lol indeed...good luck with him...even I'm not quite sure how did he get that job
Legia's owner wants to invest in youth teams. His dream is to create a Polish Ajax/Dinamo Zagreb. Problem is, almost nobody knows how to do it properly in Poland so he needed a pro.
So...the way I see it, Jozak & his associates give Legia the know-how about creating youth scouting, youth academy, youth training etc. and Legia will give Jozak a chance as 1st team coach. A bit risky for 1st team, but they 'win' 100% with academy improvement.

Youth...it was easy in Croatia with Dinamo holding the monopoly, they signed almost every youth that showed promise. Now Dinamo is dealing with some law issues and looks like Jozak abandoned the drowning ship. Wish you luck with him anyway.
I'm not a Legia fan, I don't support any Polish team :-)
Well...I support them, hope they get good etc. but I don't have a favourite team. I mostly watch Serie A [at least 4-5 games a week] and don't have time for Polish league.
Anyway...I know that there were some shady things with Mamić etc., but still - they were able to see the talented players and they were able to develop them. Of course they had a great situation and it won't be so easy at Legia, but Polish youth academies are at such low level that believe me, someone like Jozak and his associates are very needed...one team that has shown that they can develop decent players for European level is Lech.
Legia has a new owner, the previous owners had a terrible (imho) strategy to spend as much as they can on foreign players and fight for Champions League to finance the transfers and wages...which is ridiculous because Polish teams earn peanuts in league and can't afford serious transfers. They were lucky and once qualified to Champions League, everyone thought that they will suddenly become rich and dominate the league...instead they failed in the transfer market, failed in the CL and EL qualifiers and the 'CL money' is already gone, all that is left are high wages of average players :-)
IMHO the only way for Polish teams to do anything useful is to produce decent, Polish players from academies...they won't win anything anyway, so what's the point in spending millions on bad foreign players? If they concentrate on academy and developing players they can at least improve the national team and earn some money to improve facilities etc.

Yeah, they're all shady. But who knows, he might be the one to turn the things around.
