Leagues or Groups??

A league from the second division has been opened in the netherlands. I dont know what you mean with groups.

League I has a group
League II has 4 groups
League III has 16 groups etc

I don't know how they translated that in english may be divisions and leagues???

New: Nationalteams: A-Team, U-21 and Youth Squad, 3 Coach and 3 Co-Trainer needed in each country.

Great news, strange that sokker in so much years cant make U21.

seems a bit fast too me i just hope the server can handle it.newer countries will be at a disadvantage due too some of the text being in their own language before suddenly going spanish on them.

i think this is too early ... youth school won't be finished to have enough below 18 players in most new countries i think

Indeed. A way to solve it would be making a exception to all new countries that they may promote their youth players at the end of the season instead of after a season. Maybe that should be changed permanently.

edit: I think I got the wrong info from Josli ( no problem if that happens to be the case ;)) I think you can promote them at the end of the season and not after one season...

or am I wrong? Because I see:

Ich kann nicht befördert/gefeuert werden, mir bleibt noch eine Saison.. ( AFTER one season)
At the end of this season I can promoted or be dismissed.

and the German guide says... after THE season and not after A/ONE season...

its a big difference...

I hope the confusion can be solved soon. It's important as to decisions I will make that will be deciding my future really.

I understand it totally different:
Nationalteam as usual in other games
U-21 as usual
U-18 Only players in the Youth Squad (5 ea) can be selected for the U-18 Nationalteam, if you pull a player in your A-Team, he would be not able to play for the U-18.

The guide is writen for all teams in general, but if you begin in the middle of the saison you will be not able to pull any youth player and you have to wait for your first (completed or fully) saison, you have the advantage to give a training per example to a 15 years old player till the saison is finish and this player will get not older in the next saison as a compensation.

Then introducing a -18 team is complete nonsense if you have to promote the youth player or dont you have to do so?

Because nearly nobody ( I even think noone) in the Netherlands or Belgium have played for a full season.

But if you dont have to pull then thats okay.

You don't have to pull then.

By the way the oldest country is Spain and then America and a few month later: Global, all other countries were created more or less at the same time (the most of them in the same saison) So we have also the same problem in all other countries :-)
