Hi, i want to buy a laptop with a budget range of £250-£400. What would you guys recommend?

It storngly depends on what do you want it for, I guess. Do you want a large I-phone or a portable Multivac? :P

I have Toshiba Satellite and I'm pleased with it...
also had a HP Pavilion, was fine til the motherboard f***** up :)) it was cracked, though, I dropped it, but before that worked fine...

Look for 15,6 inch ASUS, the most reliable laptop brand and they offer good balance of price/specifications.

whatever you do, DONT buy any HP laptop and dont buy any laptop with AMD processor.
HP with AMD hardware gets super hot and doesnt last for more than one year.
