adequate 32 --> popped after 2 weeks on good 30 (yea, must be hell of a talent, right? :D) --> now on good 22. He is not my worst talent.. but I think one of the most disappointing players I ever had. :(
And at the moment I have no players with good talent at my youth school. The best player will come out with outstanding and he is only a 5.5 week popper. I have a brilliant youth coach atm.

Giancarlos Ibarra, havent popped in pace from good-solid for i cant remember, but like 7 weeks or so, 18 y old, all the time decent trainers and so on:p


And the best part is that Shadow bought him from me:D

i used to had a player who was good 34, latero he was excelent 19 then he just stayed in that level...

that is simply impossible

I think the player was originally "very good", he must be mistaken, if he wasn't then it's really impossible.

A player who is originally very good is also impossible...

if a player comes into the school as a "very good" player with 34 weeks to be pulled, he can pop to excellent and never pop again, what's so impossible in that?

if he is "very good", he would never go to your youth-school. we all know that ;)

yeah, I only get excellents every week :P

The high value that a player can come into youth team is "solid".
