If you're constantly tired, there is probably some underlying reason for it. Like, some illness, wrong amount of sleep etc. I'd start with trying to find out the actual problem before taking any medication
Taking Berocca in the morning would be a good shout, that's if they sell Berocca in Turkey...
That happens every year due to season change especially.
Havent used Berocca before but it contains vits etc. It sounds like pharmaton which i used and havent seen benefit.
Personally I wouldn't follow any medical advice given on an internet web based football management game. Risky thing to be doing if there is an underlying issue.
Ofcourse the main source of information for the drugs must be the docs, but it can be beneficial to know other experiences from here :)
Go to see a doctor, you may have something messed up with your hormones. If you're really constantly fatigued and sleepy from the start of the day, you may be lacking thyroxine and if that's the case, there's no hell of a drug that will wake you up.
A drug can also just deal with the symptoms without dealing with the cause of those symptoms.
Guys nothing wrong with me :) jeeeezzz you are worse than my grandma ..
I have this chronic fatigue and need boost up my energy level.i have used pharmaton type of multivitamin drugs. And they do not work a friend said sevilla football club is also using stimol for tiredness etc.. so wonder if anyone used it before ?

If it's a chronic disease, it doesn't have any permanent cure.

Or have you got any other method
Go see a doctor ;) He can test your blood for example to see if something is wrong. Chronic fatigue isn't something normal and to simply accept it and try all kind of things yourself isn't to smart to do. The last thing you should do is to experiment with medication without knowing the cause! Suppressing the symptoms isn't a long term solution and can make you even more sick if something is wrong.

Like many allready said, you shouldn't just try any medication (relying on meds/drugs to solve your problems can be dangerous/unhealthy)
chronic fatigue is a symptom (and as Charles wrote before not normal). You should go to the doctor, to find out the cause of it.

I once had chronic fatigue
what was funny, it was caused mostly by being lazy - I used to simply wake up late, sit in front of pc, read a book, watch a movie, go party once a week and that's it - believe me that I was more exhausted than I'm now, when I often get up at 7, leave house at 8 and return at 10 pm or later

Well if you have it in the autumn you can try to go under a sunbank for one hour a week or something. And for the others season chancing can have influence on your body. On some persons it can have big influence.
