you should better ask to some Hungarians how penalties has their own media according to a freedom of speech...

Charles, I´m reading this topic about gypsies for a few days but today a must react ...
We are in similar situation in the Czech republic. But I tell you something ...
I hate most of the gypsies living here ... because I hate people who are asocialist, don´t want to work, make rubbish and we must pay them from our money. I hate neonacist and skinheads too ... do you think I´m a racist? I live in a village near bigger town and here are lot of gypsies. I went to language school, it has good level, but there were gypsies, too, and I had only problems with them - fights in school etc. With nobody else I had never argued. I played football in my village but the biggest reason for quit my team were ... gypsies. Only problems, you can´t say them anything. I know that you can´t understand it, but for example, lot of situations like this - you foul in training some gypsy, he starts to abuse you and? If you start to abuse him in one minute there are 50 other gyspies from all of the village. My bike was stolen twice - once by gypsies and once by people who I don´t know. But only gypsies after stealing my bike said "hahaha we have stolen your bike". What could I do? Nothing ...
Next example for you - about racism police and judgement:
There were two big crimes recently. Of course, only one big crime and one small crime - but it was by court in the same time. I think that the first you know, because it was on BBC, CNN, ... Four neonacist in age 20-22 years in the evening of Hitler´s birthday threw frangible grenades into the left house occupated with gypsies. Nobody died, but one small 2yo girl was burned on the whole body and was in comma for a long time. The neonacist were sentenced to 20-24 years in jail. They said that they didn´t know that there are people in the house and something like that, but I don´t trust them and agree with the verdict. It´s not important - but her father was in jail for steals and was given an amnesty and they lived in the house illegaly. But what I hated was, it was the main story for a long time of full internet, TV, radio ... Western states watched it and Czech republic must show that racist will be punished!
The second one - the smaller one. Two gypsies in age of 18 and 20 met 12yo boy, and because of he was white, they stole him his mobile phone, the raped him and basted to death. He was very luckily, bacause somebody found him in unconsciousness and saved him. The court with them were in the same time. But it wasn´t in TV, in the bottom of the internet news ... And western states didn´t watched it. Two gypsies were sentenced to 10 years of prison.
And the last thing - the point. I think month ago was court of appeal witg both of them - neonacist and gypsies. Neonacist on thursday - their punishment was kept to 20-24 years. And gypsies on friday - their punishment was reduced to half - 5 years.
And you want to talk about racism judgment? Do you know what is positive discrimination? Do you think that this is right? Everyone in the Czech republic is disgusted by that! Thank you for your answer!

first was punished by 10 years
second wasn´t punished at all because of age.
