If you step out of the Eurozone, you immediately step out of the European Union. You can't step out of the Eurozone and stay in the EU.
That's strange, didn't know that.
I looked it up but theoretically yes it can, but everything is uncertain when a country goes back to their old currency, also it increases the instability of the euro if countries come and go, stated by ABN Amro. This won't help a country to make friends, actually it can prevent them to do business with such a country.

i didnt read the whole discussion about gypsies but that hurt my heart. :)
About the gypsies: for me, if someone isn't searching for a job in an active way (if they are healthy to work of course), the guy doesn't deserve to get anything by the state. So you should force them out of the buildings that are supposed to be demolished. And if they can't take care of their children, the children should be placed in other families.
when i was child i lived in the poorest area of hungary. in my homecity the rate of the gypsies is around 20%, the unemployment around 40%. there werent any factory or company who employ any people. only the local goverment is looking for 10-20 people as street sweeper.
just imagine my friend: you are an 30-40y old gypsy, who didnt complete the elementary school (during the socialism every people had got job with or without high qualification). there are only 10-20 job in the city (street sweeper) for 100-200 people like you. tell me please: who the hell will you get a job?

I dont have job in my town for 7 years. I must travel and I must pay bus/train tickets (petrol for my car in my case) :-(
And it is not special situation when you are trying to give job for gypsy (of course, no education, no hand skills, minimal wage) and he will answer you "f.y. for such a job for such a a money, I want more ! "

imho problem is, that they can earn money as unemployment and for their child... this is mistake.
Social help for them should have not financial form, just natural !

Yeeh, lets treat humans differently, great idea :S You are this kind of human, you are that kind of human, that one isn't really human etc etc ... and because of that you have less rights.

yeah. thats the mentality here in hungary too. okay tell me: i give you job (222 euro/month) in the nearest big city (Miskolc). the mont ticket is around 100 euro/month, so you will earn 122 euro!
okay lets see what will you lose: the aid if you dont have a job in hungary is around 100 euro.
which one do you choose? 122 euro for 8 hour work (+2-3 hour for traveling) or 100 euro for nothing and you are still able to undertake some illegal job?
i think that this is one of the disadvantage of the capitalism: not every people has got job. the only question is that are we able to accept it and help for those peoples, or we blame those peoples.

not true..poor people and especially if they are gypsies can get support form "state work offices" for travelling.... in Slovakia.
I must work, I must pay taxes, I have nothing for free... yes I am not human if I am sad that some people have it for free without job :-(
