker

my main coach and youth coach are both 6x unearthly

assistant coaches actually give a lot in my opinion, but not to main training...

they are useful with general training, especially with keeping old players' skills

+ 1 for a assistant coaches, their higher level ensure faster secondary training

My main coach, pulled after some try and 350 000 $ :)

All other coaches are magical with salary 35 000 $ - 37 000 $

In that case it is really a nice head coach to have :) Also saves you a lot of money compared with your former head coach?
