I agree with video ref. The camera angles made it inconclusive, one angle looked like the ball was grounded, another made it look like the ball was help up by the english arm. Was annoyed with Steve Walsh though, he gives us a yellow for an offside, yet he kept giving warnings to England for their countless penalties.
