Does anyone know how to make my CD-ROM (FIFA Manager 08) work on a Mac?

I can only think about installing a virtual machine program, but I don't know if there is such a program for Mac.

If that CD is not ment to be run in mac (that game is probably for windows), then you should install windows operating system:

After that yo should be abel to do what you want.

using a mac with the win system is like have a ferrari just to use it for listen the car radio

Its like a windows emulator, I suppose.

I disagree. It would be like buying said ferrari and using it for the air conditioning.

yes, and if I remember well there's the win emulator for mac. I don't know if this system support anything about windows.

what air conditioning/radio? real ferraris dont have those :P

Oh well,
A mac might be a ferrari, but one without engine, so you cant drive it, when it comes to numerous programs. Then I prefer a lada that at least can be driven and does what it's supposed to do :)

A mac is mainly build for other purposes. I have a PC and a Mac and I am NEVER going to switch to PC anymore for various reasons. a) Mac no viruses or spam b) much more stable than PC c) free automatic updates of all software. d) All inclusive essential software.

You can run almost all essential software on Mac inc microsoft office (mac version) , photoshop ,MSN, skype, firefox etc etc.

Now also most of the games are available in Mac version. At the moment for example I am playing Call of Duty Modern walfare 2. and Civilization IV

However Macs are more suitable for video/audio editing, design and Music production etc (which PC/Windows DREAM to run!) rather than a gaming platform. So if you want to play games, probably a Pc will do better. However IMO i would blindly choose a mac. in fact I gave the Laptop (pc) to my wife and bought a macbook for me which is just hassle free!

I used to be of the same opinion on Macs vs PC but once u get to work on one you will never go back on pc/windows believe me.
