Subject: Why was nuclear topic closed?

I kindly ask an explanation why was topic on nuclear power closed.
My opinion is that user Bilarnotti should have been warned and his posts deleted. The last post should be deleted also but it was also provoked by repeating trolling by Bilarnotti.
