Subject: Places in the World - Where is it?
It does look like one of these "Hochbunker" from the second world war. Which would narrow it down to a big city in Germany, Austria or Poland. As the landscape is flat it is probably either close to a big river like the Danube or the Rhine or it is close to a coast. So basically pretty much every big city ;-)
