has anybody been in a yoga training/ or has done yoga?

I was invited to yoga training, but it kinda sounds like pointless crap.

and I was wondering, does anybody know what are the benefits of yoga besides seeing bitches in yoga pants?

yea thats what I thought. but I´m trying to find out a reason, why people do that

god damnit u ruined everything. now nobody dares to post here, because they think they look gay now..

flexibility, mind armony , toning muscles.

I seen Yoga (also Pilates), it´s similar to an martial art (from my view point).
Yoga probably sounds too gay (:P), but have many benefits.

yeah, it´s about ability of being calm in stresfull and dynamic environment of nowadays.. and it also helps physical condition.. But it depends a lot on the approach of concrete institution, I guess - if it´s more "philosophical" or like an alternative to zumba.. .D (having no experience, just interested in the topic and long-term thinking about doing yoga or something similar..)

I bet you need to wear tights to do yoga :D

I have done yoga ones but not my kind of thing. I also have done Mindfulness for about a year, eastern meditation with western psychology, and I think that's much more usefull for every day life.

I started to think here. if you are paralyzed from the waist down, does ur dick still work, or ur impo?

Depends or where the fracture is, but most likely "it" won't work.

but in general, you aren´t exactly controling ur dick. I mean, being paralized down from waist doesn´t stop the blood movement down there, does it?

or I´m not too sure what does being paralized exactly means. if ur legs won´t move, mainly, is it because you have lost the control over your nerves, or is it because muscles don´t work? Probably the first one right? then in general, ok fuck it my logic is running to a dead end.

I´m just trying to understand, whether Larry flint is a genious hungry for money, or Larry Flint is a sick pervert like Hugh Heffner.

It actually depends which muscles, nerves etc. are still working.
