I am at that point in the game when you are too good to play the easy maps and too noob to play the hard ones :P
Play some TF2Lobby, and ignore the people with egos 5 times that of their skill.
Don't play medic on there, or soldier/demo if you can't explosive jump to the middle point. You'll get you so much hate, unfortunately.

I haven't had a problem with anyone's ego yet. I'm not that bad, I'm just "average" XD
The problem with playing spy is that if your team sucks, there's nothing you can really do, at least playing in a CP map.
I like plr maps though, no matter how bad your team is, with a spy you can get close to the enemy's cart and prevent them from moving it.
