And if someone can't help it to have eaten this, nothing will happen to him/her as it wasn't their fault, according the quran (Surat Al-Baqarah 2:173). Ofcourse nothing will ever happen other than some imaginary punishment, but in this case even the believers don't have to worry about their imaginary punisher :D
